Coming after work late to view a truck and they stayed open, had it ready for show, let me take my time to test drive and run my own tests overall they were patient and courteous, and answered all my questions. I didn’t think I could afford it but they made it work! I am BEYOND happy and feel confident about my purchase! They were great!
I like sitting down at the desk and working with Charlotte and Matt in the service desk. It's more personable that way and they are able to look up my history on their computer and tell me if I have any special deals coming to me. They are both pleasant to work with and they are the reasons why I keep coming back to Joe Rizza Acura to have my service instead of the dealer where I bought my car from. I hate going thru the express. I hate having to stand outside of my car and explaining what I need to have done to my car and signing papers. It's not personable and I found myself juggling my purse and other items I had with me to sign the papers they handed me to sign in order to have my car service.
I’ve recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro from this dealership and the car came as it said by them and on the website..... clean car .... I love the car, and it’s a joy for me to drive it everyday and see it out on the driveway when I wake up. What a good guy. Found me a great Soul gave me a great deal. This dealership let me leave with their car for 3 days because my credit is always kept on freeze. Victor told me when I returned with the Soul if I didn't want it no questions asked, no problem. Well I love my cute car.

Continental has serviced my MDX for years; I even bring in my wife's Pilot. They provide a quality service at fair prices and the staff is absolutely phenomenal. I have dealt with Shirley, Dan and Neil in service - all are great. I have dealt with Jerry in purchasing pre-paid service contracts and he is wonderful too. You can see a desire to provide a fabulous service to their customers, it shows from the minute you are greeted. The dealership itself is a perfect place to wait for your vehicle and get some work done, this is my norm. Wi-Fi works well and it is quiet in the office space.
