Not sure what I was going to do today while turning in my leased vehicle,however I ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Joe Bauman, my salesman did a great job of not pressuring me and making me feel so at ease. Not only Joe but every one in the facility that dealt with me were very professional. Just downsized from an XC90 and I just love this SUV. Has many features I have in an S60. Very sporty and easy to maneuver.
I bought my very first luxury vehicle from Ty and it was the best experience I could have asked for. He was very patient and kind with me and answered all my questions. He guided me through the process and helped ensure that I got the car that I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my Liberty!! And the entire buying experience was awesome!! Excellent customer service! Worst car ever owned

xxxx car. 2.0 disel. I the first moth the dor sensors broke, indicating all dors open all the time. In the fift month the pump for the stearing blew. The plate that closes the intake at shot down got stuck twise, had to have it fixed at the dealerahip. Ac broke. Alternator finished. The flywheel leaked silocon in the clutch and destroied everytjing in there. All this happend in 3 years. Newer buing a Volvo again. And the dealership was just xxxx all the time. I had loud noices at start up sometimes, and sommetimes a real hard shut down. Had them have a look and they found nothing. They did not put this in the log book so when the clutch went they told me no it was not theyr resposability.
I always hate shopping for cars, which is why I had my last one for 11 years. When my car finally died once and for all I really did dread searching for another vehicle. My sister highly recommended Wholesale Direct Motors as she and her husband purchased 2 vehicles in the past from them and were both very happy with their choices. I went to check them out and not necessarily to purchase that day. I was truthful and told them that from the beginning. Corey was more than attentive to me and very patient as I test drove 4 different vehicles to get a better feel for what I was looking for. After the last test drive I thanked Corey for his time and he smiled back and told me it was his pleasure and to call him if I decided on one or if I wanted to look at any others when I had more time. I left there really taken away by Corey’s sincerity and no pressure attitude. I’m not sure if this is how the car sales industry is these days but that was definitely not my experience over a decade ago. I came back 3 days later and decided on the 2013 Ford Fusion and absolutely love it. I am truly thankful for my sister sending me to them but even more so for Corey being my salesman. As much as I liked everyone there and the simple and stress free buying a used car experience, hopefully I won’t need another vehicle for another decade or so. Blessed

This is a great looking car with an extremely comfortable ride but I’ve had continuous issues with leaks which came from the poor design. Water drains from the sunroof through tubes that actually go into the car causing water issues when clogged. This ruined carpet, headliner, and the floorboard. There was so much water coming through when it rained that you could hear it sloshing while driving. The water damage also caused damage to the electrical wiring in the driver’s door causing the window and locks not to function. Today was the last straw when the transmission completely failed while driving it to work on the expressway.
What a shame for a comfortable ride to have such poor design ruining the entire car.
I bought a Honda civic at Wholesale Direct Motors this week and it was an awesome experience. Ty and Corey were great to deal with. They didnt pressure me and were honest and fair with me. They did not try to oversell me. It was clear that they truly had my best interest in mind. Fair prices. Good people. If I ever need to buy another car, Im going back to them for sure!
Great SUV, But there are significant problem areas

I own a lot of Volvo's , but this is my first xc90 (v8 Sport, loaded). Replaced my '10 MB 350 BluTec which blew up. Problem areas (and it can cost a ton of money)- Radiator leaks into trans cooler. Once that happens the tranny is toast. Happened to me within a few weeks of my buying. In the end, it was about a $6k ordeal. Also, the front engine cover idler pulley stud often breaks. Another $1k++ repair. Upper Strut mounts are also a problem. Especially passenger side. Replace only with HD IPD. Fuel economy isn't great, but what can you expect from a v8 SUV weighing nearly 5k lbs.
Despite all the problems (I think some of the problems were anomalies--except radiator, there's a SB on it) it is a very good SUV.
Wagner Subaru is an excellent dealership. Service department is great! My salesman Will is very good. Highly recommend this dealership . Much better experience than other Subaru dealerships that I have dealt with

I love my S40. I bought it with a manual transmission and all wheel drive and I don’t regret it at all. The engine is responsive and quick, the car has loads of torque across the entire rev range, and the turbo is quick. The chassis is firm. There’s almost no body roll or chassis movements over bumps and potholes. The all wheel drive system along with Volvo safety tech allows me to drive normal roadway speeds in snowy or wet conditions. The interior is minimalistic and well laid out with extremely comfortable seats. I absolutely love this car.
I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and I was able to make the entire deal including my trade in sight unseen.
I arrived to finish the deal and no shocks or surprises. They were honest about all the fees and I was honest about the condition of my trade it and that helped seal a great deal for my family and helped sell another vehicle.
I had been per-approved to buy but they actually found a better deal with a financing option they offered. I was surprised because that has never happened before with my bank. And again this was over email and phone calls.
The staff was friendly, the facility much nicer than any of dealers in Indy I had visited and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Wonderful car ( except retractable top)

I love this car but when I bought a pre-owned and certified Volvo I soon had trouble with the retractable top. Specifically, when I brought the top back up, it automatically brings the too back up, followed by the windows. One window didn’t fully go up all the way. I have since taken it to a volve dealer who supposedly had fixed it. Now I am having the same issue again less than a year later. I don’t drive this convertible very much, so it isn’t a matter of the top being ’worn-out’. At least that is how I saw it on only a 4 year car.
Though Joe has only been with this dealership for a short period of time, his customer service is top shelf. He gave my husband a chance to look around prior to approaching us, then took the lead once he knew what we wanted to do. He took heed of our need not to spend excessive hours to purchase a vehicle. He was quite the host by offering coffee, hot chocolate or water; it was kind of cold out. I didn???t want to drive off the lot that night, so we agreed on a time the next day. Who showed up on his day off? Joe! We went over the nuances of the Edge; and told me to take time to learn the functions over the weekend. When I bring the car back for the optional work on Monday, he asked me to look him up. I definitely will!

I have a diesel version d5 163 ps. The engine is very economical accelerates well and is good to drive. On the snow goes well аlthough the car is FWD.
