Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

Comfort with just enough get up and go! 0-60 in 6.1 seconds... 9 speed transmission is new in the 2016 model, may take some getting used to. Fuel economy is online with other SUV's in this class. Comfort, tech and class wrapped up in a nice little package!

Although I did not end up buying a vehicle from Huber Automotive, I have nothing but good things to say about the salesperson I worked with, Tim Huber. He was honest, open and got me all the info and videos of the vehicle I was interested in. Ultimately couldn’t get there before it sold! But I would give them a try again.

CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.
