I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.

Shopped around for an Audi as I used to be a Volkswagon driver(Jetta 1 2 and 3)like the exterior Audi look and ended up falling in love the moment I bought it..have had a minor glitch with seatbelts sensor but other then that this car has been a dream..

2022 Audi A3 review
I bought my brand new A3 a few weeks ago. I am the first owner in our area to own the new 2022 A3. I can tell you I love this car. It’s quiet, nimble, and gets great gas mileage. My first tank was 40 mpg. I love the small size and luxury quality about this car. It drives so smooth and it’s quick when you need to be. I always drive it sport mode and paddle shift myself. By having it in sport mode and paddle shift the transmission responds quicker. I have the premium with Quattro and zero to 60 time is 6.3 seconds. It’s not a sports car that’s the S3 job, but it’s a small premium luxury car that’s a joy to drive.

2016 Audi A3 review
Bought this car used in 2020. Amazing amount of luxury for the price point. Gas mileage was amazing and was extremely reliable, never had any problems getting serviced. Unfortunately, I got rear ended in this vehicle, but was saved by how well my car protected me. Loved my car, and I am set out to buy another A3.

2016 Audi A3 review
We traded in a 3 series BMW and currently own a Porsche 911S and Lexus RX350 so we know a little about build quality. Our head turning A3 Cabriolet has the 2.0 engine with quattro, S trim, special yellow paint, factory carbon fiber ascents and the build quality is the best of any of our high end cars. Power to weight is VERY sporty / quick / smooth. Handling is so good it is almost scary how fast you can take corners. Gas mileage is 30 mpg. Zero problems after 4 years, no rattles, loose trim and it drives and handles like the day we bought it - excellent.

2016 Audi A3 review
My 2016 Audi A3 8V is a very nice daily driver, with great fuel economy (not as great as a Toyota but hey it's a luxury make). It now has 61,000 miles and still running smooth. I just wished I bought teh Quattro version for more thrill. Overall a very good car and very easy to recommend over BMW 3Series or Benz C Classes

2022 Audi A3 review
We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. We recently purchased a 2025 Q3 Audi from Carousel Audi, St Paul. Rasethnu Jenkins was of great assistance in our purchase. He was very thorough in going over the vehicle warranty and vehicle features and how to use/ access them in this digital age. The car was washed and detailed to perfection on delivery. On subsequent visits, to follow up on accessories, Rasethnu saw that they were installed and the car was again washed for us. Aaron, in finance, was very helpful in processing our paperwork. While the purchase of a vehicle can be stressful, Rasethnu, and the people at St Paul Audi (including their parts manager who has 50 years with the company) made this purchase a very pleasant experience.

Awesome. Best car I’ve ever owned. Would buy it again and again. Love the color and all it’s performance. Great styling. Love it. Would use same dealer as well.
