Ed was thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive with questions posed. During the entire experience, he did not employ any type of pressure tactics which was refreshing. It made car buying more tolerable. I would recommend him to a friends and work with him again in the future.
I admit that I was not looking forward to the process of purchasing another vehicle. But everyone at Courtesy Volvo made that process so incredibly easy. We were done with the final paperwork and headed for home with a beautiful new car in no time. I appreciated their no pressure attitude.
