Porsche
Perhaps best known for the iconic 911 sports car, today’s most-popular Porsches aren’t cars at all; the Macan compact SUV and Cayenne mid-size SUV have been the best-selling Porsches in recent years. These vehicles possess interior and exterior styling that's similar to the iconic 911 but have the raised ride height, cargo space and all-weather capability of an SUV.
Today’s Porsches use a mix of technology, including turbocharging and electrification, to achieve their performance, and the brand even has an all-electric vehicle: the Taycan sedan. The four-door Panamera, meanwhile, has the look of a sleek sedan but is actually a hatchback. There's even a long-wheelbase version and a wagon variant: the Panamera Sport Turismo.
On the traditional side, the rear-engine 911 is available in coupe and convertible body styles. The mid-engine 718 Boxster and 718 Cayman are Porsche’s entry-level sports cars.
