Whilst car salesmen and dealerships don't generally inspire feelings of trust or good customer experience, Saccucci Honda in Middletown, RI are a stand-out enterprise that well and truly kicks that trend. After visiting several different car dealerships in Rhode Island it was extremely refreshing to find one that wasn't trying to hard-sell every unnecessary gizmo available and/or extract every bit of private/personal detail just to get a simple quote. The salesman we dealt with (a Mr. David Fontaine) was thoroughly professional and he actually listened to what we wanted which certainly isn't a common trait in other dealerships we visited. Communications throughout the whole process were highly satisfactory, the staff were always friendly and attentive and the leasing sale was punctual and deftly handled.
I have no complaints about Saccucci Honda and wish them all a Happy Christmas and a great New Year for 2019

This car is a nice driver, it has several features found in luxury cars. Comfortable and roomy for its size. It has a nice entertainment setup with backup camera.
We very impressed with the detailed knowledge of the Mazda CX-5 Grnd Touring vehicle by Thomas Belliveau. He was not forceful or aggressive as many sales dealership sales representatives are. He took his time and ensured we were comfortable with his overviews he demonstrated patience and walked through the process of leasing a vehicle. We felt his customer service and our experience was outstanding. Ricardo Dordete whom did the lease paperwork was. very personable and patient with our questions.

This car is very good and in excellent condition, I am using it for my Work / Family purpose. This car is well maintained / regular service.There are no accidents and major repairs for this vehicle.
I went to Barry's already knowing what car I was looking for. Scotty made it very easy and quick for me to take it for a test drive to see if it was what I was looking for. Once I made the decision that it was what I wanted he handled all the paperwork and I was able to drive it home that day.

Expensive, as acura should be. Firmly ride, good/best handling, very good for woman, big enough to handle all grocery runs. Good view from inside. Good interior.
Great Service From Ara, Ask for him. Great car and it drives terrific. Ara was helpful and Emilio was helpful and the managers as well.
Perfect combination of sporty, luxury, practical.

Plenty of power, nice luxury features, lots of interior room, great looks and very reliable so far. I recommend this vehicle if you need to transport your family but also want something that is fun to drive and has some luxury features and looks great.
I bought a slightly used Honda HRV and I love it. Ara was nice to me the whole time and very helpful even though he was a newer employee. The managers and service department were very helpful as well and Alex the delivery guy was super friendly and helpful too. Ask for Ara next time you???re here!!!

I have no real complaints about this car. I handes well, great acceleration and a comfortable ride. There is plenty of room for me inside to fit my bike or golf clubs.
My only complaints is the need for high test gas and the backup camera makes no sound when an object is directly behind you only on side objects moving toward you.
We recently purchased a vehicle at Herb Chambers Seekonk for the first time. It was a great experience at this nice looking dealership. The staff were friendly. Bruce Reis, our sales consultant, was very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He answered every one of our questions in detail and made the purchase smooth and easy. He followed up after the purchase to make sure that everything was satisfactory on our side. We truly enjoyed the customer service from Bruce. Our service coordinator Kevin was also very friendly and patiently helped us set up all the features of our car.

Ryan is very easily assessible, knowledgeable and friendly. He gets back to you immediately and even has checked up multiple times with me post purchase to make sure I knew how to work the car???s features & if I was happy. Even when I was unable to locate my title it was not a problem, i was out of there in record time. I would with out a doubt purchase another vehicle with Herb Chambers after especially after the horrific experience I had with Balise Honda on the last purchase. Angela Gallagher is the best car salesperson that I have ever met. She was kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and very, very efficient. I would never deal with anyone else but her. I even spoke to her sales manager about how fantastic she is. And I am a very hard to impress person, but Angela impressed me. Had an 09 RDX and this is a nice upgrade. I miss the SH-AWD, but the increase in MPG is worth it. The interior is dramatically better and the tech is seamless.
I recently made an appointment at Speedcraft Acura to have my passenger air bag replaced. Overall, my experience was top notch. I will definitely be back for future service or to purchase my next vehicle.
Great looking SUV... Until it becomes unreliable.

Fun to drive and very capable in the snow. After lots of highway driving for work - the air conditioning unit failed. This is a critical component as it is needed for the entire engine to work.
I was shocked to find out that Not only was it a $2,600 repair, but worse there or no new or used units available in the United States and the air conditioning unit was on backorder with no definite time of when they were going to receive any new units.
So right now the car is dead and cannot operate and it cannot be repaired. I don't even know how something like this happens this is a terrible car company.
Bob King was knowledgeable, courteous and always responded to me at his earliest convenience. He made the new car buying experience a great experience. Thank you

Worst experience buying a car. The Acura had several problems with the transmission and they said it was "normal" on all the cars. The acuras come with a German transmission and they shift very hard.. It's uncomfortable for everyone in the car..

Transmission has Issue that Acura will not Correct

Does not meet the standards expected from a high end $50k vehicle. Transmission is poor quality and the overall ride of rough. My 2001 Acura 3.2 TL is more reliable and has a better ride.
I was hesitant in purchasing a new car, worried I would not receive any value for a trade in on my current car (rejected inspection and quite frankly a mess) which i still owed $$ on. Derek and Eric made it possible, there are honest and look out for your best interest. I am extremely happy, satisfied and feel so safe in my new 4wd SUV. I would encourage anyone needing a vehicle to come here ! 🚘😊?

Sub par auto from Acura.. I previously bought the tsx, it was a great car. The accura ilx is several steps below the Honda civic..

Have had to have it towed 3 times to dealer due to transmission problems. 2nd tow had new transmission put in with less than 5,000 miles on it. Transmission warning light came on again for a 3rd time and had to have it towed. Now waiting, while driving a rental, to see what Acura company is going to do about it. Very sad that this could happen with a new car. Wife likes the car but has fears when driving it that it’ll break down. The car has nice features but just isn’t very safe when transmission warning lights come on and tell you to pull over immediately and don’t drive it. Especially if it happens in a dark seedy area which is exactly what happened to my wife the 1st time.

I bought a 2015 Acura TLX to replace my 2004 Acura TL that I owned for 8 years and that had over 286,000 miles on it. The TLX was the SH-AWD with Technology Package and it was worth every penny! I love this car! It is a severe upgrade from the TL and I have had no remorse from this purchase. I am an Acura owner for life at this point!
Makes buying a car easy! No gimmicks, no hassle. This is our second time buying from Bourne and I am sure we will be back for a third someday.

Since I purchased this car new the blue tooth, nav technology options have not worked. I have had the sales person and service manager tell me that I don't sit close enough to the microphone, that the technology isn't the best, that its complicated ...but bottom line is phone call doesn't work, blue tooth doesn't work. Nav thinks I am in cities 100s of miles away. I have gone in numerous times. Would not purchase this vehicle again or deal with this dealership again ever.
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!

Great looking and very comfortable. Acura is a very reliable car. I have owned four Acura’s and this will be my fifth one. I think it is the best car for the money!
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.

I just bought this certified and I love it. I go the dark blue w the tech pkg. The V6 is responsive. The ride is smooth as silk. Comfy interior. Roomy. Sharp styling. The integrated phone and navigation are buggy. Wish it had Apple Car play (new ones do) but wanted the v6. I wanted AWD and a small SUV that is reliable and fun to drive with some pep. This gave me everything I wanted.
It's my third Acura. I love the brand for it's reliability and value. My last car I had for 11 years and 151K miles and it still ran great.
