We can't say enough positive things about the staff here. Our experience was a complete success from start to finish. They were all professional but friendly..we will definitely come back if we need another vehicle. Feel confident to go straight to them and skip the anxiety.

2024 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
After driving this “wagon” I don’t know why anyone would buy an SUV. It drives like a sedan but has the storage of an SUV. Very stylish and smooth ride. Love the fine leather seats and features in my “Ultimate” version. Best car I’ve ever driven. At 30,000 miles now and super happy with everything.

2017 Subaru Impreza review
Front mid console is a bit awkward in placement, making it difficult to put two drinks in the designed locations. Its also awkward for the passenger to open the compartment because the fit is too close to the front seats. The lack of any dedicated sunglass compartment is frustrating. How about as part of the overhead info center?

Germain Volvo Cars North Hills review
Been a BR customer ever since I retired from my 30 year Army career 10 years ago. Bought my first Volvo in 2004 during my second tour in Germany. In the last ten years I've bought four new Volvos and most recently a used one. I kept buying them from BR because the sales staff is world class (after living in Europe for 17 years, I know world class). And Jim Anderson is the service department is simply superlative. He's taken care of me for the last 10 years. I drop my car off with him for anything and I never worry because I know that he's going to take care of me no matter what. He is what right looks like.

Very smooth, comfortable and quiet. Extremely roomy and quite attractive exterior. Added roof racks, still quiet. Gas mileage approaching mid-30’s on secondary highways. Acceleration is good, handling is firm. All wheel drive makes a big difference. Very happy with purchase, and highly recommend.

1991 Toyota Previa review
Have owned this car for about 27 years. No major mechanical work, but replaced the fuel pump, water pump, alternator, has had regular oil changes ( every 3000K), battery, tires, struts replaced, brakes maintained, etc. Air conditioning went out about 10 years ago, but the car keeps on going. Have not had problems with the front ancillary drive shaft. After several cross country trips with family, bought a 2005 Honda Odyssey for the family, but drive this dailyfor my 45 mile daily commute. Am now at about 345,000 miles and still going strong. May need some brake work soon, but the Honda is at 244,000 miles and needs replacing. Will likely keep the Previa for now as it is a simpler vehicle and has a hitch to tow my 17 ft Sailboat. I think of the Previa as an enclosed Pickup with tons of covered carrying space. Am considering a Metris as an eventual replacement, as it fits the same usage model.

2016 Honda HR-V review
Overall, it's great! It's a Honda and it is reliable and holds up well over time! It can be parked anywhere! However, the heater is terrible - takes over 20 minutes to warm up the car inside (my 1996 Civic and 2002 CR-V had fantastic heaters, I don't know what Honda's done to ruin their heaters). It is also bad for road noise, it is difficult to hear passengers because of all the road noise on a highway!

2011 Volvo V50 review
I've only owned the car a little over a month. It is a 2015 not 2011. This is my 3rd Volvo. I purposely seeked out this car and found one in great condition with low miles. I went from a Dodge Ram 1500, and even though I love my truck, this wagon has more pleasantries and appointments to offer. The only draw back thus far is sitting low and not being able to see over and around the vehicles in front. Other than that, and two it being relatively new to me, I'm in love.

Cochran Volkswagen North Hills review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my brand new Volkswagen Jetta from Cochran Volkswagen, and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding. From start to finish, the dealership staff made the entire process incredibly smooth, efficient, and enjoyable. First and foremost, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere at Cochran Volkswagen. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles and a willingness to assist, creating a positive first impression. Their professionalism and knowledge were evident, as they patiently answered all my questions and provided me with valuable insights into the various Jetta models available. One aspect that stood out was the dealership's commitment to understanding my needs. They took the time to listen attentively, ensuring they recommended the right Jetta model that aligned perfectly with my preferences and budget. Their expertise in guiding me through the different features, trims, and packages was commendable, making the decision-making process significantly easier. The purchasing process itself was a breeze. Cochran Volkswagen went above and beyond to streamline the paperwork and minimize any potential hassles. The finance team efficiently guided me through the necessary documentation, clearly explaining every detail, and ensuring I understood all the terms and conditions. They also presented various financing options, working with me to find a plan that suited my financial situation comfortably. Furthermore, the delivery of my new Jetta was an unforgettable experience. The sales representative took the time to demonstrate the Jetta's features and provided valuable tips to enhance my driving experience. Even after the purchase, Cochran Volkswagen continued to exceed my expectations. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in their follow-up calls and emails, checking in to ensure that everything was going well with my new Jetta. It truly showcased their dedication to fostering long-term relationships with their customers.
2017 Audi A4 allroad review
Beyond the sleek styling, the Allroad is amazing in adverse weather. When cars are spinning off the road or hydroplaning, this Audi muscles it’s way through. In addition, with the fold-down seats, it operates like a little truck, holding futons, bicycles, whatever.

2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV review
Purchased a used 2023 Chevy Bolt EV a couple months ago, and so far have been very happy with it. I will talk about what I think are cons first. Not happy with the lack of safety features that most vehicles have as standard features. No BSM, no yellow warnings of vehicles in blind spots or warning sounds. No back up warnings. Visibility is taking time to get use to. Mirrors are too small. Visors are too small to block sunlight. Interior is cheap, storage spaces a lacking, glove box dumps stuff out when you open it. Pros:. The selling point of the vehicle is the savings in fuel economy. It is a relatively small SUV electric vehicle, with a good battery that will take you 250 miles on a full charge. I have been averaging 4.4 miles/kw. My electric rate is 10.6 cents a kw. It only costs me $6 to drive that 250 miles. That's about the price for a gallon of gasoline in some places around here. Car is fast and can pass another vehicle very quickly. Ride is comfortable and smooth. One peddle works great and I get better numbers around town. I'm estimating this little EV will save me about $2500 a year and fuel costs. I have a charger installed in my garage. The key to taking advantage of the savings of any EV is to charge at home. Charge overnight. Love this little car.

2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class review
Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. E-450 4matic Cabriolet Excellent Ride from a classy and sassy dame.

2023 Chevrolet Bolt EV review
Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

2018 Audi A4 allroad review
I still have my 2001 Allroad (built on the A6) and did not think the A4 Allroad would have the same feel - but I was wrong. The 2018 is solid, has great torque and overall performance is superior. Interior is as impressive as the exterior. Very stylish with outstanding handling for a 'station wagon'!
