Certified Benz & Beemer review
These guys are the best. I worked with Product Specialist Tom Berra, Sales Manger Kevin Stine, and Finance Manager Chris Shelton, and they were all an A+ for responsiveness, professionalism, and transparency. The car was shipped out of state and there were delivery issues unrelated to the dealership, but Tom and Kevin bent over backwards to see it through. Highly recommended!
2019 Audi A5 review
Excellent handling vehicle, very comfortable providing more room than A4. Car has extreme control and brakes on a dime. Definitely would recommend on the open road with music turned up.

Very helpful and gave me the necessary information o needed for the purchase of the vehicle.
2019 Audi A5 review
I’ve only had this car for a few days. I’m in love with it. Only 13000 miles. Still has that new car smell 😁. The ride is great! As I stated earlier I’m a return customer. I previously owned a Mercedes that I purchased from you guys. I got excellent service with it. Had no complaints. The car was seven years old when I traded it. And only a bit over 40000 miles on it.

CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

I really dislike car dealerships and going to them - however the experience at Norm Reeves was completely different. Thanks a lot!
2019 Audi A5 review
This Quattro drives better than any car I've owned. I had the Audi A3 (2015) convertible, this Audi A5 convertible was an upgrade and I'm completely in love with it. The all-wheel drive is amazing, the handling is tight and precision, the back seats are much more roomier than the A3, my kids love it. All-around incredible vehicle.
