Volkswagen of OcalaReviews
Volkswagen of Ocala review
We moved from Ohio to the area in 2022 with our VW Atlas. Danny was my first service technician, and now the service manger. While service team is great, Danny really stands out. Recently my car was in for a service recall. Out of the blue, Danny called us and asked that we bring to car back in because the software update didn’t look quite right. He provided me with some accommodations for the inconvenience. While not necessary he made me feel valued as a customer. This is why I choose to drive 45 minutes to this dealership than one closer to my home. You will not regret working with this outstanding service team.

This car has delivered beyond our expectations. Recently took it on a 180 mile trip into the Rocky Mountains. We arrived with over 150 miles in reserve. It’s quiet and smooth. Highly recommend!

2022 Volkswagen Taos review
I bought the 22 model in Apr of 22 and had it about a year and the ac compressor went out. It took them a couple of months to get one and when they did they found that it had metal shavings all in the lines so they had to replace everything in the circuit. They gave us a loaner car for two weeks and so far it’s been working fine. Have had a couple of software updates so far but no other issues. Have just turned 10,000 miles. The transmission is jerky so I basically drive it around in sport mode to keep it from dropping into the highway gear. Overall we like it

We bought our new Santa Fe from AutoMax in Ocala. TJ was our salesperson. He got us the price that we wanted to pay. We had an issue with one of our remotes, but TJ went above and beyond to make it right. We would definitely buy another car from AutoMax. Thanks TJ for making this an easy buying experience!

The thing I appreciate most about the Atlas is the room and comfort. It has plenty of power and rides very smooth. The only thing I don't care for is the AC controls being on the infotainment screen. I do like how it looks overall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be happier with the service I received for my Honda Civic! From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of properly. It’s such a relief to know you can trust the people working on your vehicle. The service was excellent, the staff was courteous, and I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. My Honda Civic was in great hands! I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and professional car care. I will definitely be coming back for future service! 🚗❤️
2023 Volkswagen Taos review
Our 2022 Taos is almost 2 years old with about 21K mileage. Very satisfied with our car. For the price point (25K) it provides good handling, a comfortable ride and great interior space for a subcompact SUV. The gas mileage is amazing at over 40 MPG on the highway and about 30 MPG tooling around town. Couldn't be happier!

Southeast Car Agency review
Best used car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought five cars over the years and this was the first time I didn’t feel like I needed a shower afterwards. No pressure, very professional staff. Sold me the car I wanted at a fair price with no upselling. They even had a mobile locksmith come to my house to make a second key for the car when I asked. I had already paid for the car and was out the door, they didn’t have too. I’ll buy my next one from them.
2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I've only owned this car for a month and so far it has exceeded my expectations. Comfort ( i have had multiple spine surgeries ) but the seat and controls are screen availability are great. Very stable in corners and excellent drivability.

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I got interested in this car when I rented it for a couple of days while conducting business out of town. I discovered that it suited my auto needs 100 percent, and at such a reasonable price. I am of a certain age and I find it more of a challenge to get in and out of cars. I don't like climbing up into and sliding down out of trucks and SUV. I don't like bending the slipping into sedans and having to pull myself out of them. The Tiguan comes closest to walking into the driver's sit and walking out. As for stowage, the stowage in the rear also is at perfect mid-thigh level, minimizing bending and lifting. So comfort was of highest priority. But economy comes in a close second, and so far the MPG is great. So is the pickup; it's plenty peppy.

2024 Volkswagen Tiguan review
30mpg avg with the longest and widest roof rail base for outdoor gear at a price that made sense. 2nd row middle seat folds down individually for skis and paddles. Remote start on the vw app is great for cooling the interior down on a 100 degree day from a distance. Rear seat door opening and leg room is huge great for elders to enter easily and for parents loading car seats.

Jenkins Volvo of OcalaReviews
Jenkins Volvo of Ocala review
Everyone here at Jenkins Volvo was great starting off with a simple call from Segourney about a 23 Volvo S60 Recharge Black Edition that catch my eye while browsing local dealerships. She was nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions I had. I was in a decision mode on which vehicle I wanted since I ordered a Tesla but wanted to search other options cause I didn’t get a good time frame on when I would get my car. So I decided to go there to check it out which I was greeted by her and Mr Jeavaun. Jeavaun was also very knowledgeable about the Volvos which was very impressing since he just started there. He walked me through everything on what this car had to offer. Even when we went on a test drive he continued to educate me on the car which once again express me. So once we got back from the test drive we discuss my trade valve which yes I could of sold it outright but people don’t realize your saving on sales tax if you trade your vehicle in so in my opinion they were fair on my trade. The sales Manager Wayne with the cute hat approached us which and we both agreed on the final numbers. So now it’s time to speak to the finance manager Shevon which me being in the auto business for over 20yrs Iam like oh this should be interesting. Well he also was great to deal with and made us laugh. I don’t want to forget to mention Ron Neal in sales cause he also help in the purchase and made it a great buying experience. This place works as a team and I highly recommend Jenkins Volvo. Thank you for a great experience and for my Volvo S60 Recharge Black Edition. You all are amazing.

Sullivan Buick GMC TruckReviews
Sullivan Buick GMC Truck review
My experience at Sullivan GMC Buick here in Ocala Florida was nothing short of exceptional. Car shopping is typically associated with stress and anxiety, but Sullivan GMC Buick managed to completely redefine the process, making it an enjoyable and even fun experience. Stephen, my salesman, displayed a high level of professionalism and knowledge, ( ok, maybe not “high level” LOL, but he was nice), making sure I was well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire journey. He went above and beyond to cater to my needs and preferences. However, the real standout at Sullivan GMC Buick was Anthony, the finance expert. His expertise and dedication were truly impressive. Not only did he guide me through the financial aspects of the purchase seamlessly, but he also added a touch of delight to the whole process. Anthony's exceptional service deserves special recognition, and I believe he should be duly rewarded for his outstanding performance. Sullivan GMC Buick here in Ocala stands out in the automotive industry for its commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. If you're in the market for a new vehicle and want a top-tier buying experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Sullivan GMC Buick. Your search for a reliable and enjoyable car-buying experience ends here.
2022 Volkswagen Tiguan review
I have owned this 2023 Tiguan SEL R line for almost a year. I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality, the ride, the fuel mileage and everything else about it. IMO it’s the best bang for the buck on the market. It is loaded with options and is still very affordable. I love this VW and , of course, I highly recommend it.

Bought 2 vehicles from them this month. Good financing rates and a very nice experience. No hard sell, no typical annoying car sales tactics. Highly recommend. If you can, shop with Joe S. for the best experience.
2023 Volkswagen Atlas review
I have a 2019 Atlas. This car is amazing and mind you I can't kill it. My car has 188,000 miles on it. The drive is smooth and very reliable. It has the room to fit all 5 of my kiddos perfectly and enough room in the trunk to even fit a wonderfold wagon with all the seats up. I highly recommend if you want a good SUV with a lot of room in it
