Since we live about 3 hours away, we called and made arrangements to come in during the week. Andy was there to greet us when we arrived, the car was ready and he told us to take it out and drive around town. We loved the car and when we got back to the dealership, negotiated a satisfactory price.
We went to lunch and when we returned, the car was ready to go and the paperwork took less than 30 minutes to complete. There was absolutely no pressure and was one of the best auto purchasing experiences we have ever had.
After arriving home and after a week of ownership, we noticed a few minor issues. We contacted Andy, and he and Mark were great about fixing the problems without any hassle.
They have a large inventory of very clean cars and we would not hesitate in buying another car from them.
I have never had a better experience at ANY car dealership (new, used, or otherwise). Mark is classy, friendly and wants more than anything for you to find a car that will make YOU happy. What this means is that he is not going to try to pressure you to buy a car outside of your budget, he is not going to try to tag on any up-sells, he will try to give you a deal that is fair and he is going to treat you like his guest. This kind of business mentality is extremely rare in any business but especially the car business. Mark had a few examples of the car that I wanted, let me test drive both with my wife alone so we could discuss in private (trust!), negotiated fairly on the price, offered me a great deal on my trade-in and took care of all the paperwork, financing etc.; everything took less than two hours and we only had to deal with one person start to happy finish. Mark is a gentleman through and through; take any opportunity to visit them and you will understand. Looking forward to doing business again when my wife is ready for her next car. Until then keep up the great work and thanks for the BMW 128i, it is fantastic vehicle!
Tony Humphrey the internet manager made my experience buying my new fusion amazing. He took the time to explain everything and make sure I understand all the bells and whistles that went along with my car. Great salesman, would definitely buy from him again.
I bought a car here YEARS ago. I brought it in for service and after the experience vowed NEVER to go back. I told the manager his dealership was the best advertisement for Toyota.
I needed to get my car tuned up including new brakes and shocks. I called and set up appointment for the next day. When I got in my car the sound was so bad, I asked if I could bring it in a day early.
I did, they took me where I needed to go. Everything was professional, friendly, and quick. I couldn't believe it. Technicians were great and so was the front of house and management, where the problem was before, Good Job Cardinale!
