On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. Will highly recommend. Thank you so much for all you did for us. Next time (or may be another life) we will stop by to purchase that gorgeous yellow Ferrari. For now, we are very happy with our beautiful and safe Tesla.

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I bought an RS3 from Hernan Diaz-Egg and it was easily the smoothest car-buying experience I've ever had. From the first phone call, he was receptive to exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste a minute of my time. No runaround, no games, no pressure. He was honest and showed real professionalism from start to finish. The whole transaction moved faster than I thought possible. If you're shopping and you want someone who respects your time and knows the product, ask for Hernan. Highly recommend.

Audi Omaha review
Our Experience with the Purchase of a New Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha We recently purchased the new Audi Q3 at Audi Omaha in Omaha, NE. and could not be happier. The moment we stepped into the dealership we were impressed. What truly set our experience apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from Greg McDonald, who assisted us throughout the entire process. Greg was friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He spent a great deal of time with us, listened to what features we sought , thoroughly explained everything and answered all our questions in a way that made us confident about our decision. Never once did we feel rushed or pressured. Financial arrangements were made after we had made our decision on the model , options and color. This too proved to be very fair and seamless. On the day of delivery, Greg again walked us thru all systems of the Q3, integrated our cell phones to the automobile and adjusted preferences for each driver. Our purchase has been a very pleasant experience with Audi Omaha. Thank You to the folks at Audi Omaha. We highly recommend them. And ask for Greg. JJL/MJL

Audi Cuyahoga Falls review
My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.

I worked with Emily Berger and the entire Audi Pitt Team - great experience. I flew there from Philadelphia to but an S8 on a dnowy Presidents day. I was expecting the worst but Emily is a pro, supported by Jenn, Chris, Emily in Finance and the service team. Despite the snow and the Holiday, they made it happy. They are pay off the #1 Cochran Group - the name didn't make sense until after my experience, but they certainly lived up to that name. Great experience and customer service!

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Audi South Orlando. From the moment we walked through the doors, the entire atmosphere was welcoming and professional, but what truly made this purchase unforgettable was the incredible team that looked after us. A massive, heartfelt thank you to our salesperson, Moises Garcia, and Sales Manager, Ricky Sulyma III. Both Moises and Ricky went far above and beyond expectations for our family. They demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, genuine dedication, and standard-setting customer care throughout the entire process. Moises was patient, deeply knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail, ensuring we felt completely confident and informed without any of the typical pressure. Ricky made the management and finalization end of the process completely seamless, transparent, and respectful of our time and needs. Car buying can often be overwhelming, but Moises and Ricky made it an absolute pleasure. Their care and commitment to making sure our family walked away happy was truly impressive. If you are looking for a luxury experience where you are treated with honesty, respect, and top-tier professionalism, ask for Moises Garcia and Ricky Sulyma III at Audi South Orlando. I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Mobin, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we connected, Mobin was the definition of professionalism—calm, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. What truly stood out was his commitment to making sure I understood every detail of the process. No question was too small, and he explained everything thoroughly without rushing or pressuring me. His patience and clarity made a potentially stressful decision feel smooth and manageable. Mobin genuinely prioritized my comfort and confidence throughout the purchase. His helpfulness and transparency turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a positive and even enjoyable one. If you're looking for a trustworthy and attentive car salesman who values your peace of mind, I highly recommend working with Mobin. He sets a high bar for service and professionalism in the auto industry.

Audi Chantilly review
After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

Audi Hilton Head review
The entire staff at Audi HH was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions clearly and concisely. The car we purchased was in near mint condition, and they gave us fair value for our trade-in. It was a surprise to us, but they handled our Florida registration as if we were there. The whole process from test drive to drive away was smooth and pleasant. We could not have asked for more.

Audi Hunt ValleyReviews
Audi Hunt Valley review
Unfortunately my 10 yr old A4 was totaled (not my fault) in an accident, so I had to quickly purchase a new car. I chose Audi Hunt Valley due to the quality customer service with their service dept., I experienced for the past 10 yrs. I also purchased my A4 from Hunt Valley 10 yrs ago. They didn't disappoint!!! Great experience.
