The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Excellent handling vehicle, very comfortable providing more room than A4. Car has extreme control and brakes on a dime. Definitely would recommend on the open road with music turned up.

From the moment I walked in, Lanny went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. He was very friendly, funny, and easy to talk to. He made buying a car feel exciting and not stressful at all. His great personality really stood out and made the whole experience better. I would highly recommend Lanny Lancaster!

Had an outstanding experience working with Earl. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car — not just making a sale. He answered every question clearly, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. I never felt pressured, and his honesty and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and hardworking salesman, I highly recommend asking for Earl!

the car's condition is very good; I bought it as a new car, and only drive less than 30000 miles, so the car still has its full warranty. This car is very easy and comfortable to drive and operate, even for new drivers. Also, it is good for people who want to drive fast since it has sport mood.

I had the best experience at exclusive Autohaus bought a BMW 4 series from Exclusive Autohaus. It’s been six months since I bought the car no problems at all. Financing was really easy. Got the best interest rate. I am definitely going back in future to purchase another car. I did recommend the dealership to my father and he also bought a car from here.
2018 Audi A5 review
Love this car, but the interior is far below what should be in a car that costs this much. I have the dark gray/ black and it is awful. The vented sections in the leather seats look like they are fading/ spotting in the front and back. This car is babied. It is a definite defect in the leather. Audi wouldn’t do anything. I’m glad it is a lease. I’ll never get that color interior again. Very disappointed with Audi’s poor response.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

I found a car on cars.com on Saturday night. Message them on Sunday and lined up a test drive for 11AM Monday. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and out. We negotiated a price very quickly and it was the fastest car buying experience I've been involved with. It was worth the 2.5 hour drive. John, Dwayne, Tom and the rest of the team was awesome.

Little House of Cars review
Max and Sam were very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my questions and provided information. I did a test drive and liked very much but eventually thought the vehicle might be a little bigger than I want or able to fit in my garage. I would definitely recommend Little House Of Cars.
2018 Audi A5 review
Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

Skyline Luxury MotorsReviews
2012 Audi A5 review
I have owned my Audi 2012 A5 convertible for 7 years and counting. The single reviewer who gave it one star must have some hidden agenda? It drives like a dream with the quatro function, the seats are the most comfortable I've experienced, and the aesthetics inside and particularly outside slays. Have to admit the Audi service people are pretty slack, but this cannot change the awesomeness of the car itself. I'm formerly an owner / driver of Mercedes cars. Finally, I have seen several sites claiming the 2012 version will be classified as a classic and will be sought after in the future. All good news!

Star Auto Works review
The best dealer experience I’ve ever had, fast honest and straight to the point. They really go out of their way. My salesman Byron, was very professional, courteous and honest, no pressure, no bull, just accommodating and willing to go the extra mile, if there were an option for 10 stars, I would have gave them that. Thanks to Byron and Star Auto Works. I’ll definitely be back.

I love the car. It is sporty, response, quiet, comfortable to drive. It has been a great car. I have used it to travel from SoCal to Nevada and Utah. I am able to use my hands free and the sound is so clear.

CarMax BirminghamReviews
CarMax Birmingham review
My wife went in to buy a car alone, as I was out of state working. She worked with a salesman by the name of Mr. Jolly. He was amazing with her. He showed her the cars she wanted to look at, ran credit through the bank of our request and spent the necessary time it took to seal the deal. He was steadfast, helpful and attentive. I was please to meet Mr. Jolly and thank him personally when I came in a few days later to sign paperwork that she had already signed. She was happy and if mama is happy, I'm happy.
