Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! Very good experience, they took car for service when i reached. Proactive to complete documentation. Did proper Inspection. Im satisfied with the services and customer service. Price Paid for service is too Much expensive . they charged $450 for breaks and $550 Labour which is very expensive , I end up paying $1150 for general Service.
Communicated via email. Got a quick response. Needed specific information on a SUV and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I got a response. I took too long to decide, the vehicle sold before I decided to buy it. I would have definitely purchased here.

I purchased a car on Friday 8/12/2016 and engine light came on on Saturday 8/13/2016 and the air conditioner stopped working on Sunday 8/14/2016. Rob the used car sales manager sent a driver 2 hours away to pick up my car and left me with a loaner. How is that for customer service? Thanks Rob Moffa!!
I was pleasantly surprised with Piazza Acura of West Chester's service department. I normally go to local chain or mom and pop shops because I was under the assumption that franchise over charges. I bought a certified MDX about a year ago from Acura of West Chester and my first service was due. I dropped off my car before work and was greeted by a very organized and friendly staff. It even seemed like they knew some customers by name! They quickly had me fill out my information and ushered me into a brand new MDX to drive for the day, this is a major convenience. I honestly was expecting a laundry list of work being that it had not seen a shop in over a year but Acura called me and let me know it was done and was only charging for an oil change, inspection and vehicle check for a very reasonable cost. I normally do not write reviews but I felt it necessary to express my happiness that day.
On January 30th I brought in my 2010 Acura MDX to Piazza Acura of West Chester for PA State Inspection and service. From the moment I pulled into the service drive-thru I received exceptional service. The valet promptly and courteously wrote up the work order. I also worked with John D. and Steve at the service counter - they are real professionals, interested and involved, and were prompt and courteous. It's been a bad winter and our roads have been covered with salt and snow - the inside and outside of the car were a mess. When my vehicle was returned to me it was washed and vacuumed, and was so clean it looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Doing business with Piazza Acura of West Chester is a pleasure.
My wife and I bought a beautiful used Acura MDX from Piazza Acura. We did weeks of research online and found the one we were looking to buy. We went right over to the dealership, took it for a test drive and negotiated a deal. The process was smooth, they ended up getting us a better rate than our credit union which was incredible! When we finished signing papers the car had been cleaned up ready to drive home. We were very happy that we did not have to play any games and were able to drive home the same day. There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! I agonized over having to deal with another typical "dealer" yet, never had to. "Dealer" in definition is the only similarity between Sky Motors and anywhere else.. this is people helping people get what they want. Brett, Justin and the entire team - Thank you!! My wife and I went looking for a new SUV. We were met by a great sales person John Stetzer who was great. He was not pushy but very knowledgeable and really went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of. The service at Springfield Piazza Honda is excellent. Any service performed on my car has always been explained clearly and done well. Any service technician I have dealt with has always treated me in a professional and courteous manner.
I did an 100 mile search for a specific vehicle I was looking to purchase. I found the newest model, with low miles and cheapest price at CarSense. I called and made an appointment with Mike Hallman. Mike was great to deal with and was very helpful with providing information. My experience consisted of the following:
- The car was practically brand new with very low mileage.
- The price was the best within a 100 mile radius.
- I was genuinely surprised by the amount they gave me for my trade-in. I'm use to getting low-balled on trade-in's not MORE that I expected!
