Today, purchased the 2013 Nissan Juke, 112,600 mile for $9,995 today. It will be ready Wednesday or Thursday this coming week. My sales person Amy was excellent. She knew I had a firm budget (retired) and she found two great vehicles to test. The Jeep I could have taken home today with less milage... a little older, however, Jeep mph versus the Juke..., Nissan won even with higher mileage. So far, I'm "a HAPPY CAMPER"! I can't foresee any problems from now until pick-up. So, I'd say, if you need a reliable used car, Amy is knowledgeable and, in spite of the packed waiting room with eager customers, we were never abandoned. Note; yes, the sales people had to multi-task at times. Understand, at these reduced prices, compared to any dealerships for used cars... I still have my 2001 Allroad (built on the A6) and did not think the A4 Allroad would have the same feel - but I was wrong. The 2018 is solid, has great torque and overall performance is superior. Interior is as impressive as the exterior. Very stylish with outstanding handling for a 'station wagon'!

I bought a used 2012 XC70 AWD with 65,000 miles after we were rear-ended in my Volvo 940. Before that one I had a 740 wagon in which I drove almost half a million trouble-free miles. I am not a fan of FWD (that's what this really is with traction control) but my mechanic told me the 3.2 engine was decent. After a test drive, I was really impressed and the turning radius wasn't bad so I bought it. I've now driven about 15,000 miles in it in varying conditions and I am hugely impressed. Despite its having 6 cylinders, the gas mileage is slightly better than my 940 and the difference in driving experience is like night and day. Although it doesn't corner quite as well as my earlier RWD models, the ride is much smoother and infinitely more comfortable. The seats are superb and the engine is so quiet, it almost feels like an electric vehicle. I love the heft of the chassis and the slightly higher ride than a regular car. The folks who have the turbo model speak highly of the performance, but the way I drive, the non-turbo one has plenty of power for my needs. The biggest pity is Volvo doesn't make cars like this any more. The newer ones look fancy but their 4 cylinder turbo motors just can't compare with a six. I expect repair costs to be somewhat high because of the way some components are situated under the hood, being difficult to get to, but until there's a problem I'm not going to worry about it. I love the 6-speed transmission and frankly, there's nothing about the car I don't like. Definitely better than an SUV in every way and more capable off-road than many 4WD vehicles. And it's classy looking. When you open and close the doors you know this is a quality vehicle with excellent engineering and it has safety features second to none.

Overall it was a good experience! I had no issues during the process as everything ran smoothly.

Bought it New in December 2012. We have had very few problems over the 11 years we have owned it. Granted we only have 85,000 miles +/-, but I would love to get an updated 2024 version of this Volvo. If I had it to do again I would definitely buy it.

Recently was looking to purchase a used minivan for our daughter's travels this summer. THIS CAR SAVED MY BRAIN! Was recently T-Boned and a car with lesser safety design would have left me brain injured. The 2010 CVT is the best model year made due to beefier components. Mine rarely used oil, though some will. Almost always broke EPA mileage estimates in highway. Surprisingly capable off road. Superb in snow/rain. Saved Brain and nothing else matters!!!

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

I owned this car for 2 years and 3 months. Bought it with 150,000 miles and I sold it to the subaru dealership with over 163,000 miles. It was reliable for a volkswagen. Drove it to see my retired grandmother quite a few times after I bought it. It was my daily driver for 1 year and 5 months. I loved this car and I'll miss it. I recommend this car to anyone.

This car is amazing. I bought it at the end of Feb 2021 for $11,000. That was about 4-6 weeks before the price of used cars skyrocketed. The first time i took it to a mechanic for some scheduled maintenance i found out that i have a “Unicorn.” It is quick and handles like a dream. I love that i don’t have to fuel it up as much as the gasoline version. The six speed manual transmission is amazing. A fun fact about this car is that it isn’t actually a Jetta. It’s a Golf. My manual 6 speeed TDI sportwagen is the most fun car i have ever owned.

Review: Living With 3 Chevy Bolt EVs for past 6 years Owning three Chevy Bolt EVs has been one of the smartest financial and practical decisions we’ve made. Each year, we’re saving $6,000–$7,000 combined on fuel and maintenance compared to when we drove gasoline cars. We get about 250-300 miles of range depending on heat and AC use. We bought them used around $20k each, had batteries replaced in 2020 so 100,000 mile warranty, can't beat it! Charging at Home Is Simple, either use 110v and charge overnight or upgrade 220v dryer plug We picked up a Level 2 home charger for about $150 on Amazon. Installing and running it is as simple as hooking up clothes dryer. The charger just uses a standard 240V outlet, and the energy demand is nothing unusual for a typical household. Pulls same amount of power as microwave or toaster oven. Real Cost to Charge Let’s run the math: Electric rate: $0.10 per kWh Efficiency: ~4.5 miles per kWh Monthly driving: 2,000 miles each car That works out to: 2,000 miles at 4.5miles/kW at 10cents/kW= $44/month So for just $44 a month, each Bolt drives 2,000 miles. Compare that to a gas car at 30 MPG and $3.50/gallon: 2,000 miles at 30MPG= 66.7gals times $3.50 = $233/month That’s nearly $190/month in savings per car, just on fuel. Multiply that by 3 cars and a full year, and the numbers quickly add up. Maintenance Savings Beyond the fuel savings, the Bolt EVs don’t need oil changes, transmission services, or exhaust system repairs. Brake wear is minimal thanks to regenerative braking. For us, the maintenance costs dropped to little more than tire rotations (free at Discount Tire), washer fluid and cabin air filters. My mini meets all of my needs. Very comfortable and I am always receiving compliments from others that do not drive a mini, but wish they did.

Overall loved this car- owned a 2016 from fall 2018 until winter 2023. Handled great in all weather (including upstate NY winters with lake effect snow), had decent cargo space, towed my tiny camper (1100lb loaded) with no issues. Wish it had the higher (3500lb) tow capacity that the older wagons had- I ended up trading it in for a midsize truck because I'm getting a larger camper. My one MAJOR issue with the vehicle was that there was a design flaw in the piston rings that caused excessive oil consumption. Not all engines with the rings have issues, and Volvo found and corrected the issue in mid 2016 in the factory, but mine was from before then and at it's worst in fall '22 (@~83K miles) I was going through a quart of oil in 500 miles. Thankfully, Volvo covered the repair (I squeaked it in at the last minute of my CPO warranty, but Volvo customer service said that they typically cover it even without warranty), but if they hadn't it I would have ended up looking for a truck several months earlier because the repair would have been several thousand dollars... Overall, as much as I like my new truck, I miss this car.
