I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. When we arrived he had the vehicle ready for our test drive, he explained a good portion of the features of the vehicle and answered any and all questions we had in reference to it. He didn’t apply any unwanted pressure which made the process of buying the car seamless. The finance manager was also very kind and patient. I walked out with my dream car. And because we came so late in the evening we missed the detailing but was promised one if I’m ever in the area. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. I saw a car online that caught my eye that was listed through Grand Motorcars. When I read the reviews I was reluctant to even take a look much less actually make a purchase. Well I stopped in and the car was great. A bit older than I wanted but in great shape with low mileage at a good price. Marcus was the salesperson and Ivory the sales manager. I was able to get the car for what KBB and online sources suggested I should. The only downside was once I had check in hand it took longer thant expected to complete the paperwork. The actual signing took 15-20 minutes but the wait was 1.5 hours, maybe it was a busy day. That's why I gave 4/5 stars. Most cars listed in their inventory are luxury/performance and priced at mid to high 5 figures, and above. I purchased one of the lowest priced vehicles but they didn't treat me as if I was cheap.

The salesman I interacted with throughout the process, Stan, was awesome and worked hard to find the vehicle I wanted. I had a jeep wrangler 4door and wanted a 2 door. We got the deal done and while driving home I had some buyers remorse not because the car wasn’t what they said it was but because I was just a bit attached to the 4 door and didn’t know it. After being approved for financing, signing the papers and nearly getting home with the jeep, I turned around and went back telling them that I wanted my jeep back. The management there was super understanding and quickly accommodated me when they didn’t have to. I was very grateful for that. One negative thing I would say is that my trade in was worth more than the vehicle I was getting from them. When I arrived I was wanting some money to boot from them or at the very least trade them straight up but instead they came to me with a 6k balance that they eventually worked down to just below 3k. They talked me into financing 3k. I told Mike (the finance guy) I would likely be turned down because I pay cash for everything and he said my approval was guaranteed because “I had equity” which is directly telling me that my car was worth more than the one I was getting and yet there I was being talked into financing a balance. They coulda traded me straight up and still made money. I likely wouldn’t have brought their jeep back if they woulda done that. I don’t understand why they would force me to finance to get the car that’s worth less than mine. There was plenty of meat on the bone.

My husband, our four children and I were traveling across our state on a drive to pick up an online purchase when I decided to look for a new family vehicle online. I looked on Craigslist first as I thought we might have an easier time with a FSBO purchase than a dealership because about a month ago we tried Carmax and it was terrible with a lot of runaround, terrible interest rates (ugly double digits) and them wanting our max amount of money down with those terrible interest rates. Enough about them…..*deep cleansing breath*. Then I saw this awesome SUV on a Craigslisting . It would fit all of us with room to spare, it had lots of cutting-edge features, and it would allow me to maintain a sense of edgy punk-rocker self while being a soccer mom. WIN WIN WIN! My husband thought it looks awesome but immediately thought that even though this was at the top of our budget, the price was too good to be true. So we decided to give a call. I called and left a message and within minutes Bridget called me back. I explained that we were interested in this particular vehicle, asked a few questions which she was immediately prepared for. Y’all, she is super down to earth, so friendly, knows her stuff and so helpful. Here’s the thing, we live 4.5-5 hours away from this vehicle and this dealership. I don’t know these folks from Adam, they don’t know me. But wait…. There’s’ more…. Bridget gets the ball rolling with our credit application all online, all esigned, all while we are driving across the state. The numbers people crunched some numbers and when they called back with those (or maybe they texted, can’t remember) they were out of our monthly price range so we understood and were not expecting much when they said to give them a moment to shift some things around and try another option. Number's people, I don’t know your names, I’m sorry but I just want to say ‘YOU ROCK!’ They came back with some options for us that worked beautifully for our monthly budget. So we were ready to sign some paperwork and plan our trip the coming weekend to Chattanooga after putting a good faith amount down. Andrew (If I got your name wrong I’m so sorry, we appreciate you) worked up an awesome 3 year and 30, 000 mile warranty and we are so thankful. I was about to hit the reserve our VRBO rental button when I get a call from Bridget with her sales Manager Jacob on the phone. This precious man right here asked me what we would think about having the car driven to us, across the state and a very busy capital city, right to our doorstep. He said he would arrange everything, like all of it. He said they aren’t always able to accommodate this way but it just so happened that he had someone that could drive the vehicle and we could have it by the next day. That’s right…. THE NEXT DAY. I though, this has to be too good to be true. At this point I began looking up this automotive group’s every detail to make sure we weren’t being scammed. LOL. We weren’t. They are absolutely, 100% verifiably real. Jacob and Bridget get virtual hugs from all of our family and so do Mr. Jack and his sweet wife who drove the vehicle to us the next day before lunch-time. We had the car right in front of my front step in less than 24 hours from purchase 4.5 hours away and it is magnificent! The dealership name Integrity goes far beyond trustworthy for these folks, you can trust them AND they will make you feel like family. Thank you all so much!

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. I've always paid in full for my used vehicle because I didn't want debit worries. So this is my personal experience and I am grateful 🥲🙏!!!
