I have owned my 2012 A6 Premium 3.0 since new and it is the most wonderful vehicle I have owned or leased. No major failures ever, incredibly fun to drive, reflects the quality built into this car. Always parked outside and the paint and finish are still amazing.

Very nice upscale vehicle. Bought as a previously 2 yr leased auto, avoiding new car price and immediate depreciation. V-6 engine has no hesitation and quietness is excellent. My only two negatives are lack of storage for incidentals and a bit quirky audio that may reset from time to time ( must wait for it to go through a cycle). It has a mind of its own. Overall, excellent vehicle.

I have owned this car for just over a year. No mechanical problems, very fun to drive. Took it across the country, very comfortable for driver and passenger. Loves to cruise at 75-85 mph and will go much faster. I thought I got a great deal on it. I paid half the sticker price and it had under 10,000 miles on it.

Bought my '16 A6 3.0 TDI a year ago with 89k miles, now has almost 110k miles, and drives like a dream still. Can't even tell it's a diesel engine by the way it drives and how quiet it is. I drive a lot for work, and the gas mileage is amazing! Interior is comfy, classy, and roomy. Drives like butter, handles like a sports car. Exterior isn't too flashy, it's perfect. No issues, and my last checkup at the German export dealer was perfect. My favorite car I've owned, now I want an A8 L!

Initially had problems with the front brake rotors. Audi replace them twice, but did not replace the pads. Turned out the pads should have been replaced with the rotors because the pads just transferred material onto the new rotors causing the braking shimmy to return. I paid for new pads on the second rotor replacement - problem solved. Audi could have saved money (and saved me money) by just replacing the pads and rotors the first time. After this, the car was great. Very comfortable, and quick. Gas mileage was very good - about 19 MPG in town and over 30 MPG highway with the 6 -Cyl. due to cylinder cutout when crusing.

I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. Ralph, my service advisor was a true professional through the entire process. They kept my car longer than I’d like, but it was well worth it. This Audi is beautiful, inside and out, with genuine wood in the door panels, dash and center console, soft leather seats, and a massive amount of red light illumination throughout the front cockpit, that is fantastic while driving at night. The exterior is sleek and stylish. The ride is smooth, however the low profile tires do ruin some of the ride atleast on kansas roads that are far from smooth. The engine has no vibrations and suspension seems tight . All in all this is as close to perfection as it gets, German cars are the best.

She gave me her word on the final repair, and sent me the check she promised, on a "hand shake". That is the kind of behavior that restores one's faith in honesty and integrity in business. Leased the car for looks new in 2021. Now 2023 with 28k miles. Perfect? No. Awful? Hardly. Many recalls but no maintenance issues whatsoever. Biggest complaint is the auto-start stop and that the electronics are quirky (pre-set destinations reset frequently) car is comfortable, quiet, quick, and get OK gas mileage (would assume better with 2.0 4cyl.) I often switch between this and a 2017 Honda Accord and to be honest I can't tell much of a difference other than noise and quickness. Will buy it off lease (got it before the residual values rose exponentially) and will keep it indefinitely.
