Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.
Found the 2012 Toyota Highlander on a Cars.com search. Contacted the dealer and was responded to immediately. Arrived at the dealership and was met immediately and shown the car which was as described. It was immaculate and dealer had mounted new tires and new brakes. Jesse completed the sales process in an efficient and thorough manner, making sure our questions were addressed. The finance dept. arranged the financing rapidly through our credit union online. The whole process took about 3 hours including test drive. So far I am very pleased with the vehicle and very pleased with the treatment we received at Scanlon Acura.
This is my wife's and my 3rd car from Scanlon ( my first, wifes had 2). We walked in and were greeted with a smile. Best part was Sam Oris de Rao recognized us from 2 years ago! He helped us 2 years ago and immediately wanted to ensure we got the best deal out there. He knew we just added to the family and money was tight. He went above and beyond to make sure we got an amazing deal on a new 2019 MDX. The best car buying experience of my life. The salesman, Mike Messina, was polite, informative and definitely not ???pushy???. He let me go through the shopping and buying process at ???MY PACE???. I???d recommend Mike and Scanlon Acura to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
We were interested in a pre-certified vehicle listed on Scanlon's website. The questions we submitted on the internet were promptly and completely answered by Zander Micevski. At our meeting with him he answered all of our questions fully and in a manner that was comprehensible to us. There was no quibbling or back and forth as to the price of the car we were looking at or the value of our trade. Zander was professional and did a great job in describing the vehicle that we were looking at. At no time did we feel pressure. Settlement with Mark Giulano was quick and rrelatively painless. Overall a most satisfactory experience with what appears to be a very well run organization
I knew what I wanted and I articulated that to Bob. He found the exact car I wanted, took me for a test drive & put the numbers together at my request. He asked the right questions but was not pushy in any way. I had the info I wanted to consider my options and when Rico contacted me a little while later and we were able to put it together. 2 days later I drove off in my new Acura! I???m in sales and these guys are great all the way around. I highly recommend them and will be back in the future for sure!
The dealership is very attractive and well organized. The sales rep. Mike Messina was outstanding, very informative with no pressure. He truly wanted to ensure the car was the one we wanted. The sales manager Robin Francis helped a somewhat complicated situation on our trade-in and we walked away with a fair deal.
We had a great positive experience at Scanlon Acura. We were hesitant at first but Zoran was very professional and made us feel comfortable. He led us through many of the special features of the car and at no time did we feel pressured into buying it. All of our concerns were dealt with a timely manner. We would highly recommend him when you are ready to purchase an Acura. Wesley made the financial part easy and quick. Andrew was very accommodating when it was time to attach our plates. He took time to address and solve another concern we had about the vehicle. On the whole everyone we dealt with went way beyond to make sure we were happy. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was the best the best experience that I have had. My wife and I negotiated a purchase of a 2018 GLC 300 SUV this summer. We were pretty close on the deal but my wife and I at the last minute decided to hold off until the end of the year. The dealership was very understanding and did not try to pressure us. We came back and expressed an interest in the same deal just before thanksgiving. The sales person said he was having trouble finding a similar 2018 car but found a 2019 car with the same numbers . He made a proposal by email and I countered with a slightly better trade in number on my old car and we had e a deal without my even having to come into the dealership. My wife and I came to the dealership on Black Friday and we closed the deal including all paperwork in less than 3 hours. The closer was very organized and the extra options were clearly presented by him. The dealer Harry Sugerman was very profesiomal and patient with all my wife's questions about the operating features of the car. The building includIng the service area is immaculate and very well organized. We brought the car in to the dealership few days later to have the car paint coated and that went very smoothly. The best thing is that we love our car. I had bought an mercedes ML series SUV years ago and was not that happy with the car. This 2019 SUV is a major improvement. We have owned AUDI Q5s the last 8 years and this GLC is a big step up for us n safely, styling and handling. Looks to me like mercedes has made a clesr concerted effort to jump to the top of the heap in th luxury car market. Mercedes benz Bonita is a great new addition to the Naples car market. Looks like we have found a new home.
Dan Rusinik is our choice for our service maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and polite. He seems to know almost everything about the technologic aspect of our Lexus 5x 350L. We had some problem with the passenger door not locking. He fixed it and also showed us how to do it our selves. A picture is worth a thousand words. We recommend him highly.
