Dom Prendergast was thoughtful and made the experience pleasant. I was there for almost 6 hours, but Dom was patient and at no time did it seem like I was there that long. Dom made the process smooth and painless. He walked me through all the new features and controls, a lot since, I went from a 2004 to a 2018. Dom, also, provided me with his number in case i have any issues and to set up my first service.
I was helped by Luis and Sean’s on my Volvo acquisition - both were amazing. Luis did all the sales and process went exactly as promised. I was in and out without additional headaches. Both of the gentleman were great in going over all of the features my new car has and explaining how to operate the apps. It was lovely dealing with them. There was no pressure and genuine interest in being helpful. Good job guys! I appreciate what you did for me and how easy it was. Will be back to see you for my next ride. :).
Mike Upham was courteous and knowledgeable.. He knew the car systems and went through the upcoming inventory to find the car we wanted. He also was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the buy versus lease options.
Came into just look at the XC40. Met Jeff Williams, and in two hours, only two hours, bought a car and put a down payment on the XC40. These people are considerate, informative and know what is going on. Any issues or questions that come up, the sales manager will jump right in with assistance. The finance "guy" is terrific, informative and helpful. His explanations are in English and he talks with you not at you. People are asking and getting our referrals to Jeff.
Good work, fast but wish I didn't have to get new brakes

Good service but since my car is leased I was surprised that I had to get new rear brake pads. One of the reasons I lease is so I will not incur costs such as this. Plus after I left my inflation light came on for one of my tires and I had to stop and put air in it.
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.
The entire staff was extremely helpful and made great efforts to ensure my experience was top of the line. Everyone represented Audi well and made sure to enhance the feeling and luxury of not only the vehicle, but the brand. Everything from the presentation to my treatment was in a grand scale. I had filled out a credit application early in the morning before the shop was even opened and within minutes Johnny Azoulay, the sales manger, and Brian Sarabia contacted me. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. He and Johnny made sure I was well taken care of throughout my time waiting. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. I would return for another future purchase hair because of these guys!!!
Good service and attentive staff. The computer system was down, so it took longer than expected to get the service started. Happy construction is finally completed.
