Great car. Comfortable ride. Simple but luxurious design. Passenger comfort is excellent. Sound system is very nice. One small complaint, not enough storage space. No big deal. Definitely the right purchase

I was in search of a used car for my wife and after looking online we noticed that this dealership had a 2011 Ford Taurus for sale at a great price with less than 70K (Clean CarFax). I was contacted by Amy with internet sales to schedule a test drive and the following day my wife and I met with Roy. After the test drive we went inside to look at some numbers to see if we can make the deal work and we were in/out from start to finish in less than 90 minutes with our preapproved check from Navy Fed. There was condensation in the right rear tail light and they even ordered and replaced it within a week. Excellent customer service and professionalism! I have a Volvo xc60 2019. I generally drive it locally. Driving for an hour or less. Recently I had to take a 4 hour business trip and after 2 hours the AC shut off. It was in the summer in the south so this made for a difficult drive. I also felt that driving the car with out the climate control unit was dangerous as I could not defog the windshield. I contacted my service department at Wynne Volvo Virginia Beach and I spoke with Connie Marshburn a service advisor. She worked with me patiently to try to figure out what my problem could be. I told her I was out of town and needed to get this looked at. I asked her if the local Volvo Dealer that I was close to would honor the extended warranty, she said they should. I contacted Cary Volvo in North Carolina and they told me they would not be able to help me because they were booked up for 2 weeks. I called Connie Marshburn back and she made an appointment with Wynne Volvo as soon as I got back from my business trip. It happened that I was able to get back to my home town and I went to Wynne Volvo immediately. They were VERY helpful. They were booked solid but did take my SUV and were able to fix my problem that day. I can not thank Wynne Volvo and the service staff they have enough . Particularly Connie, as she kept me informed every step of the way about the service of my vehicle. I have been to the service department for all of my maintenance. I have always been treated professionally and with what always felt extra care. Thank you again for fixing my car with me just showing up unannounced. Thank you Connie Marshburn for your dedication to trouble shooting my problem. Taking the time to hear me try to describe my problem. This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

This is an outstanding dealership and service department. I would highly recommend Volvo of Virginia Beach to anyone considering a Volvo purchase or needing a solid shop to repair or maintain their vehicle. Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

I have owned my 2007 Volvo C70 since 2010. For ten years, it was my daily driver. I have kept it garaged and it has 80,000 miles. Since owning it, I did have to reattach parts of the headliner, but a YouTube video help me through the process and made it easy. The timing belt was replaced at 60,000 miles as recommended. Regular oil changes using a synthetic oil has kept the engine in great condition. I have had to replace the front struts once, but that has been the case with most cars of my cars with regular usage. If you live in one of the Plains states where the wind may blow up to 60 mph, a retractable hardtop is a better choice than a softtop. The interior still looks good, but I will replace the front seat covers in the next five years, since I now enter my car in car shows in the area. I enjoyed my 2007 Volvo C70 as a daily driver and am now enjoying taking it to car shows!

First time we bought a vehicle on line based on the pictures and information from the sales rep. We live over 200 miles from the dealership but received outstanding help in purchasing a 2015 SLK 250 from Austin Muller. When looking for a reasonably priced used cars I was so excited when I ran across 518 Auto Sales and the large selection of cars they had!!! The staff including Alex, Wendy, Kyle and Scott were awesome and made me feel right at home!! I will spread the word about this place!!!

Gas mileage OK for 2006 (19-20 city, 28 highway) but not great. Carries surprising amount behind the 1st row for a 'small' car. Good interior design (hey, Volvo) but I have the 'strip model' (i.e. non-turbo) which lacks 2006's possible 'nice' features. Only 60k miles on it, so hasn't been abused.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

Mr Bob Williams was the sales associate that helped me purchase my 2014 f150. He and the manager, Mr. Tony went out of their way to meet me in the middle to help me afford this vehicle. They were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and most importantly for being a woman, they treated me as an equal!!! Husband is deployed so I shopped solo and they were the best dealership I talked to. (I’ve been shopping around for a few years just waiting on the right deal and I can honestly say that the team at Hampton Volvo was the best I’ve worked with in Hampton Roads!!!) Bought our first XC70, a 2006 AWD with 185,000 miles. Now with 265,000, only routine maintenance and rear axle control unit repair. Got our second XC70, a 2016 FWD with with 180,000. Now has 203,000, and we pull a 3300# camping trailer with it. Again only routine maintenance. Neither of these cars burns any synthetic engine oil between 5,000 mile changes. I also drain and refill the transmission sump at the same time. I fully expect these cars to last to 300,000 and beyond. These cars are a perfect combination of safety, comfort, durability, style and power. After going airborne and inverted at 55 in an 82 240 wagon--the victims of an idiot--we were delighted to have survived with only whiplash injuries. The roof stayed right there. Equally delighted and impressed that the president of Volvo called the house thanking me for my letter and photos of the aftermath. He explained why they use the steel they do in roof frames. We've driven only Volvos since 1984, and will never drive anything else. We have five in our family.

The service person was on time and articulated the specific service expectations.

8 years later we still love this vehicle. We plan on driving it until it goes to the junk heap. The dealership in Edmonton is excellent and this is an SUV made for cold Alberta winters. Volvo makes a great realiable car.

Bought this T5 four years ago for my first college student. Now has 155K and still looks and runs great. Get a decent OBD2 tool to deal with random codes and this is a GREAT used car! Ready now for Kid 2 and cross your fingers for #3 waiting in the wings.
