One cold day in March, while in for routine service on my 12-year-old 130,000+ mile XC60 (btw, Lovering’s service department is the best!), I went upstairs (Nashua) to check out the latest XC60’s. I knew I’d get a new one ‘soon’ but I wasn’t sure of ‘how’ – purchase or lease. As I wandered around, Dan Carlen asked me if he could help. So we sat down for quite a little while so he could teach me about leasing. I never forgot how knowledgeable and willing he was to spend such time with me. And he’s friendly, too. So four months later, in July, when the time for ‘soon’ had arrived, my wife and I immediately sought out Dan. We learned he was ‘on loan’ to Lovering in Concord. Nevertheless he was willing to come into Nashua the next day, his day off! Dan made sure our experience went very smoothly. He spent the time we needed to learn all the new features on the new XC60. We never felt rushed or pressured. We’ve had Volvos since 1990, all purchased through Lovering. Dan made our latest experience the best ever! Thank you, Dan!

My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!

This is a well-designed and solidly built car. It is just what we needed for road trips, recreation exploration and zipping around town. Plenty of room for the size we were looking for. The front console is a little busy, but this is our first Volvo so we just need to adapt to the new layout.

I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

Love the interior room and Volvo styling. Tons of convenience and safety features. The 3.0 has plenty of power. Plenty of storage in the back even with the seats up.

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

After many years of using the same Sales Representative who has since retired, we were introduced to Richard who was knowlegible with a great sense of humor. Each time we have purchased a vehicle the buying experience has been very low key, no pressure and really a pleasant experience. The service department is fantastic. John and Renee really go the extra mile to make for an excellent service department. There are lots of great car brands out there, but due to the service department we will continue to be loyal Volvo purchasers and owners.

Smooth process, pricing was fair and didn’t require back and forth - process was quick and easy. I’d suggest them for any car purchases you may need. The facility is rather worn out, but who really cares as long as you get a food deal on a car and the process is easy.

I normally buy cars from Porsche, Mercedes and Audi and own several SUVs and sports cars from theses mfrs. I did not want another SUV but wanted the utility and comfort in a sedan sized vehicle. I saw a V60 on the road and thought it was very stylish. I confess to being a fan of station wagons and owned Volvo wagons back in the 80’s and always found them to be safe, practical but dull and under-powered. I was hesitant to test drive one asking myself “ how much change could they have designed into their four cylinder engines.” Within the first 5 minutes of the test drive I thought WOW! What a difference! Decent power. Great ride quality that is at least comparable to my Mercedes wagon and extremely comfortable seats. Build quality equal to or better than my Mercedes and a great price in comparison. I bought it and, so far, think it was a great decision. I also like the fact I don’t see lots of them so it has a unique presence.p on the road. I would call it “ruggedly stylish” like a well broken-in suede sports coat. The pine gray exterior color combined with the the chestnut colored leather interior is gorgeous. Most of my cars are black or dark silver so this color combo really stands out. I’ve received compliments from people about the color and style of the car which I don’t often get in my Mercedes or Audi. Can’t wait to take it on a road trip!

They got me on the road and Merrimack St. Service took my car in right away to handle the repair. Service was friendly, professional, and efficient. I left with a shiny, clean road ready vehicle! Purchased a 2019 Legacy for my wife. The car had a couple cosmetic issues and they sent it to the bodyshop for repair. I hadn't even bought the car yet but they were willing to make the car right and win my business. They did and the car was perfect. Worked with Serge and Ray. They never put any pressure on me to buy the car. Most dealers don't want you to leave the premise without some kind of promise to come back. I never felt that and they were very accommodating to make sure the price I was willing to pay was met. Within reason of course. I am extremely happy with what I paid and did a lot of comparisons to what other dealers were asking for the same car. I am actually thinking of trading in my 2013 Cadillac SRX toward a Forester in the next two years. And no question of where I am going to make that purchase.
