Muller's Woodfield AcuraReviews
Muller's Woodfield Acura review
Had a fantastic car leasing experience here. A huge thank you to my sales consultant, Bobby, for being so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. Special thanks as well to Matt, the sales manager, for providing clear quotes and numbers that saved me so much time and effort. Loving my new ADX so far—I highly recommend Bobby and the team!
2024 Acura ZDX review
I absolutely love my 2024 Acura. It’s a well-built, stylish, and reliable vehicle that delivers excellent performance—especially with the AWD, which gives me confidence in all types of weather. The ride is smooth, the features are modern and intuitive, and it feels like it was truly designed with the driver in mind. I’ve owned several vehicles over the years, but this one stands out. I’m planning on keeping it forever! If you’re looking for a dependable and fun-to-drive car, I highly recommend the 2024 Acura.

I’ve purchased 9 cars from Gerald Griffin. I am pleased with all of my vehicles. If someone is looking for a new or used vehicle, ask for Gerald. You will not be disappointed.
2024 Acura MDX review
This SUV is awesome. It is surprising how comfortable and roomy is yet maneuvers so well in tight spaces like parking lots. It has a 3rd row seating which I will not likely ever use but it lays completely flat, so there is no loss of room. The rear area has plenty of room for 4 bags of golf clubs. We drove it to Las Vegas from SoCal last weekend and are really pleased with it.

My PMC edition is #66 of only 200 made. The NSX color of Long Beach Blue is unique to the RDX PMC and looks fabulous. This mid-size SUV does everything well. I'd find it hard to have made a better choice for myself. And, I am a former NSX owner as well

Journey Nissan review
Very friendly staff that helped me find the right car and sent me up with financing that worked for me. I appreciate the time they took to explain the process and made everything really easy! Definitely my place to go when i need another new car in the future.
2023 Acura MDX review
The salesman called me as a follow up to my inquiry of the car from cars.com He was is simple terms - unprofessional. He acted as though we were drinking buddies. His vocabulary was very slang, from the hood. His experience is lacking on how to talk to an adult. A car is an investment. It’s a very personal buying experience. A buyer needs to feel assured about the car and dealership before buying. Strongly recommend to buy a car from another dealership than cars connect in Tallahassee, Florida.

2023 Acura MDX review
I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

Ed Napleton Acura KiaReviews
Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.

Muller's Woodfield Acura review
My Car buying experience with Mueller’s started from interest I had in a car they were showing online. It only got better when John M reached out to me and started helping me understand more about the car I was interested in. After working with him a short while I knew this was the right place to buy my car. I highly recommend working with them if you are truly interested in purchasing an Acura and having a great overall experience. I can’t speak highly enough about the way John M helped me throughout the whole process and how happy I am with my overall dealer experience. Thanks again Muellers and especially John. keep up the great job!
2024 Acura RDX review
I have owned my 2024 Acura RDX for 2.5 years and I have totally enjoyed it. I owned a 2022 before this one and they offer the most comfortable and smooth ride that I have experienced. I will by an RDX again if I decide to upgrade. They hold their value. My paint and interior are still in excellent condition.

The Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside review
I love going to the Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside! I have purchased 2 cars from Adrian, but the entire team is so fantastic to work with. The service department is very kind and thoughtful, as well as prompt. They will also give you a ride anywhere that you need to go if you are waiting for an extended period of time. If you are looking to purchase a car or just want a great place to get your car serviced, I would highly recommend Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside!

McGrath Acura of Libertyville review
Very nice people who provide very nice service. I liked their coffee, and the wait time is low. They washed the car and changed the oil and filters, and now the car runs smoothly.
2023 Acura RDX review
The car meets or exceeds all my expectations in terms of performance, reliability, comfort, quality, and cost of ownership. I would recommend the RDX to my best friend.

2023 Acura RDX review
My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

My 2020 Acura MDX is one of the best cars I have ever owned. It has been trouble free and a pleasure to drive. One of the reasons I bought the vehicle was that I also really like the look of it.

2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

Genesis of Downers Grove review
I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.
2019 Acura MDX review
My current car is a 2019 MDX. I absolutely love it. My previous car was a 2012 MDX. The only reason I don’t have that car is my daughter “totaled it” 2 days after getting her license. BUT my daughter walked away, unhurt, no broken bones, no concussion, not even a bruise. I thought the car would look like a mangled mess, just looked like it went off roading. I had no idea these were TANKS on the road. I will continue to drive these now that I know. The 2019 is very similar to the 2012, but love the apple car play, lane assist, and better gas mileage.

Acura Highland Park review
Had a great experience here, went in to buy a used car I was greeted by Lee he was very upfront the entire time. He did his best and got me a good deal. Troy and Adrian were my salesmen, they never tried to upsell me on anything. Everyone was very personable and friendly. There was a small clip broken on an interior piece (from being a used car) I asked about one time and they fixed it right away. Detailed the car and even put some gas in it. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

A Spec Advance has all the features I need and is super comfortable. Massaging seats, heated steering wheel, heads up display and just the right amount of tech. This is not the top line model but darn close. Great punch for the price amongst comparables and has the quality and reliabilty from Honda/Acura that you can count on.

Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!

What stood out most was his willingness to take ownership and initiative to make sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and dedication made the entire experience enjoyable. I will definitely be returning to this dealership because of the excellent service Eugene provided!

We’ve owned Acura’s since 1991. Have had sedans and SUV’s. Both MDX and RDX. This is the best one yet. The technology is unbelievable. The ride is superb. The comfort and roominess are second to none. The safety features are remarkable. Can’t say enough about this vehicle.

2014 Acura RLX review
I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.
