Best experience ever! St. Louis Acura Rocks!

I wanted to express how great my buying experience was at St. Louis Acura. This is my second Acura from them and the process was even better than my first more than a decade ago. I've been an Acura/Honda fan for almost 20 years. The reliability and premium feel is rock solid and this dealership end of the experience completely matched expectations. They were great to work with on my trade (specifically compared to Audi Creve Coeur which basically tried to steal my car), and sales manager David Michiaels was both sensitive and knowledgeable about my particular credit variables. The whole process so much less painful than it's ever been. I wanted also to personally shout out Jesse Griffin, my salesperson. Quite honestly, if not for him I wouldn't be in this car (2018 TLX A-Spec SH-AWD). My plan was to continue driving more vehicles. I was at a point where I had even kinda lost my yearn for the Acura side of the brand; Jesse helped me find that again. He was also great at speaking to me much more like a friend than a salesperson. I hate to be sold -- hate it! And I've always despised the whole car-buying process because it feels like you're doing combat. It wasn't like that at all. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the cars, the dealership, the competition, and even other brands -- quite honestly something that salespeople who have been around for 20+ years have kinda given up on. And best was when he didn't know (rare) he would learn rather than just spitting back an answer. I've had other salespeople blatantly lie because they didn't want to appear like they didn't know. Jesse didn't sell me anything; he and I talked while I worked through the process for myself; he was there to help. For me, that's what all salespeople should aspire to. I wouldn't rate the rest of the dealership experience quite as high, but it was still up there. I've never purchased a vehicle from Leta, but I've tried to look there and I can tell you it's a night and day difference. I have purchased from Plaza and St. Louis Acura has them beat by a mile. Post-sales service also means a lot to me. I had to return for a few things agreed upon during the sale and the Service department experience just continued the pleasantness of this process. In all, I am loving this dealership and give it the highest marks. If you???re considering an Acura, I don???t think there???s a better place to go.
