Fantastic car I love the styling inside and outside. I have had Audi‘s in the past, so I know they are fantastic cars. This one does not disappoint.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

I booked my 2023 Tucson hybrid in to this dealership with a check engine light showing whenever the car was started and with a check hybrid system light showing after a few miles of driving. I had tried to get these problems fixed at two other Hyundai dealers in the area, but neither had fixed the problem for good. Each had had our car for several days, and with no loaners available. This dealer fixed the problem in a few days, replacing a defective part, and thoroughly test drove the car (twice) to make sure all was in order. I originally wanted Q5, however for a busy city like DC I had to come compact.. actually sub-compact :) I like Q3 in a newer body (2019+) as it’s not only designed great but also has interior and safety features! This fall I’ve got used to a fully loaded grey metallic Q3 2019 S Line Premium Plus. Superb! Lots of safety features, big console, and display, panoramic roof, aggressive look, small city size, and space full trunk. I’m 6.2’. As tall I’m I sit comfortably and have a space for another 6ft behind me. Comfort. Style. Technology. Safety. All you need to know about the new Q3. The only one you have to consider - is the gas mileage. It gives me on average 21. However someday you can even put regular and it still runs. Going for the premium plus now and with a full tank to drive up to 350 miles. I would not change anything. It is a drive and is steady even during rain. So, you got what you paid. Used with 35K miles great choice for me as I have no kinds at the moment. Go for Q5 if you have to drive family members or need more trunk space (family or 4. Airport rides) Get it!

Haven’t had this great of an experience buying a car…EVER! Arman and Chris made what is normally a stressful process very easy. They were knowledgeable, professional and kind. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to purchase another vehicle.

Not only a very good little SUV but it's just what I need at this time. I love the engine/transmission and road-holding. The ride is sporty with plenty of feedback from the road. The trunk is a bit on the small side but with the rear seatbacks down it's OK for my needs. I also love the combination exterior/interior - Florentine silver/chestnut leather - I think i am the only car like this in my hometown.

Right now the purchasing process is great, paper was ready to be signed, the car was delivered very with no issues. Gino the salesman was very coutious and understanding. Still waiting to gety tags which is not due until later in the month.

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

Perfection ...no need to say more. This little SUV has the styling, juice and value that I wanted. My other car is a Bentley GTC Continental. I’m glad these two cars are made by the same folks...and it shows
