I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.

Worth the travel and time. I flew from SLC to Phoenix to pickup my purchase a GLK 2015 Mercedes. Bare in mind a purchase sight unseen takes a lot of confidence going in. Once I arrived it was a quick test drive - just to confirm the mechanics were good and I was familiar with the car. Under an hour, I was done with paperwork and heading home in my new ride. 700 miles most of it through the scarcely populated Nevada and Arizona desert was uneventful...just as I hoped. Yesterday I parked my new car in my own driveway... proud of the purchase, confident it was the right car. Ryan and Mo were ready ahead of time and made everything as easy as possible. The financing they lined up was a good fit. Would I buy another car from them? Yes.

This car was falsely advertised. Listing started it had navigation and my sales rep, Randy said it only needed a new disc to get it working and I have it in writing he was going to order it in for me. I called after three weeks and he said sorry, there isn’t any navigation. Now, the engine light is on, taking it to an authorized Audi dealer. Audi has larger interior than my old mustang convertible, that’s nice.

It met all my needs and was well maintained. I appreciate the honesty and good follow through and clean facility it was stored in...it helped alot

The styling of the A5 is superior to those in it's class. After test driving the BMW and Mercedes, the Audi A5 was the most comfortable. The handling and cornering was fantastic - better than any other car I've driven. We've only owned it a few weeks so can't attest to the reliability yet but we had a 2011 A5 and it never let us down.

I owned it for few years and it is smooth! it handles beautifully and pulls effortlessly. very comfortable to drive short and very long distances. I drove it to Arizona from Bay Area for 11 hours straight and it was comfortable and truly delightful. The styling is very appealing and the curves are in the right places. the black on black made it just complete. The AWD Quattro system never failed me in the rain no matter how slippery the roads were.

I enjoyed working with Brian. He was prompt with follow-through. He was thorough and honest. I found an older Audi roadster somewhere else at a better price. I didn't use financing; i just paid cash. I am keeping my eye on the Audi roadster at CIT. Would go back to CIT.

Friendly staff, not too pushy; however, Buyer Beware -- they do a great job making a car look great both in pictures and in person, but the car we bought turned out to have nearly non-existent brakes, badly worn rotors, and, unfortunately, engine damage from having been run with little to no oil in the past. We checked the oil in the parking lot, looked new and topped off, and no signs of leaking. Didn't check the exhaust pipe, however, which would have given a clue to the amount of oil the engine was (is) burning. We discovered this upon getting a 120K mile service interval one week *after* purchase from XDrive -- they pulled the oil filter and there was a TON of metal shavings in it, and we soon discovered that its burning oil at the rate of approx. one quart per gas tank or six hours of driving time. Only way to have found this was to have it checked by a mechanic *before* purchase.

I purchased a 2020 Lexus IS 300 from Strategic Auto in November 2024. I waited med to post a review just make sure the car wasn’t a complete lemon! However there are so many good things I can say about these guys at Strategic Auto. I wanted this car so bad, and after processing the paperwork I was short on my down payment. They showed me something else and I refused it and they didn’t try to pressure me to get something else and I greatly appreciated that! I said to Sam that’s my Lexus don’t sell it! Came back 4 days later and got the car. They are so friendly and helpful. Anytime I need them to look at something they are always willing to help me if they said they were going to do something they came through! I told Sam and Byer we’re friend’s forever!
