    My 22 yr old daughter saved her money and put down 1500 on a 2015 Mazda 3. On the drive home, car made the most horrendous noises from rear tire. I immediately... called service and Eric accused me of lying. Not the right move my friend. Wrong move, wrong person. My mechanic states it is a bent rotor, bent wheel and bent caliper on left side. I trust my mechanic for 20 yrs now. Dealership said to let them fix it. Why didn't they fix it over the time they had the ca . Who sells a car with bent parts...important parts no less. BUYER BEWARE. RUN FOR THE HILLS. THIS PLACE IS xxx

    I went in, just to test drive a CX5 to see if I liked it. Well, I ended up leasing one. My salesman, Tony, was excellent. The manager, Jim was able... to give us an amazing deal. The financial person, Steve made that part as pain free as possible. They were AMAZING!!!! I love the CX5 and will probably be a life long customer of Schwartz. I highly recommend them.

    Schwartz Mazda is amazing. I came after previously having bad experiences at certain other Mazda dealers. They really do treat you like family. Ryan Calvert... was my salesman and he was the best! He was knowledgeable about all of my inquiries. He really respected my budget and worked within it fairly instead of pretending higher amounts were the best he could do. Neil was also great. They took over my lease from another dealership with no problem. They accommodated my work schedule and we closed the place down to finish all of my paperwork, settings, etc. The gentleman in finance was very helpful and also patient. He answered all of my probing lawyer questions and made sure I really understood all of the paperwork. Ryan even brought out the red carpet and fancy oversized bow for me! Everyone was great and I actually can't wait to go back!

    Overall it was a very uncomfortable, discourteous experience, and buying at Schwartz Mazda was one of the worst decisions of my life. They start with... a typical bait and switch. They get you in the door with a low quote and then add fees like a $600 "dealership fee" to make up the difference (not a doc fee, it was on top of the doc fee which is $500). They sell you on the "dealership fee" by saying it includes window etching which lowers your insurance. However, my insurance company later informed me that you already get that discount because the car has a security system. Then they pressure you in a very aggressive and rude manner. The salesman Rino Mongillo said things like "you need to make a decision, I am busy and have a lot of customers". The salesman Rino and the manager Neil Rosenstein then played good cop, bad cop. They are unclear and hide the detailed numbers until after they make you wait an extremely long time to get the detailed numbers and it is time to sign. Every sleazy sales tactic in the book. Everyone at the dealership also made me feel like a nuisance for trying to be thorough and get clear information. One gentleman sarcastically asked me if "we were going to be ok" because I had to make them bring the car back 3 times to have it properly detailed. The paperwork signing process is a very disjointed mix of electronic and paper forms that don't match. They were lucky I didn't feel like potentially going through the process at another dealership, but I guess sleazy dealerships like Schwartz Mazda depend on that.

    I went to Schwartz Mazda after a bad experience with a dealership in my home town. When I arrived I was greeted by Robert in service who was very pleasant... and accommodating. I was waiting for my car so Robert walked me over to the customer lounge that was still in the works as the dealer is in the process of a beautiful overhaul. Robert checked on me at least twice updating me on the status of my service and asked if I needed anything other then the refreshments and snacks the dealer put out for customers. He advised me of additional services needed and he walked me out to my car to show me what the issues were. After my service and repairs were done in less time then estimated Robert went over the items in detail and informed me of a recall I was unaware of that he asked the mechanic to take care of while I was in the shop. He gave me a free car wash and gave me $10 off my oil change without having to ask for it. I left the dealer feeling like a valued customer. The service was great and Robert was absolute the greatest. I do not remember his last name as he stated he was fairly new to the dealer and did not receive his business cards yet. I will definitely be back. Good job Schwartz and Great job Robert.
