I like to get my repairs done here at Audi grapevine.. master tech (Jinson ) is phenomenal to work with.. he knows how to diagnose the problems and provide the right solution. Very intelligent in troubleshooting the issue and explaining his thought process in fixing the problem. Client rep was super friendly and easy to work with?

Robert in service is an expert in the customer experience. He listens to me, explains things well, tries to give me a fair deal when he can and works with my schedule. Although we are still trying to figure out what is wrong with this particular car, I will keep taking our three Audis there for service.

Audi BurlingameReviews
Audi Burlingame review
I ordered an Audi Q7 remotely The rep and financing manager were courteous and fast to process the deal. It took only a few days to have the whole contract signed and the car shipped. The car mileage and Carfax report were as displayed online. I asked the rep if the car had no specific damage that I couldn;t see on pictures he said no but there were actually several scratches on the inside plastic nothing huge but still disappointing The manual included was for another model (TT) Overall a good experience with a courteous and responsive team I'd recommend working with them

Cameron took his time in explaining the workings of my new car in a very easy manner. I definitely would recommend him as a sales person

Great dealership experience! I have driven a MINI for 11 years. When it was time for a new car, I was so happy that there is now a MINI dealership in the south suburbs! The team at MINI in Tinley was so nice and very accommodating! Connor was great to deal with. He worked very hard to make sure I was getting the MINI for me.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to after our experience with Rene at Audi San Juan. From the start, Rene was outstanding. My wife was purchasing an Audi Q8 e-tron from out of state, and he made the entire process seamless. He was incredibly patient, answering all of our questions and making sure we had all the information we needed. To say Rene is exceptional is an understatement. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and will help you every step of the way, look no further than Rene Gomez at Audi San Juan. He's been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Audi Miami SouthReviews
Audi Miami South review
I just purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi Miami South. Ariel our sales consultant and the General Manager Florin Nista made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Audi lover for many years to come, and will always purchase at Audi Miami South. Thank you Ariel and Florin.

Prestige AudiReviews
Prestige Audi review
We moved to Colorado from the east coast. Needing a vehicle for the CO weather, the Q5 was the perfect vehicle to meet our needs. Lindsey was so great to work with. During this challenging time in purchasing a vehicle, she was knowledgeable and patient with us. We worked with Lindsey to identify which Q5 was most suited to our taste. She researched and worked with another dealership that had the exact Q5 we wanted. We are beyond excited with our new vehicle. During our vehicle search, we visited several other Audi dealerships, but Prestige Audi was by far the most accommodating. Based on our experience at Prestige Audi, I do not see us going anywhere else when purchasing a vehicle in the future.

Audi Pembroke Pines review
Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

Luis Hernandez has been my main point of contact. I have been out of country for a few days but he has been doing a stellar job of working on a car purchase for me. Great communication and customer service approach. No pressure, just assistance and consistent offers of help and question answers. Great experience so far
