Employees like Brenda Green are what keep Ourisman Volkswagen Volvo a thriving business. I have brought three different Volvo's to this service center when they had a team based approach. I used to be on Brenda's "team" and she was wonderful. She not only helps her customers, but has the utmost patience. These employees also help each other, which is necessary in a group environment. When one is frustrated with service, it's important to remember these service centers are large corporate environments, and the employees are doing their best to help their customers.
Finding the car you like and want to buy is easy today with all the online resources. Finding the IDEAL car salesperson is not that easy unless you stop by or arrange an appointment with IRIS HARLEY at Volvo Cars Silver Spring. We were fortunate to be introduced to her when we went to look at a car we found online at her dealership. With all the bells and whistles on the cars today it is great to find Iris who knows her Volvo cars inside and out. She gave us great insight into what the car was about and knew what she was talking about. When we went to pick up the car she gave us a thorough introduction and overview of each and every bell and whistle. She gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable when driving away. If you are in the market for a Volvo, which you should be, this is our fourth, get in touch with Iris and make the car buying issue a smooth and believe it or not, enjoyable process. She is a delight. Her Sales Manager Noah Greaney is also an asset to the dealership. Straight forward and easy to work with. You can tell he has a strong background in the automotive industry with a yes, sense of humor too!!
The salesperson (Iris) was simply delightful, helpful & well versed on the vehicle that I had an interest in! The Finance team was thorough & efficient making the process not at all painful! I did my part & they certainly did theirs. Would definitely refer Herb Gordon Silver Spring & buy from them again!
Peter was wonderful! My husband and I were driving from about an hour and a half away and Peter stayed very late to accommodate our schedule. The car was ready when we arrived and he explained all the features. He clearly knows his Volvo's! The best part was he shared his snacks...we didn't have time to stop for dinner. Just a great experience!
Iris was wonderful to work with in finalizing our purchase of a used XC60. I did my reasearch in advance and emailed with several questions and Iris always responded promptly and pulled in her business manager as necessary to secure a great deal for us. She provided us with all of the information necessary once we got to the dealership and ensured our process was as smooth as possible. I could not recommend her more! Brady was great to work with - he was super responsive before and after our purchase, and understood that I wanted to make this process (one that frankly I don't love) quick and simple. He did his very best to do that! I would recommend both Brady and Volvo Silver Springs, with one caveat: I was disappointed that during the discussion around financing we were not more clearly walked through the figures for our trade-in (or rationale) and interest rate etc. We were just given pages to sign, no context was given by the person we worked with, so we had to look for that info ourselves on the contracts, and left feeling a little unnerved by that part of the experience. Nonetheless, the offer was fair, so we didn't decide to put a pause on the purchase, and I do really love my new car.
After a 6 month car search Diante M. and Danny (the GM) made the car buying process painless. They are professional, fair, and a pleasure to do business with Volvo again. Thanks Danny and Diante. You guys are the best!

They made some thing that I thought was impossible , possible, from start to finish it was a great experience, , love these guys, they even fed us snacks, it was getting kind of long on the time part, which I know is normal, kudos to these guys and gals , all of them.
I would like to give a thumb up to our sales person Vinny! We did not make our decision to buy the 2019 VW Jetta during our test drive day (even we really like the car) what we like was that the sales person took the initiative to message us (not by calling directly) to follow up with us about our decision, he was very patient and continued that for about two weeks (frankly speaking we might not end up getting the car if he didn't do that). It was also a very good experience during the day we were buying the car, the team (manager, financial personnel) has made sure we get our car during the day, they were very attentive and the process was very efficient. The after sale service was excellence, Vinny does care to message and asked us if we are doing OK with our new car and provided us lots of information we needed to know, he has also scheduled us immediately to have us to get the cilaget done. We got a very good deal on our 2019 VW Jetta and is more than happy to recommend VW Fairfax and Vinny to all of you 👍👍👍
Kudos to Emmanuel for helping us find the Golf 4Motion we wanted and for working hard to meet our budget. We're glad we didn't have to drive too far to find it! Great experience for purchasing the car. The obligatory extended service contract and car waxing sales pitch at financing but not too pushy. The dealership is under construction but a new showroom is opening soon. Salesmen Patrick was great to explain the various features of the XC60.
I just can not express how much we are pleased with this dealership. Ted my service advisor is my favorite person who always goes out his way to deliver an excellent customer service.

Ted was wonderful to work with. He was friendly on check-in, and made sure I had a loaner so I could run pre-Thanksgiving errands while my car was being serviced. The service cost exactly what he said it would, and my car runs great!
