I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
The salesman was personable, effective, followed through well and yet not pushy. I would definitely recommend him highly. The dealership needs some updating. It was lacking in efficiency in most other ways including missed appointments, long waits on the phone etc. and even some lack of friendliness. The person who "signed the papers" at the end was friendly and efficient.
The service department was good. They got my car done quick and called me when it was ready. I was a little disappointed when I saw that they didnt vacuum or clean my car when they said they did but besides that everything else was good.
I was trading in my used truck for a new car. I actually researched the salespeople at this location using dealerrater. Ali came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. Ali is very personable and pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and help me get a deal done that was pleasing to me. I was able to get a fair price for my trade and the buying process was pleasant. Ali, Ron, Murad and everyone there made me feel at home.

Going to the new car dealer was something that I and most people dread more than going to the doctor. This time I took the time to drive past my local dealer and went north to Volkswagen of NPR. From the time I drove in, I noticed that it was totally different than what I was used to. There was plenty of space to park. When I walked in, the showroom was beautiful and had a very relaxed atmosphere. Customers were sitting on very comfortable chairs watching TV or on their i-phones as they enjoyed their beverages. It was a far cry from the three ring circus that I had been going to for so many years. About that time Max appeared and introduced himself. I explained that I was only on a fact finding mission and that I did not intend to buy that day. I told him that I just wanted to look at a 2018 Beetle to see how it had changed from my 2003 Beetle...and has it ever changed...!! Max totally understood and did not put me under any pressure. Because of that, I spend almost two hours with him, which included a test drive. During our conversation he asked where I wanted to be on the deal. I gave him the number that I wanted to pay for the new Beetle and what I thought my 2003 was worth and he made it happen. I highly recommend Volkswagen of NPR to anyone and especially recommend Max. It is well worth the drive...!!
