I flew in from Phoenix az to purchase my 2015 BMW X4. Comparably equipped X4's in Arizona are $3000 more than United Imports price. But none had the color combination I wanted anyway. United did. Isaac knew the vehicle inside and out and didn't pressure me to buy. Transaction was smooth and quick and I was on my way back to Phoenix before the sun set. Btw, they have sooooooo many very nice pre owned vehicles. If cars are your weakness, stay away . You will want to buy something.
I started car shopping and reached out to several dealers to find a new family vehicle within our budget and with the features we wanted most. Normandin defintaly delivered! Chris was just fantastic and really convinced us to make the decision to travel 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to test drive the Chrysler Pacifica we ending up purchasing. He worked on giving me options on a couple vans at the price I was looking for. He was very responsive. I had been to several (and in contact with) several dealers, but with Normandin I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer. That meant a lot to my wife and I. We brought our 10 month old son and all of the staff were very helpful getting the process done as quickly as possible. Thi was great as well and she went the extra mile to final the paperwork and looked for better interest rates on our loan options that would best fit our budget. Overall this dealership felt like they were there not to just make a quick buck, but to truly help customers find what they're looking for at very reasonable pricing. It was a pleasant experience bringing my car to AutoNation for service. My only gripe was the fact that I brought my car in at the earliest time available and it was still a seven hour wait before my car was ready for pick-up. This was for an inspection, tire rotation and alignment and wiper replacement. When I asked about the long wait, I was told the dealership had many cars come in for service that morning. I had an appointment that was made the previous week for the earliest time-slot available. How did all these other vehicles get in in front of my appointment?!? Small gripe for some, but it burned most of my day off..............
Malcolm was amazing and provided my wife an informative but stress free test drive. It sold us on the car. I am blanking on the name but the gentleman who helped with financing also did an amazing job and was helpful and honest.

We bought two cars from Casey at Hyundai because he was as knowledgeable about cas and not pushy. Test drove about 5 before buying Hyundai. The brand is reliable, minimal recalls and offers a great 100k warranty.

Buying a car from them was quite smooth. They had many variations of the model I was looking for and were quite willing to show me every one they had in stock. They had posted sale prices online for some of the cars they had in stock but discounted others which were advertised at a higher price. Negotiations for the price were fairly quick. When signing the paperwork, there was the typical sales speech to sell me additional services but when I said I was not interested the sales talk stopped.
I had bought a different BMW from another dealer 5 years earlier. That dealer's service department gave me quite poor service. I often had to take my car back to them right after they serviced it. I checked online reviews and found Stevens Creek BMW seemed to have the best reputation. I had bought parts from the Stevens Creek BMW parts department and was quite satisfied with the experience.
I was seriously considering switching from BMW to Mercedes Benz but my experience with and the reputation of Stevens Creek BMW were enough keep me interested in a new BMW even though I have had excellent service provided for my old Mercedes by a nearby dealer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I bought a car about 3 days ago and have been meaning to do a review, so it’s a bit delayed but I wouldn’t miss this opportunity to talk about how wonderful my experience at Southbay Honda was. We all know the car buying process can be very stressful, however My experience was the complete opposite. I had the pleasure of working with Dakila, Kenny, and Jordan. The moment I walked in Dakila greeted myself and family with the warmest smile and told us we’d be taken care of. Kenny was Great he kept myself and my family accommodated with refreshments, all while constantly checking on us and even provided us with refreshments. Kenny And Dakila worked hard to get me the best deal they could. Last but not least there was Jordan, he was very patient and funny.
