If you are looking for a real safe, reliable, fuel economic, great autonomy, comfortable and user-friendly car, try one XC90 Volvo. I've been driving cars for more than sixty years in my life and only a few years ago I bought a C70 Volvo (hard top convertible) as a second car and felt in love with it. Then I decided to try one XC60 as our primary car. Then exchanged for another XC60, when we decided to stay with volvo cars. By the end of last year, we switched to one XC90 to test and are very happy with it.
We Leased our TLX Acura 3.5 V6 on 4/10/2017.. "Darren Maus", was an outstanding sales professional... He, and the entire personnel of Acura of Peoria, provided to us a superior customer service . From Darren Maus our Salesman, to Paul Brown the Sales Manager, to Ben Quail the General Sales Manager, to Ray Garcia in the financing, everyone was very kind and accommodating. We never expected that we would have be treated so well. For instance, John Lozano, another Salesman, went on his own and picked up a pizza for me and my wife since we had no lunch.... We spend most of our time with Darren Maus, who in the end, did an exceptional delivery of the car to us. This car had many new technological and electronic functions. Darren Maus explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We really enjoyed immensely leasing our new car from "Acura of Peoria". This SUV is incredible. More safety options than imaginable and having the Volvo button much like Onstar is an amazing feature. The kids love the wifi and the panoramic roof.
One feature I wish it had was a charging station for my phone. The leather while soft and plush is super sensitive to jeans and leaves mark's on them. I also wish we could have rain guards, volvo doesn't make them but we had aftermarket ones installed. I didn't feel comfortable with the way the window was closing so we removed them. One last recommendation is to order Weather Tech floor mats. While Volvo offers a heavy duty they cannot compete with WeatherTech.
I love my Volvo lease.
I have always been leery about car dealerships but Autonation has been such a pleasant experience. This will be car #3 for my family in the past couple years from Autonation. We bought my husband's 2016 Silverado, and my 2016 Malibu from the Arrowhead location, and now our son is going through his first car buying experience at the Phoenix location. Svitlana has been amazing! Even though we told her we would likely not be purchasing today, she spent hours with us, test driving multiple cars, and asking questions, finding out what my son wanted and needed. It was all about US! She listened and got to know us and made us feel valued. I am so glad my son had a pleasant experience, as my first car buying experience at his age was terrible!! We did end up finding the perfect car and will be going back today to get it. Not ONCE did we feel pressure or pushed, only welcomed and valued. Thank you once again Autonation for a pleasant experience, and especially to Svitlana, for all the time you spent with us making yesterday a wonderful day for our family. We just love you! So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. Then our Small SUV broke down and we had to look at another car at the same time. We were looking to buy/lease two new cars. We were hoping for a BOGO, but couldn't find one. A friend recommended we speak with Craig Rusin. We went to BMW because our prior experience was 18-years great. When I arrived I asked for Craig and, lo and behold, I was talking with him. I explained I wanted to replace my SUV and possibly my wagon. He asked a few questions and we agreed to look at the X5 and the X3. Within 10 minutes we were in a parking lot test driving the X3. Craig's product knowledge made me feel like I was at The Phoenix Car Show which I attend each November. He explained the "Hold" feature and the benefit in traffic. Craig sat in the back seat and asked if he looked cramped. When I said "No," he replied, "and I am six-four!" I test drove the car on roads I drive every day so I could compare with my current cars. He sat quietly while I assessed the cabin's sounds and road noise (Virtually NONE). Craig had tremendous knowledge of the specifications (recommended tire pressure, the difference between SPORT mode and ECO-Pro mode gear ratios, and back seat size compared to the competition) and he never mentioned "Cup Holder" once - Thank you. He also was able to describe the various packages and told me if I built my car online he would find it or help with the ordering process. I said I needed to have my wife see the car and drive, so Craig told me his schedule and did not rush me to pick her up. He knew I was in the market and he did not rush my family's car buying process! I told him I was aware it was the end of the month and I was aware of the special deals that may expire and he never brought it up again as a reason to buy now. After my wife's test drive (both the X3 and X5) we selected a different X3 configuration and closed the deal with a different package and features at 9:55 PM. Seriously, 31-minutes later; I checked the clock (10:26 PM) as I drove the new X3 off the lot. We're loving our new X3 and highly recommend Craig Rusin and the whole Chapman BMW On Camelback team. Two days later, Caleb Spurlin (BMW Genius) walked me through how to actually use the X3. Two weeks later he emailed me and invited me to come in and clear up any questions or learn some tips and tricks. We liked our experience with Craig and his team so much we did it again the next day. Have not owned the car long but so far am happy with it overall. I’m not thrilled with the console design - awkward compartments and frustrated with the blue tooth - sometimes it connects sometimes not. Car rides nicely and is comfortable and love all of the safety features.
I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!
I was looking for a Porsche Cayman. Found one on Cars.com. Porsche Scottsdale reached out to me promptly. Although I ultimately found a vehicule at another location, if I lived in the Scottsdale area, I'd definitely use Porsche Scottsdale.

I traded my Range Rover Evoque for this vehicle and this vehicle has everything I loved about the Range Rover and more. The driving experience and comfort of this vehicle is amazing. The simplicity of the touch screen is a definite plus as well as all the other features. It's a very modern, fun vehicle to drive.
We have just purchased out third Mercedes from this dealership. The reason we keep going back to them is that the price is right and the professionalism and friendliness is exceptional. We are older and need more assistance with the technical aspects of the car. The staff at this dealership show patience and do not hurry you in teaching us how to use the GPS, etc. What could have been a stressful experience was a rewarding one and we now know how to use all the new equipment. If you want the best, give them a try.

Although there are exceptions where fluctuations are anticipated and embraced in a positive manner, simply said the ones committed to integrity will compete honestly and thoroughly to produce the long term favorable constant. Scottsdale Infiniti Service Departments representative Eric has proven a reflection of the aforementioned integrity. I have witnessed his ability to interact seamlessly (listen and explain) with a wide range of customers, including the members on his team. Although to understand an electric-mechanical system requires a skill, interacting with all the facets involved in an industry requires much more for long term success. It does take aptitude, attitude, experience and skill, but most importantly is the integrity with which this package functions. To find a product and repair shop one can trust is truly valuable. Worth mentioning is the 2012 Infiniti I own which has been serviced strictly by Scottsdale Infiniti for the past 5 years. I currently receive compliments and offers to purchase this vehicle from a wide range of people rather often due to its current condition. Automobile technician groups need brand specific specialization these days. Just training, certificates and factory authorization are not guarantees of workmanship. A well seasoned technician knows that experience, training and intelligence are not a guarantee for outcome; again.... there needs to be integrity and attitude in the environment. All personnel on particular team in a professional environment of respect and positive energy flow, will then provide the best steady positive results. I've owned many Volvo's in the past going back to 242DL in 1976 and always felt very safe. The new XC60 with additional safety features makes this one the best. I tried other cars recently but was not as satisfied so I came back to the Volvo. I love the comfort, the handling and the power of the T6 supercharged 4 cylinder engine.
I purchased my new 1998 Audi A4 originally from Scottsdale Audi. My service advisor Al Rizzo, had been exceptional. I love my car and want to keep it in tip top shape. Al has the 6th sense to anticipate future problems. He is very professional, and yet understands how I love my car. When I use valet service at resorts, often the bellmen want to purchase my car....it is immaculate. Thank you Al, for your continued care!

Bar none-the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. I???ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my ???shields up??? when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn???t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that???s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy???s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I???d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 ??? 3 hours; couldn???t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. I love all the features and styling, beyond my expectations. The V60 is the perfect size for us, not too big and not too small. I also love the Silver Metallic color. The car as a used car but it's like new. The dealer did a great job in popping it!
On 9/1/18 I found a vehicle on car . com. I was contacted by Steve Perry from Courtesy Volvo. his professionalism was quite apparent to me. After speaking to Steve I decided to drive down to the dealership and check out the 2016 Kia Sorrento. I wasn???t quite sure if I was really going to buy a vehicle that day. The fact of the matter is I felt quite comfortable at the dealership. Steve is an outstanding asset to Courtesy Volvo. I must say this was my first good experience buying a car. Steve made sure I knew everything there was to know about the vehicle. I didn???t feel any pressure the entire time that I was At the dealership. I had been searching for a new car and doing research on all the cars in the class I was interested in driving. I wanted a smaller SUV. This should be easy, right? I began test driving all of the cars I thought I might want, and the story was the same with each: the seats were rock hard!! They knew people were going to sit in these, right? People who own couches and enjoy comfort? Then I showed up at Courtesy Volvo. Ed Himes met me in the lobby, and we began discussing what I was looking for in a new car. Within minutes I was test driving a Volvo, and I'm not joking...I got a little emotional and even cried a little bit!! Not only was the car incredibly comfortable, but the features were amazing!! It didn't hurt that the lines on the car were really great looking. I told Ed he better get the papers started because I was going to get this car! This car buying experience was truly fantastic!! Ed Himes is helpful, kind, and doesn't use pressure to sell (he doesn't need to because the car sells itself). We had a delightful time sharing stories of growing up in Phoenix and he made sure he found the best snacks for me in the busy Saturday showroom. Ed is a great teacher and extremely patient. The XC60 is a computer on wheels, so Ed spent a great deal of time showing me how to work the systems, but was also sensitive to time and told me to drive it a few days then come back with my questions. Truly, he is all about great service and making sure his customers are happy!! Even though I could have waited on Saturday to do the paperwork and drive away, it was getting late and I knew I could wait until Monday. Well, I learned a little secret! When you make an appointment to pick up your car on a Monday morning, the process is smooth as silk!! They had my papers all ready to sign. Ed had everything waiting for me displayed like a jewelry store - the keys were in a beautiful display box, and a screen polisher and leather treatment cloths were there as well. It was quiet, and we were able to get through the process in no time at all. A special shout out to Jeremy Sarnataro and Michael Gronski. Jeremy is the Sales Manager, and he took time to explain the difference to me between how regular dealerships work and how Volvo works, showing me the extent of care Volvo goes to care for their customers. He was willing to work with me to get the best deal possible on the car even though it was a very busy day when I was purchasing. I was really grateful. And Michael Gronski in finance moved like lightning to get me through the paperwork. He was kind and efficient, and the most difficult part of the process wasn't hard at all! I have purchased many cars over the years, so I am well versed in how painful the car buying process can be. I was thrilled to purchase from Courtesy Volvo. The dealership is beautiful, the employees are exemplary, and I believe they truly care about their customers. They also have the most extensive Volvo inventory in Arizona. I am so grateful I got to work with Ed Himes. Ed made the entire process enjoyable, and that is saying a lot in comparison to other car buying experiences. Thank you so much for all of your help!! Like driving in my living room. Rear legroom may be more than front seat legroom. Premium sound (Bowers & Wilkens) features multiple options (concert hall surround-sound; stage or customize-able. Similar options for driving: eco (4 cyl); standard or Power (Turbo boost). Sleek, stylish exterior design. Interior features walnut inlays with Inscription model. Really classy. And incredible discounts available through TrueCar or direct from dealers.
I am a "VOLVO for Life" customer/client (now the proud owner of our 5th VOLVO!) and was delighted to see a VOLVO dealership closer to our home when Courtesy VOLVO opened earlier this year. We purchased our XC90 (the MOST FABULOUS car I've owned!) from Tempe VOLVO where we had already been dealing with Jud White on previous vehicles. Dealing with Courtesy VOLVO has, in general, been a welcome change as many of the Tempe VOLVO associates are now located here in Scottsdale and their customer service is fabulous! Particularly helpful and wonderful to deal with is Andrew Caron (in fact, my sister purchased her XC60 from Andrew). This car is amazing. I love all its features, especially those aimed at safety and comfort. The lane assist is great. I love the fact that it shows the speed limit of the road you're on. The Apple Play is a great feature. I love the comfort features such as the seats and steering wheel heaters that turn on automatically when it's below 50 degrees. The entertainment center is very comprehensive.
Bought car with 7K miles. Now have over 244K miles. Jud White has been my service manager for all these miles. Credit to Jud and his expertise, customer care and advise for keeping my S80 running. If I make 300K it is all credit to Jud!!!

We now will only ever take our vehicles to Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale with Jud White. Jud provides outstanding and honest customer service. He is knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. He addressed and fixed issues with our vehicle that we had been trying to get fixed for some time. We feel grateful and highly recommend this dealership and Jud! I did a ton of research on this car before purchasing it, searching high and low to see the colors in person and in the Inscription package that we wanted.
I absolutely love the car. I have no complaints. It is extremely comfortable, rides beautifully, is easy on the eyes and has some great pick up! Sometimes I pull away from a light or when entering the highway faster than I intend.
I still love the car and after longer road trips will often make that comment. The only single thing that I would change is the exterior color. It was a compromise because my husband and I could not agree and we were not impressed by the white or black. There was a darker blue shade that we really liked but it was not an option on this model (Denim blue - hint, hint Volvo).
Plus the rear seat leg room is insane. Our teenage kids have no complaints when we go for long car rides. We sometimes drive 5 hours to go ski and no one is needing to stretch their legs or uncomfortable.

Armand Slason is the best service manage I have ever had the privilege of working with. We met 38 yeas ago and he took care of my family cars for years. We all loved him. We lost touch for a few years when he changed locations. Then one day my daughter call me and said " Mom...I found Armand"! We have been bring him our cars ever since. No one provides the personal service at the level Armand does. He introduced me to his service consultants, Jud and Brian, who have provided the same level of personal service when I bring in my car. They make me feel like I am a valued customer. Today I needed an estimate on a dent repair. Before I left the dent was fixed and my car was washed and spotless. I had had my windshield replaced last week at work and had neglected to remove the blue tape from the windshield. Armand noticed it and had it removed before cleaning the car. I purchased a used car from Courtesy Volvo and my experience started with an online request. I received a quick response from Robby who answered all my questions and even took the time to send me a video of the car I was interested in (which gave me much better insight and views of the cars than the photos online). When I arrived, Robby was there to help me through the rest of the process. I really appreciated his straightforward nature, his laid back approach, and his corny jokes. After some mild negotiation, I left with the deal I came in wanting. The only critique I have would be with the dealership in general in that I did not appreciate all the extra add-ons installed on a used car as this increases the price with items I mostly did not want - and I did not learn about these add-ons until I got to the lot. Other than that, my family is in the market for another car and I would not hesitate to do business with Courtesy Volvo again!

Before I test drive my Volvo XC60, I tested BMW, Mercedes, Tesla. Then I set in XC60 and said immediately: "This car is for me and it will be mine". Everything is perfect in this car. Starting from luxury sound system ending with safety of this car. I have a child and for me safeness is the first reason why I choose this car. Volvo is still a leader for safeness of their cars. I have fully loaded car and I enjoy driving it everyday. With no doubt I would recommend this car.

Best car dealership experience ever! We were surprised that no sales persons came running out to meet us before even parking. We went inside to find a sales person. We explained exactly what we needed/wanted. Immediately Steve began to size up our needs, and to make sure that all our needs could be met before even sitting down. There were no questions like "what do you want your payment to be" or other car sales person questions. Steve gave us a few set of keys and asked us to look around while he checked with his manager and finance manager. After finding the car we were there to see, we went inside to ask if we could test drive. Steve thought we already were out driving it as he had given us keys. We really enjoyed the no high pressure sales talk while on a test drive. We were able to talk freely about the car ourselves as we drove. We returned, and Steve had appraised our vehicle and notified us that he was going to be able meet our offer with 0 negotiation games. Our offer was shown to us. Steve told us to feel free to sleep on it if we needed to. The offer was good for as long as we needed. We looked at a few more cars to make sure this was exactly what we wanted. Steve was extremely patient with us. Steve suggested a few vehicles that would fit our needs. He also suggested that a few we were looking at probably would not fit our needs. It did not matter on the price. Cars Steve recommended or did not recommend were lower in price. Some were higher in price. Proving that the dealership was not out to have us buy a higher priced car. We felt Steve truely wanted us to find a car that fit our family, not just the dealers pocket. Courtesy Volvo is truely a no game, no hassel, no high pressure sales type of dealership. Do not buy R-Design if you have a car seat.

Drove a XC90 R-Design and liked this vehicle a lot. Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation.
