2024 Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport review
Don’t listen to the complainers. It’s a great SUV!! This is my 2nd cross port. 1st was 2020 SEL tech pkg. now I opted for the SEL R Line. Car is great. It’s comfortable it’s classy the interior with the ambient lighting takes it up a few notches. Has all the safety options needed and more including the heads up display. Everything is pricey today so definitely not cheap. But the retuned engine is appreciated compared to the previous 4 cyl. Wish it was better fuel economy but not a deal breaker. The car is roomy organized and thought out of placing the more frequent “buttons” handy. The entire vehicle has been redone. Structurally the same but almost everything is a new! It’s been a week with the new model - looks like an Audi but more impressive than one. LOVE IT!!!

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought a 2022 Taos and drove it for 3 1/2 years. I liked the car so much that I bought a 2025 Taos. My wife is now driving the 2022 and I am driving the 2025. Both cars are pure joy to sit in and to drive. The interior and legroom are spacious. The only negatives are the VW does not offer a power, passenger seat and a power hatch closer. Other than that, it is the perfect vehicle for us.

2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
2023 VW ID.4 PRO S. 1 year this July of 24, 16000 miles. Before the latest software update of 3.1 or 3.5 we could the full state of charge was 300 Miles. After the update, the max SOC dropped to 253. But many software problems were fix. The 12V battery is stronger than the 2021 (they were updated later). Fast charge to 80% is 35 minutes or less. I charge at home in Arizona we have solar with SUNRUN. We installed a 50amp this provides us with using WALLBOX 11kw so for example, today Apr 8, 2024. to charge at home from 18% SOC to 80% took rounding up 3 hours. Not bad. March Electicy bill was $40. No expense for fuel and money saved.

Gary took the time to teach me all about my new car. I've never owned a new car before so the most modern thing I'd ever used is a CD player. Gary taught me about the navigation, setting up my Sirius radio, suspension settings in the car, back up camera, syncing my phone, everything!! Two days after I bought my car was daylight savings time and I didn't know how to change my clock. Charlie from service walked me through the process. I bought a Golf R and the manufacturer sent regular looking key fobs, so the service manager was nice enough to change out the plain chrome pieces for R chrome plates on my key fob. Then, Brian in the parts department did research for me on winter wheels and tires for playing in the snow all winter. People I didn't even know passed by me and congratulated and complimented me on my new car. These guys at Dublin Volkswagen are truly amazing!
2023 Volkswagen ID.4 review
Despite the scary looking recalls my 2023 AWD Pro-s model has been 99.9% reliable. In comparison to my previous 2021 ID.4 pro-s which had several annoying system failures that necessitated immediate trips to the dealership. However the 2021 pro-s has the folding mirror option which I had expected to get in the 2023 pro-s but was very dissatisfied to learn it had been remover and put in the ‘+’ package. The mirror option should be offered as a standalone upgrade to all non ‘+’ 2023 and 2024 models as no $50k plus car should be without it.

2025 Volkswagen Taos review
I like the white and black combo. I like that it's not too big and is AWD. Still getting use to the technology. I can start and lock the doors from my phone. It notifies me if I left a window or the sunroof open. Will not go far if the trunk door is not completely shut. This is my 1st suv, I like sitting up higher than in a sedan.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

This is not a fast car from 0-to 60 in x seconds, because it is a heavy vehicle, but once it reaches cruise speed it is very responsive with good acceleration to pass comfortably in the freeway and will not slow you down in hill country. One minor detail was the phone wireless charging, not charging properly, I just removed the rubber cover, and it works perfectly, so I guess it is too thick. The wireless infotainment requires few seconds to get properly connected, so just be patient, because once it is connected it works just fine. After backing up, the camera stays on for few seconds, after switching to drive mode, but this dissapears once it it reaches 20mph , and at the same time the doors autolock. It is a nice safety feature. Mine has the ceiling moonroof, which is very nice. It is a reliable vehicle with proper handling for it's size with plenty of cargo and passenger space.

Just received my Alpina B6 that I purchased sight unseen and had shipped to the East Coast. I couldn't find another B6 anywhere in the country with all of the options and a color I wanted. It is beautiful, as described. I found Horatiu to be frank and very helpful in walking me through the uncertainty of such an expensive purchase from 2500 miles away. He answered all of my questions quickly, helped set up the inspection at a local BMW dealer, made me a few extra keys for the wheels, and after the deal was done, money wired and car shipped, continued to be responsive when I had a question or needed additional paperwork. I am not a person who likes to bargain, so for me, knowing that he sets a price and sticks to it, was a definite plus! The car is currently at my BMW dealer, getting wrapped and snow tires and a few other extras, and it is getting admiring looks from customers and the BMW dealer employees. Looked and looked for an Audi A3 Sportback e-tron, and was ready to settle for one that had most of what I wanted, was an OK color and close to what I wanted to pay. The night before I was ready to make that purchase, GLAW advertised an A3 e-tron that had everything that I wanted, the perfect color, fewer miles and was $2,000.00 less than I would have paid for the not so perfect A3. After emailing Al and saying I would stop by the next day to test drive the car, I arrived to find the A3 waiting, freshly rinsed and ready for me to take for a spin. It was such an easy decision to make the purchase, and the deal was completed in less than an hour. No stress, no unanswered questions, got additional information about possible HOV stickers and all of it done with Covid precautions observed. This place is a gem. They deserve a better physical location, but the personnel and business model are top drawer!

I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
