Base stereo sounds nearly as good as my Burmester and somehow is programmed with "perma-surround." 0-60 in 5.4 is nearly as quick as an '85 911turbo! Glad I've lived so long. Twisty, hilly roads in Dynamic Mode will thrill any driver. Advanced Efficiency reduces Torque from 308 to 200 lb/ft and is plenty of grunt commuting. 1st Oil Change coming at 1,500 miles and will Blackstone test the metals. Buy an Alfa! 2020-2021 are a steal presently. Go Buy an Alfa! #1 JD Power rated in its class for initial quality... nothing like the pre-2020's in terms of build, standard equipment and infotainment. Process was incredibly simple and Blayne (salesman) and the finance group were awesome. I was coming from out of state and they were able to accommodate me and I drove my truck home within 45 minutes of getting there. I can’t recommend them enough!

All in all this was a very pleasant car buying experience. Tom Dempsey, the owner of the dealership, personally found me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Elijah then took over and did an amazing job showing us how to operate all of the electronic features this car has. He was extremely professional and patient and he walked us through everything. When I got there, I was told that the asking price for the car had been increased by $2500 because of some work they had done with the safety systems. I could obtain no more detailed explanation. I ended up buying it based on the originally posted price. I was a bit disturbed, but I know it wasn't the idea of the salesman, but more the idea of the sales manager who knew I was very interested in the car. But the salesman was wonderful, as was the financing guy. (I ended up not getting the extended maintenance or their financing, but he never pushed a thing.) It's too far away for service but I'd go back there for a car1

I needed a car urgently, my old one broke down. I called, we agreed, I came in and everything was already prepared. No delays. They even helped with insurance without pushing extras. Haven’t seen work done this clean and straightforward in a long time.

Update – Service Completed on 2/11/26 I wanted to provide an update following my recent service appointment. I scheduled a transmission drain-and-fill for my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid on very short notice and arrived on 2/11/26 at 8:55 AM. The service was completed promptly by 10:30 AM—about 1 hour and 35 minutes. The invoice initially showed $440+, but the advertised $179.95 special was applied, resulting in a final charge of $179.95 plus tax (~$197 total). During the appointment, I explained that I was doing preventive maintenance at relatively low mileage (35k) to ensure the transmission lasts after warranty expiration. I greatly appreciate that Service Director Kevin Tranter and the dealership went the extra mile to honor the advertised price and make me feel valued as a customer. The service advisor, Lillian, also acknowledged that the 2018 Pacifica Hybrid does not require removing the transmission pan and that the filter is not replaceable unless the transmission is removed—correcting the prior misunderstanding that led to inflated initial pricing. While my original concerns about advertising inconsistencies and staff familiarity with model-specific procedures remain valid, I want other customers to know that the dealership truly made an effort to rectify the situation. I would certainly return for future advertised promotions, knowing they will honor the price and provide proper service. Based on this resolution, I am updating my review rating from 1 star to 3–4 stars.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!!
