2013 Volkswagen Jetta review
Never owned a diesel, but very easy to get accustomed to. The Jetta is very comfortable and gets great gas mileage 45mpg. Jetta also has performance if you need or want it. Overall this car has turned me into a VW enthusiast.

2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

The car overall is in great shape besides a few things here and there but for the year it's to be expected and we got the vehicle at a great price we brought it home all the way to Rockford and had it inspected by our mechanic and he says that we made a great choice.

2020 Volkswagen Arteon review
Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.

2016 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought a 2016 CPO with about 65k miles. (Never had to use the warranty). 1.8 L turbo engine has surprising low end torque and lots of highway passing HP. GREAT MPG! Lots of leg room for all passengers. A really great road trip car. Lost it in a crash @ 110k :(

2023 Volkswagen Jetta GLI review
This car was hard to find had to travel 500 miles to pick it up.. I traded in my 2020 jetta SEL Premium. I purchased mine with the manual transmission.. Plenty fast for me... It gets several miles less to the gallon then my jetta sel, but is way more fun to drive.... This is my 5th Volkswagen, I commute every day to my jobs... Until I have a problem with Volkswagen I will continue to buy them, so far they've been great reliable vehicles...

Always entertaining to drive, accommodating rear seat and trunk, costs less than the hatchback GTI. Smooth cars fast and Comfortable. Along with being more affordable and The 2021 Volkswagen Jetta GLI has the same amazing driving attributes that make the Golf GTI a smash hit, and that earned it an Editors' Choice award. Although the hatchback has a nicer interior, it's actually the sedan that's more practical, thanks to its roomier back seat and bigger trunk. Both VWs boast a potent 228-hp turbocharged four-cylinder that mates to either an engaging manual transmission or a quicker-shifting automatic. The having a bigger back seat, the Jetta GLI sedan has the same performance acumen as the Golf GTI hatchback.

Great car. It had an after market receiver that was no good. I told them it was a deal breaker and they bought a good one for it, installed it and the back up camera I bought since my baby will need it. Very nice and excellent fuel mileage.

2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. Service review. Brought in my car for a 10,000 (free!) service. Debbie Stack is my service advisor and she is fantastic. She scheduled a quick appointment and when there was something on my bumper she took the initiative to run it by the detail department and they fixed it! No surcharges, friendly service staff, nice waiting area with snacks and coffee. Receptionist was lovely and patiently helped me with the very fancy coffee machine. Car was done in 1.5 hours. Thank you Debbie for the excellent service!
2013 Volkswagen CC review
Hey my guy I can tell you exactly what's wrong with it and the oil pump isn't it. It's 1 or 2 problems and those are going to be either your balance shafts have worn out and seized up or you intake cam phaser has worn out. But being it's not starting anymore I'm willing to bet money it's your balance shafts. Had the same problem with my 2.0T "Red Warning Oil pressure shut engine off light"

I love my 2021 RAV4 but was considering trading for a newer model because a warranty issue was not well explained by another dealer. Miller had a 2024 on Cars.com at a reasonable price. To my surprise, instead of pushing the sale, the manager listened and showed me how the issue had been resolved. I will definitely go to Miller the next time I am looking to trade and/or buy a Toyota and for service. That's good customer service for the long term.
2015 Volkswagen Passat review
Reliable, 50 MPG. Difficult to beat the MPG and comfort. I have owned Mercedes, and Lexus. For the money, comfort, size and MPG, the TDI Passat does not have a rival

2015 Volkswagen Passat review
I bought a lease turn-in and it had 31k miles. So far, this car is in mint condition and rides and drives like a dream with a 4 cylinder turbo engine and no problems so far. This is a great looking, very roomy German vehicle with style and passaze. I hope this car last for many years to come.
