McGrath Volvo Cars Barrington review
This is our 7th new car purchase so we have had good and horrible experiences. I’m happy to say that this was a wonderful experience. John Vangilder, our sales specialist was excellent throughout everything. Even the Finance Manger, Preet C., was excellent. It’s one of the few times we truly love our new car and we feel good about the actual purchase. It will make the monthly payments less painful. But seriously, I can’t thank them enough.

International Autos Jaguar, Land Rover, Subaru, Volvo Cars review
David S, our Product Specialist, was pleasant and made you feel welcome. He is knowledgeable. He found the vehicle we were seeking without delay. The test drive let us experience the new Outback design. David answered all questions without reaching out to others proving his training to sell Subaru products was thorough and enabled Dave to give us confidence in him making the overall purchase a pleasure, not a challenge. David is an asset to this dealership and we hope management recognizes his potential going forward. We would definitely buy another vehicle from David. We are seniors and identify with honesty and integrity….. David has both. Thanks David Jeff N, the Sales Manager, appraised our trade- in and was forthright about our trade. We received a honest trade-in value. Jeff worked out the final cost of our new Subaru Outback Touring XT. We were impressed with Jeff’s attitude and ability to make things happen. He located our vehicle at another dealer. David and Jeff made it possible to see it the next day! Dave came in on his day off to ensure he was there when we looked at the car. I’m sure Jeff will play a big part in helping David develop his Product Specialist position. Jeff leads by example. Thanks Jeff Car buying has never been so pleasant!!

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

Russ Darrow Mazda of GreenfieldReviews
Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield, and it’s all thanks to Jason and Nick. From start to finish, they were transparent, professional, and incredibly helpful. Jason took the time to walk me through every detail of the vehicle I was interested in. There was no pressure, no gimmicks—just honest answers and a genuine willingness to help. Nick was equally outstanding, explaining the financing options clearly and ensuring I understood all the terms. Their customer service is truly top-tier. You can tell they care more about building relationships than just making sales. I left feeling confident, respected, and thrilled with my purchase. If you’re in the market for a new or used Mazda—or just want to work with people who value honesty and transparency—go see Jason and Nick at Russ Darrow Mazda of Greenfield. You won’t regret it!
