The technician was polite. Just do yearly inspection for the car After the tech told me it has been done, I paid. And I still have to wait in line a long time before they bring the car out. I think you can help us not waiting too long like that.

Volkswagen of OaklandReviews
Volkswagen of Oakland review
We worked with Diego Soto and finance manager John to purchase a new 2022 VW Tiguan. From start to purchase we had a very good experience. Diego was professional, knowledgeable, and appropriately tuned into our pace. He matched our stride without ever being too “pushy” or “sales driven”. Our questions were answered quickly and easily. At our request, Diego put us in touch with a Service Manager to answer a few more technical questions about the SUV. We were able “shop locally” for a vehicle that matches our needs for this stage of life. And it is also great that we will be able to work with VW of Oakland for our service and maintenance needs - if and when it is required. All in all a very good experience !

Jerry's Leesburg FordReviews
Jerry's Leesburg Ford review
This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I saw a truck that I wanted to purchase with all of the features I wanted, I called up Jerry's and spoke to Anise. He got me a quote within minutes, including a trade in on my van, and got everything ready for me. We were about 3.5 hours away from the dealership, and he made wiring the money and everything very easy. When we came to pick up the truck Anise was there waiting with everything ready. Every other time I've purchased a vehicle it's always some kind of a struggle. Either the dealer wants to mess around with the deal at the last minute (even after everything was already settled over the phone) or there's some last minute paperwork issue that takes hours to resolve. Needless to say I expected the worst when I rolled up to Jerry's. This experience was totally different though! As I said before, everything was ready to go and I was in and out within an hour. No drama, no xx, just great customer service. Love this place, highly recommend it, and this is from someone who hates dealerships!

Buck's Used Autos LLCReviews
Buck's Used Autos LLC review
I purchased a lower mileage 2013 Chevy Sonic from this dealer. I had a great experience. The car was exactly as described. The owner was completely transparent in his communication. I am from out of state and he made all the paperwork easy even though it was additional work for him. The price was more than fare, but most importantly it was a sound car. Again the owner was straightforward. It’s not a fancy car lot but honesty and good cars are more important.

AutoNation Ford Mobile review
Great experience in making a long distance sale. Located the vehicle through Cars.com, contacted through the provided link and started a direct text conversation with a salesman. Made a visit to test drive, told them I was interested, did most of the paperwork that day, no deposit required, and went back 2 days later and picked it up. Great price with the dealer discount and multiple Ford rebates.
