The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
I have had the pleasure of working with Jenna on numerous occasions and I can say that she has always been the most professional yet down to earth person you could ever work with. She took the time to explain everything to me each time and made sure I was getting the best deal. I make it a point now to always make sure she is doing the finance part of my deals so I know I don't have to worry about everything. She gets me in and out quickly with exactly what I came in for.
Communicated via email. Got a quick response. Needed specific information on a SUV and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got a response. I took too long to decide, the vehicle sold before I decided to buy it. I would have definitely purchased here.
I went to a few dealers and did the whole car buying song and dance. Acura of limerick made the process easy for me and were very honest and friendly. Ed was my salesman and Ben did the paperwork, both great guys who treated me with respect and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend buying your next car here.
The customer service and quality of service is first class Tim the sales manager and Tom the salesman took there time and walked me through the whole car buying process. I ended up buying a 2018 tlx a spec at a fantastic price. If you are in the market to buy a car I would recommend this dealership and these gentleman.
Worked with John from internet, i was hesitant to go in when we spoke on the phone but im glad i did. He made sure i got the best information to any question i asked, and really went out of his way to help me out with everything. I went to Acura of Limerick looking for a New TLX and I meet with the Internet Manager Chris Manogue. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get the right TLX. The whole time he keep me informed on what was happening during the process so I didn't feel like I was left in the dark. I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience I love my New TLX.

Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
I have been a loyal certifed pre owned Acura customer for many, many years. With that being said, I have purchased from local dealers from Atlantic City to Bucks County and truly had the BEST car buying experience at Acura Turnersville this week.
Omar Ang, was my sales associate. I cannot say enough about him. He was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. When I mentioned I hadn't had lunch, he offered to bring in a pizza. Omar spent the time with me to go over all the latest features and transfer all my phone contents for me.
I also received a follow up call from him within a few days to see if I had any questions.
I know where I will purchase my next Acura.
The experience was a good one I was treated with respect the salesman was friendly and thoughtful and informative. I would recommend Acura of Turnersville to my friends and family and I will consider my wife purchasing a vehicle from Acura of Turnersville. I’ve had bad experiences at other dealers this experience was a good one
Len, our salesman, was a great guy; answered all our questions. He went through all our financial options. This is why we went back to him a second time. Hopefully we will deal with him many more times in the future.
I appreciate the professional, helpful, and patient manner in which we were treated at Acura of Turnersville. We only had a limited amount of time for the process, and they made sure that happened. This is the second vehicle we leased from them, and (God willing), will not be the last.
