    Had service mgr. look at my drivers seat bolster that is ripping. Ivan the service Manager told me I’m sitting in my seat and possibly entering and exiting... my car the wrong way and warranty will not pay to replace it. The salesperson that sold me the car told me that it looked as if the leather was faulty. I wasn’t shown how to sit in my seat or enter and exit my car a certain way to keep this from happening. This is terrible customer service. It’s my second 5 series. I purchased the BMW with 10,000 miles on it and still under warranty. I also own a 2020 Mercedes Benz. I sit in and enter and exit that seat in the same way that I do the BMW. The seats in my Mercedes Benz look like new and aren’t coming apart. It isn’t in my owners manual how to sit in the seat in order not to have it come apart. Be aware of this problem. I’m not the only consumer this has happened to.

    Sandy is one of the top notch automobile dealer on the emerald Gulf Coast he's very wise been in it and at it a long time. I feel very comfortable in dealing... with him plus he very good in the communities with a helping hand.

    I loved your service department, but now wish I hadn’t gotten a second mini. Trying to contact your service dept is awful. You have to leave a message... and then wait hours for them to call you back. Very sad compared to how great you used to be. I have recommended your dealership to lots of people, but now tell them it’s gone way downhill.

    From my first visit, to the multiple return visits, to the purchase James Philips was awesome. There was never any pressure, and he was very patient.... When it was time to purchase, the process could not be easier or more fair. I feel like I got a great deal. Because of the customer service, I would recommend MINI of Pensacola.

    I just purchased a Mini Countryman from John Genduso at Mini of Pensacola and it was the easiest transaction. John was so knowledgeable and he helped my... daughter pick out the perfect Mini. He was very patient with her and he was a pleasure to work with. All of the staff I dealt with were amazing! I will definitely recommend this dealership!

    Sandy Sansing is indeed the premier BMW sales and service center in the area. We've had terrible experiences before at other locations, but between service... for our older vehicle and the purchase of a new one - Sandy Sansing is top notch.
