Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. Our Lexus SUV hybrid was beautifully detailed and after working with this team who do not pressure at all, we are blessed with what will be a vehicle that meets all the necessary requirements we've been looking for for two months. Dream achieved... I wanted the Hummer H3T pick-up since they started showing up in 2009... I wasn't able to buy one @ the time and every time I pulled up to a traffic light, it seemed like I would always see a Hummer H3T to the left me or passing by...I can't tell you how many times I drove down to the Huber Hummer dealership in Omaha, NE I spent a 1000 hours on the computer putting one together, pricing it, looking for the H3T with the options I wanted. I spent the next 13 years watching and waiting to find that 2009 H3T equipped with everything I wanted And, in Aug 24, 2022... I found it.... A rare Birch white 2009 H3T -- It has the Adventure pkg ( the locking front & rear diffs ) a spunky 3.7 Litre matted to a rare 5 speed manual / cloth interior / touch screen cd/dvd w/ Bluetooth / Back-up camera tied to the rear-view mirror / class III hitch / XL Moonroof / rocker panel protection rails / the factory 16" wheels with Brand new Cooper Discoverer AT4's / It's Lifted up 1" via the Fox 2.0 performance shocks front / rear...Weather-tech floormats front & rear....And she fits in my garage with inches to spare.. I will keep this H3T for a Looonnng time ( LS3 Project down the road. ) it is a rare Gem, 1 of 1118 H3T's w/ the Adventure Pkg... very rare Birch white w/ the 5-speed manual ( that fact alone makes it a really hard to find H3T.... I still go out in the garage to see It in my garage & make sure I am not dreaming )

I bought the SEL in August 2021. So far, I've logged nearly 5,000 miles, 85% of which was pure electric. The annoying turn-on of the engine isn't the end of the world. In fact, you can still get an estimate of efficiency because one of the menus shows the proportion of miles driven in electric versus gasoline mode. In the city, if the engine turns on, at the first opportunity to stop, I switch to park, hit the shutoff button and restart the car. I have found that in city driving, no heater or air conditioning on and driving in eco mode, I can easily get as much as 52 miles per charge, way above Ford's estimate. This car is amazingly efficient. I love it, especially with gasoline prices going through the roof.

this is a well engineered vehicle with outstanding fuel economy . I just got 137 mpge on a short to the store and I was running on ev only.The car Goes 26 mile on ev only and then the hybrid takes over for 450 Miles.

I've been a Ford guy my whole life (75 ) , I have also been a car guy. This might be the last new car I buy so I might be overly critical. The Black Label Avaitor has all the great features (Maybe too many)It's a beautiful car and is a pleasure to drive. So what's my concern? The third seat!!!. I owned two Lincoln MKT's prior to the new Avaitor. The third seating was tight in the MKT's but doable,,,The new Avaitor works only if your 10 years old or less, have lost your legs or are a gymnast. I can't get anyone to ride in the third row unless they have never been in my car before....One and done.

Came here for my recent Audi purchase and let me tell you, this isn’t your typical auto dealer! They have such a cool and unique setup plus all the staff is amazing! This car is eye-catchingly beautiful and attracts attention wherever I drive it. It is also blazingly fast as confirmed with a recent 170+ mph blast around the road course at Daytona International Speedway. Even at such elevated speeds, it is extremely confidence-inspiring with rock solid stability and directional control. On top of all that, it is quite comfortable and maintenance is reasonable for an exotic car. It is also Honda reliable! The interior is well laid out and attractive. For a car that sits as low as this one, it has good headroom (I am 6' 1"). The seats are supportive without being intrusive. On the track, one gets the lateral support needed, but never with any discomfort. My only beef with the interior is the controls for the audio system. They are not user friendly, even though they would be familiar to most Acura owners. The flip side is that the (upgraded) sound system is very good--once you figure out how to turn it on and select what you want to hear. The carbon-ceramic brakes are simply phenomenal. At Daytona, I was braking from over 160 mph before the chicane and the car always stayed where I pointed it with no wiggles. It did not seem possible to make them fade--in fact they performed better when they warmed up. This car makes no pretense about being a family car. It a true exotic sports car and notwithstanding its excellent interior comfort, it is very much performance focused. Cost effectiveness is pretty much dependent on one's perspective and purpose in owning such a vehicle. It actually gets decent mileage when driven "normally." I get between 23 and 25 mpg on the highway. This goes down to 6 mpg on the track! While I loved my 1991 NSX, this car is in a different league and I can't see myself selling it even though I could do so at a profit.

I have not owned a domestic car since 1986. I've owned mostly Mercedes and Jaguars for the past 35 years. The Continental compares very favorably to the Jaguar XJ-L and Mercedes Benz E-Class. I needed a 4-door sedan that could be serviced near my home which left mostly domestic (GM / Ford / Chrysler) brands to choose from. I relocated to an area about 85 miles outside a major metropolitan area and didn't enjoy the 1.5 hour drive to and from my servicing dealers (Mercedes and Jaguar) after a decade of doing so. I'm not a fan of Chrysler styling so I test drove a Cadillac and the Lincoln Continental. After comparing both cars, In 2022 we chose a 2018 Lincoln Certified PreOwned Continental Reserve AWD with the 2.7 twin-turbo under 20K miles. This car was a special-order with most every available option offered. The build quality is on par with Cadillac, Jaguar and other makes that I've owned. Comparing the Infotainment/technology to both Mercedes and Jaguar, the Lincoln tech is so much easier to set up, navigate and use. Engine response and performance is excellent! Interior leather and trim is top-notch with the 72-thousand position front seats, revel sound system, back seat package, technology package and other features. I absolutely love the exterior styling of the car...it looks expensive and feels expensive. The original msrp of my car was just under $70,000 when new...so perhaps it simply was expensive!

the employees as this dealership made finding and purchasing a car such a smooth process! i didn't feel like i was being coerced, and any issues i had were quickly met with solutions. they repaired a pain scratch for free, left the interior and exterior spotless, and were even willing to hold onto the vehicle a day after they completed the repairs because it was inconvenient for me to pick it up the day of. the finance manager was a bit intimidating as a first-time vehicle purchaser, but once i made it clear i was financing through my bank he was helpful in getting that all set up. overall the staff, especially the salesperson who helped me (quinn) were incredibly friendly and the atmosphere in the dealership was a lot more welcoming than intimidating. i would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle here in the future :)

I was looking for a small, reliable, sporty sedan with a manual transmission. Civic SI was the obvious choice, but it's way too over-styled with a huge spoiler. The Acura ILX 2.4 Premium was just the soltuion. Same reliable 2.4L engine as the Civic SI, but more normal styling in a luxury package. It's a blast to drive. I'm often just looking for excuses to drive it.

It will flat out go. So much fun to drive. Obviously insurance costs are not great but the car is amazing. Sound system is a disappointment though.

Drove down from Blaine to test drive an EV6. Jake greeted us and was so helpful with answering all our questions and providing much more info. We were so pleased that we put a down payment and ordered one that day. We couldn't have asked for a better sales experience. Ren, a Sales Manager was very helpful with detailed answers when we phoned in for clarification of the vehicle features & options while we waited for an EV6 to become available & be allocated to us. Robert in Finance made the financing side of the transaction go smoothly, even when we chose our credit union's loan over theirs. When our car came in, Jake took all the time we needed to get us acclimated to all the bells & whistles (as well as the basics) of our new car. He helped us set up all the programming we needed to get started. Very happy with our sales experience!

Great car, overloaded with ‘gadgets) I’m still learning about. Good mileage. No problems have had it 15 months. Model SX5. Liking the mode switch for different driving conditions, good in snow. Don’t like some features ( lane keeping assist etc but they can be turned off). MPG varies from 23 to 35 depending on type of road etc.

Robert made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the car, had fantastic follow-through (it was a certified pre-owned and there were a couple items to work through) and I would definitely work with him again or refer him to a friend.

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

Honestly did not anticipate just how much I would love this car! It drives well for its age and the interior is still in great shape. There is a little bit of rust on it, but that's to be anticipated when living closer to Lake Michigan.
