Loaded with extras, navigation, heated seats, 2.5l engine. Goes fast! Better than my new SUV for sure. Best car I have owned in years. Fits two sets of clubs with seat down. Kids love it too. Top goes down fast and securely. Cool car!
Went to start scouting vehicles before our lease ends, and had a wonderful experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgable, and unobtrusive. They answered all of our questions in detail, and even offered a few suggestions we hadn't thought of. We'll absolutely be returning when it's time to get the new wheels. Thanks again!

Excellent Midsize SUV

I got this car because I wanted a midsize SUV with plenty of cargo space for travel. It has that as well as plenty of leg room for passengers. There are three USB ports and a vent in the back for AC and heat. I also love the moon roof. This car checked off all the boxes I wanted in a midsize SUV.
I started on with a 1995 sedan and I'm now on my 12th Subaru, currently own 3; 03 Forester, 17 Forester and 17 Crosstrek and all but the first three were bought and serviced at Maple Hill. Their service department is outstanding and I'm an extremely loyal customer as all my Subaru's have always been serviced at Maple Hill. Are they always perfect and never forget to do something or forget to tighten nut, etc., No they aren't but in talking with thousand of people over my life time, there is no such thing as a "perfect" dealership. However, when a mistake of any kind is made, the service and sales dept. go way out of their way to correct the problem. Including but not limited to eating whatever cost there was (part(s), labor, etc) to make the situation right. The last time I was there, I just had an oil/filter change, tire rotated and filters replaced, multi-point inspection and washed on two of my cars. Both cars were in and out in under 30 minutes. No problems. Not the biggest in the area but they are the best in my view and I'll stack them against any other dealership in the area.

It handles well. The only real issue I’ve had consistently is with the Apple Play. It doesn’t sync 20-30% of the time. There was a slight mechanical issue and my inspection light went on when actually I wasn’t due for a service for another 4000 miles. All in all it’s a nice ride.
Had to swap my 2017 Outback for smaller for pass.seat height to make easiest access from wheelchair for my wife, loved my Outback& sure I will love my new Impreza,Tyler was very helpful&patient with me,I tend to confuse things& myself, too, will speak highly of Maple Hill&Tyler🤗🤗👍🇺🇸

This car was my daily driver, absolutely loved it, very dependable even in -10 deg. Weather. Very easy to keep clean, and maintenance is every 10,000 miles. So you'll save on oil change expenses..
Steve has always helped us with my daughter's car. Yesterday, we took the car in - neither front seat belt worked. It was a safety issue. We asked if someone could please look at it (they were extremely busy) and tell us at least what was wrong so the part could be ordered. The auto mechanic took both of the seat belt covers apart and put it together correctly for us. ( My daughter's car was vandalized at college and the collision repair shop just returned the car and apparently installed the mechanism incorrectly.) Thanks to Steve and the mechanic my daughter didn't need a loaner and can safely drive her car again. We also bought two new Hyundais after we moved to Monroe,MI. We have driven the 2 hours to Kalamazoo to get the maintenance completed for both new cars. It is less expensive than the local Hyundai service centers and it is done correctly (Our local Hyundai incorrectly put the tires on and a wheel nearly fell off my husbands car. They also wanted $200 just to do a visual inspection after my husband hit a pot hole.) We love Steve, Maple Hill, and the mechanics and the fantastic job they do to keep our cars running smoothly! I will always take our cars to Steve!

This car has been reliable for the last 4 years, never had any issues regarding engine or performance. Was driven longer distances, which increase lasting time of engine.

This car met all my needs in Northern VA. AWD, Spacious, Costco run friendly.
Decent MPG and performance. Great for those trying to bridge between performance pocket rocket and the stigma of owning a hot hatch.

This is a great car. Has great pick up. Plenty of space. Great feel for the road. A great car to drive. I am so glad that I did not listen to the other reviews for the Limited version of the car. This car has all that you need when you are on the go. Plenty of space for a family of four.

I searched for and researched many mid-sized suvs and came across the Atlas not remembering VW now made one as well. I will have to tell you it surpassed my expectations and checked off all my needs flawlessly! I needed a family car to fit 2 car seats and 4 adults without being cramped and this works amazingly! The captain chairs give the car seats room to maneuver around, front and back since the whole seat raises not just the back! It has all the top safety features I was wanting plus the interior is just beautiful! I feel so proud of this car and can’t wait for many years in it!

S.E. TIGUAN 7 passenger

This vehicle was purchased by my wife, for my wife, then she gave it to me. Haha. Wasn’t my pick and admittedly different from my previous vehicle (v6 pilot) truly- I average 24-25mpg and these days that adds up to roughly 33% of my payment covered by the gas savings alone, and I’m always first off the line. She’s quick when you stomp on the gas. Smaller yet the seats feel roomier. The back of the seat is heated as well as the seat on the S.E. model which is nice. Sorry VW because I’ve been talking shnit for years but thanks to a series of my wife’s co workers buying VW’s, I negotiated an amazing deal and I’m happier than I’ve ever been with a car purchase. Now let’s see how you handle the test of time....

WEIRD NEW ENGINE ISSUES

Wai til they get this thing figured out. Not a good mechanical car...yet..let's see how it plays out. Acceleration, hesitation, auto quit. I like the size, the new style. DVD plays one at a time and hidden in the glove compartment. IN the shop dead at 8000 miles.
Grandson bought his first car.
2017 focus 8000 miles from Ziegler. He is eighteen. Father lost in army.
I helped him by phone. I trusted these guys to play it straight because of reputation and my interview of used car manager.
All went just right. My grandson moved to Texas. Austin. Engine blew. Local dealer Maxwell Ford tried to charge him $6500.00 to fix it. Would not file warranty claim. I called Rob Carrol at Ziegler asked for help. He coordinated with Mike the service director and the owner Harold Ziegler. They tried to help with this dealer. Maxwell's service director Jim May would not help. $6500 that was it!
Ziegler sent a truck to pick up the car in Texas and brought it back to Plainwell Mich. to their dealership. Filed a warranty claim with Ford motor company. New motor installed No charge. Zieler covered transporting the car from Austin Tex. to Michigan because they said it was the right thing. That's leadership and customer commitment in my book.

The Egolf has surpassed all my expectations. Great second car in the family for commuting around town. Range, performance, comfort all great. Sound system - wow, haven't even come close to 50% volume. On performance, I really like the 4 regen modes, hardly use the actual brakes, makes driving extra fun, and helps with the range
