2019 MINI Clubman review
I LOVED my Mini Convertible but when the lease was up I decided to get something a little bigger to better fit my golf clubs AND my granddaughter and her stuff. When my lease expired I looked at lots of makes and models not knowing what I wanted... I came back to Mini Cooper and I love the huge panorama roof on the Clubman. There is enough room for my golf clubs to fit in the very back and I still have room for passengers. I love the zip of the turbo engine when I have it in Sport mode. The interior finishes are more upscale than other cars I looked at and the Infotainment system is very clear and easy to use. I got a really good price on a 2019 with very low miles. I feel like I got a good deal. It feels more sophisticated than my Mini Convertible. The Bose music system is great. I haven’t missed my convertible yet...I’m excited to drive it!

2018 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review

Found 2014 Audi A4 Quattro manual transmission on Saugus Auto Mall website and called after hours to set up a test drive for the next day. Car was in great condition and was really fun to drive. Though the car's price was very competitive for the market (we shopped around for a few weeks) it was just slightly outside of our price range and they were able to meet us in the middle. We test drove the car for a second time the next day. Both times there was no hassling or pressure from Ali or the Saugus team. We decided to buy the car cash and everything went so smoothly. When we got home we realized it was one of those unicorn car buying experiences. The DMV is super slow right now during the pandemic so we had to wait for a full week for our paper plates and registration to come through. The car was fully detailed and everything was in order when we came to pick it up. Also, we had asked for one of the tires to be replaced because it was damaged and they ended up replacing ALL four tires! Great experience buying a used Audi! 2019 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
We bought a used 2019 a month ago. I wasn't aware of these. As I researched a replacement for my wife's GMC Terrain, I learned about all of the bad CVT transmissions and oil burning engines in that class. Happened on a used Alltrack for sale at a dealer and as I researched the dsg transmission and looked up reviews - I was pretty excited by what I read. We have taken in on one 6-hour trip through the mountains and several 3-hour family visits. I love driving it. Probably my favorite car I have driven other than my old 2000 Volvo S70. It seems to be very well built. It is insanely quiet on the road and it has great acceleration. We travel with two kids and two dogs and it zips right up mountain passes, rarely cracking 3k rpm. I wish we had about 2 more inches in the trunk for our kennel, but it is a large space. I am anxious to try the AWD in some Montana snow this winter. 2010 Subaru Impreza review
I bought this car with about 88K miles on it. I knew with Subaru’s once they hit 100K+ they would require maintenance. I spent a bit over $9K for my car and have spent roughly right around the same to get it running the way it should be. The most recent problem was having to rebuild my entire engine due to major oil leaks. This car will last you a long time if you take care of it from the get go. Do not listen to dealerships and take it in for an inspection ASAP if you decide to purchase.

2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.

2018 Subaru Outback review
I bought my outback new in March 2018. After putting about 85,000 miles on it the only thing I had ever replaced for windshield tires and battery. The battery seems to go out most often every 30,000 miles or two years at about 85,000 miles we had an oil pan leak that was small but we had it repaired since it was covered under extended warranty. I’ve also had water leak into the drivers door, electronics and shorted out my driver‘s window. The Travers side seat bolster of leather, has also ripped and torn quite badly. However, I have not done a very good job at keeping it up overall it’s been a very good vehicle. Written April 5th 2026.

2018 Subaru Outback review
I have the 2018 Outback 3.6R Limited, at 110,000 miles I replaced all struts and wheel bearing, the ride still isn’t the best but air pressure in tires kept at 39 psi has improved the ride significantly. I had a 2021 with the 4 cylinder engine and the reason I got rid of it was the cvt is fragile and doesn’t handle much weight or towing plus the screen and push buttons for everything, very distracting when driving and looking for the right soft touch function. I have had much better results going backwards to the 2018 6 cylinder engine and heavy duty cvt. It uses a 5W30 engine oil which is a million times better than 0W20 which honestly is really thin and breaks down quickly.

2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Good gas mileage definitely a keeper especially when gas prices are high. Smooth suspension plenty of engine performance. Comfortable seats heated, cargo area is spacious. Touch screen stereo with navigation. Reliable, very nice quality and holds it's value well.

2014 Audi allroad review
I bought this car in early 2021 (Premium Plus package) and have had it for about a year now. I'm absolutely in love with the car - the handling, passing power, refined cabin with all the bells and whistles, aggressive body lines for a wagon and overall size. I've long owned wagons; mostly subarus with a WRX, Forester and Crosstrek XV; and was once a die hard Subie owner... until I got into this Audi and it blew my mind. Subaru is not known for its interior features or designs, so the refinement and design of the interior on the Allroad was a major change for me and I never realized how much I appreciate the bells and whistles like power seats, heated seats, Bluetooth compatibility, Nav, independent climate controls, etc. Most notably is the highway power... the "get-up" in this car at freeway speeds is absolutely outstanding and excites me everytime I need to pass. Took it on a road trip to southern Cali last summer and was very impressed with the gas mileage on the long trip (about 420 miles to a tank) and the ride is soooooo smooth and enjoyable. I long commuted from Phoenix to Sacramento (780 miles/13hrs) in my Subaru's and by hour 6-7, I was always hurting... took me about 8 hours to get to SoCal last summer and the entire duration of the drive was enjoyable and my body felt great upon arrival in the Allroad. If you like wagon's... this is the vehicle to own!

The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
2015 Volvo V60 review
My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!
