Excellent service. Went in for a B1 service and was out in about 90 minutes! Thanks to Joe and the rest of the crew at McGrath!
2024 Acura RDX review
An Acura is a good car, and the price and features are luxury class and comparable to Audi, BMW, Lexus, Volvo, Infiniti, etc. But where you buy your car / service your car matters, and the Sterling McCall dealership is NOT recommended at all. I was treated 10x better at a Honda Dealership with my last purchase, yet an Acura was supposed to be a luxury or upgraded level of professional service; Not even close.

Overall The salesperson John was most helpful, kind and professional. My only complaint was it took them a while to get all my paperwork and docs that I signed emailed to me. Also car shipment company they used to transport vehicle to my destination could have better up to date info on delivery date... instead of last minute.

2024 Acura RDX review
One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

On the quality of repair I rated average but I'm very pleased with service but my husband was a little upset on price he said he could of disconnect that bluetooth wire and save me the money but service save me the time. We agree just to get it checked then I decided just to get it done without confirming with him first. Next time I will....Also didn't purchase there. Loved service.

Guaranteed Motor Cars review
Guarantee motors is a amazing dealership Brion, my car salesman was totally amazing along with AJ the manager. The whole process was simple, and so fast and easy. I was in and out in a timely manner in addition to that I also was given a good offer for my trade. Which helped me to make the decision to purchase my 2019 Audi A8L which I totally love. In fact, I have a peace of mind because I was given the option to purchasing an extended warranty to cover any major repairs that can possibly occurred during ownership of my new vehicle purchase. In closing, I know for sure I will definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and I will also send friends and family their way when it's time to purchase a new car or a first time buyer. Thanks. Again, guaranteed motors, Brion and AJ shout out to you guys. You guys are totally amazing you both rock keep up the nice work.

I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Carmax in Henrietta, NY, specifically the salesman I worked with, Bill Zachary. Bill found for me exactly what I was looking for and made the process quick and seamless. Bill and the team at Carmax in Henrietta are dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. I have purchased a number of vehicles from various dealerships and I must say that, overall, my car buying experience at Carmax in Henrietta was the best. Looking for a 2nd MDX preowned coz very happy with our 1st new MDX from this same dealership leased last June 2025. Sale service was a great experience with Alex so decided to show loyalty to this location. And what we found in sale service so exceeded our expectation. Mike Snyder was great to work with very professional, highly transparent with offers and so attentive with his customers! Go check him out at McGrath Acura Westmont, you will end up with a great car buying/leasing experience!

The repairs I had to my suspension were done incredibly well. The car feels and sounds brand new once again. The repair took longer than planned, but the service advisor kept me in the loop at all turns. I was glad a loaner was planned for

We had a number of folks help us at your dealership. - Andres, Carlos, Brendan, Angelo, Christian, Ruben. We appreciate everyone who helped to make this a smooth purchase. My son was very pleased with the Honda Civic and I know he has a reliable vehicle. I'm sure I'll be visiting your dealership again for future purchases. Thank you again!

Advantage Acura of Naperville review
This dealer had the used car I was looking for. The car had the right mileage and a clean fax. The dealership was 1 hour 20 minutes away from me heavy traffic all the way. I figured I would call and ask about the car anyway but I wasn’t planning to drive there. I talked to Phil, a sales rep, and what a gentleman he was. He told me the car was a trade-in and was in fantastic condition. Well, he talked me into driving down there. I arrived about 10 in the morning and left with my new used car by 1:30 that afternoon. I walked Phil through my 128 point inspection, 2 test drives and I ending up looking under the car for any problems. I could not find anything wrong. The car was in great condition just as Phil had described. Phil was a perfect gentleman through the whole process. Every dealership employee I encountered could not do enough for me. Great experience - great car! 6 star experience!

Had a fantastic car leasing experience here. A huge thank you to my sales consultant, Bobby, for being so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Special thanks as well to Matt, the sales manager, for providing clear quotes and numbers that saved me so much time and effort. Loving my new ADX so far—I highly recommend Bobby and the team!

Muller's Woodfield Acura review
I originally brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I also happened to mention that my steering column would make a grinding noise whenever it would extend as I started the car. They did a very thorough inspection of the car and sent me a very nice video that showed me all of the different components of the review and inspection. They also informed me that my steering column needed to be replaced under warranty. That was something I did not expect. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I returned to McGrath Acura after six years because I was treated so well in 2020. This experience was no different. My associate Spiro couldn’t have worked better with me and his partner Denise was helpful as well when I had an issue connecting to the electronics in my newly purchased RDX. Spiro walked me through my purchase, answered my questions and included me in the process. A very comfortable experience as always at McGrath! Thank you to all involved
