I shopped several large dealerships in the area and the quality of service that I received here was second to none, I have never had a manager so quickly come out and help and make us feel at home... I met the new and used car managers and they treated me like family!! the deal was fair and upfront. I may could have looked around the rest of the day and save a hundred or two but I really think the service I received from Mr Moss and Mr Hicks more then took care of the price!!! thank you so so much!!

We were looking for a change from our current vehicle and found that the Acura MDX met and exceeded our needs. I have a 2010 RDX and a 2013 TLX that I bought from Riverside. Frequently I bring my cars back for maintenance and the service department has not put a foot wrong. We always have a great experience conversing with the friendly staff. This is the place to go if you need anything from a routine oil change to a new bumper.

The 2019 QX was delivered to us by a courier, at my expense, who also brought paper work to sign and delivered our trade (2015 QX) to INF of Cent Ark.
First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...
The cost was a little higher than expected. Price compairs higher than a tire store. Took a little longer than expected. Service was good and very friendly. I'm satisfied overall.
