Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. He was great very outgoing and funny. Thank you Bourne???s for everything! I would so recommend Bourne???s Auto to my friends and family. Amy Pawloski was the person I initially had contact with she would immediately follow up with me. She reached out to me to let me know of the price dropping. Good car but nothing special

While the car has largely been problem free other that the fob/ignition issue which seems to be pretty common, it really is just a car. We’ve had Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc and those were special, we find the Q3 okay, but we expected more - so have trouble rationalizing the price. If we could do it again we’d probably go with an Evoque. At least as good performance, a few more creature comforts and a lot more style.

Simply the best customer service experience I have ever had from any dealership in Massachusetts. Started off looking on line for a Subaru WRX STI. Found many in the area. Bourne's auto center was the best price so I put them on my list for my first stop in my test drive itinerary. Contacted them via email and got a quick response from Amy who was very professional with setting up a time and date for a test drive. Very nice lady. I had 2 other appointments that same day but Bourne was the best price hands down. Came in for my test drive and met with Victoria (Tori) Very kind ,professional and knowledgeable employee at Bourne's auto center. She greeted me with respect and wasn't pushy like other car dealerships. She had the car pulled up front for me to check out and drive. Which the drive was awesome as ppl who own Subaru know...... Came back and said to Tori that I dont need to look any further this was the car... We talked and she helped out on every aspect of the financial set up before going to finance department. All in all every one that got me into my new car I salute you. I will be sending everyone that I know to Bourne's auto center when in need of a new vehicle. This car is a dream. It drives so smoothly. It feels sporty and luxurious at the same time. By far my favorite car ever. The technology is a little difficult to figure out at first. My only complaint would be the owner’s manual isn’t as user friendly as I would like, but that may be all me.

Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.

After driving a 4Runner, Mercedes crossover , and jeep grand cherokee, the Q3 was by far the best to drive and had all the bells and whistles. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. It drives right in the middle of a Mercedes and BMW. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

While hunting for a great deal on a minivan for my family of five over the course of a few days, I came across a 2015 Kia Sedona at Midway Automotive in Abington MA. The Kia was listed at a very competitive price, and the reviews for both the van and Midway were very high, so we headed over to Abington. We showed up and met Bob Hurley, a guy with 30+ years of experience in auto sales, including a long stretch as the owner of a dealership himself. Bob, the father of a big family and a dedicated local baseball coach, was terrific from start to finish. I have never appreciated high pressure sales of any kind (does anyone?), and Bob was a down to earth, direct, friendly guy who respected that. After taking the van for a test drive, my whole family really loved the car. It turned out that it had a slight issue with the motor that opens and closes one of the sliding doors. We bought it with Bob's assurance that the door would be taken care of. He promised us that he would do his best to have the issue rectified before our long annual drive to Lake Ontario, just a few days away. Each day he communicated with us about the progress, and tonight, just in time for our first trip as a minivan crew, we brought our awesome new Kia home. I'm very grateful for Bob Hurley's professionalism. Also noteworthy was Dave Bingham in Midway's finance department. He helped us secure a fantastic bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for a reasonable price, given the peace of mind that it brings me. Dave, like Bob, was also a very amiable guy, and we appreciated his guidance on the money end of things. One last thing - it's been a while since we bought a car, and I was impressed by the fact that we didn't even have to go to the RMV to get new plates, registration, inspection, etc. It was all taken care of by Midway. So let me add my voice to the many who have helped Midway Automotive earn a recent 2017 Consumer Satisfaction Award from this site, DealerRater. Midway is an independent dealer of pre-owned vehicles in Abington, MA. They gave my family their best service, and I wish them the best of success in return.

I was in serious need of a car and was in the process of contacting other LARGE dealerships. Two friends asked if I had checked out Walpole Mitsubishi (S & E Motors). I had not because I thought they were just very small lot and dealership. WRONG! Not huge lot, but they have another location in Weymouth, and their used cars were terrific... Showroom new looking, and the Service. was incredible. I first contacted them by phone (spoke to Elio) to check out what they had in my $ range. Hearing that there were a couple of LOW MILAGE and priced right vehicles, I visited them on Saturday (the next day). Got there at 10 a.m...... Left there with a car purchased by 12 noon, and that included 45 minutes of driving the car to my mechanic (who said, I've heard about them - dealership. Several of my customers go there. Very good choice. Car is perfect!) By the way, a 2013 Nissan Sentra, 16,000 miles, 11,300, minus my turn -in ($800 which was a lot for what I had), 12,025 all in (taxes, reg, etc). Everyone (Elio, Adam/Manager, Patrick, Finance guy) friendly, NO PRESSURE. I will go back again, and I will (and already have) tell anyone I know about them if they're looking for a great dealership, pleasant and honest professionals, and wonderful selection of cars. Oh, I picked up my car on Monday, everything all set (reg, etc) and everyone is admiring my car - and my deal! I'm so happy to be able to write a review like this.

Absolutely amazing interior. Quiet ride, and is exceptionally smooth. Driving feels so much more enjoyable in this thing. I sat in the back and I'm 5'11 with longer legs and did not feel cramped. While there certainly is not a lot of storage space in the rear compared to a CRV i can live with that for better mileage and less weight.

Coastal Nissan has Express Service and it is perfect. I brought my car there for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday and I was in and out of there in under half an hour. Best thing about it was it didn't lack any quality that Nissan is known for. Tony checked me in, I got a cup of coffee and before I could finish it he was going over my multi point sheet. If you don't take your car here for Service already, it's a must try!!!

I purchased my 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro on the last week of November 2014. I opted to go with the Prestige trim level which was still available at that time and includes all the bells and whistles. It included all-wheel drive Quattro, interior LED mood lighting, moonroof, navigation system with Google Earth, and premium Bose audio system. It's July 2018 and I've just reached the 50,000 mile mark. The Audi Q3 has been solid from the start. We took it on a road trip to Texas and New Mexico in the middle of winter. We ran into blizzards, black ice, snow, as well as sweltering heat in Arizona. The Quattro system is hands down the best all-wheel drive system I've ever driven. As we descended down the hill from Carlsbad Caverns, there was black ice everywhere. Many people were slipping and falling in the parking lot. In the Audi Q3 Quattro, we couldn't even tell the roads were icy. As we watched other vehicles slip and slide, ours was sure footed and secure. We continued to drive through a blizzard to our hotel without issue. The next day there was about 7 inches of snow on the highways, we cruised along at nice speeds without issue again. This is on the stock Continental All Weather tires, albeit they were brand new. We drove along as we saw over 10 vehicles that had slid off the road on the way to White Sands National Park. Again, our Audi Q3 Quattro was surefooted as ever. Even my wife who hates treacherous driving conditions commented that she felt really safe and secure in the vehicle in those conditions. The exterior looks nice, the interior reflect Audi's level of quality and refinement. As much as I can say a modern Volkswagon looks and feels like an Audi, there's a level of refinement and service that puts the Audi above them. The ride and drive is like that of a crossover. It feels and drives like a car, the stiff suspension and handling are very good. The steering is electronically adjusted for the speed you are driving so it is nice and light as slow speeds and becomes tighter and responsive at higher speeds. The ride height is not as high as an SUV but sits well above any sedan. The higher view of the road and traffic is nice is helpful and a positive driving experience. The power under the hood is sufficient for any drive. It may feel a bit underpowered at times but the horsepower and torque is balanced and comfortable. It's in the middle if considering a BMW, which is sporty and a Mercedes, which is comfortable. This is what I like about Audi, it balances sportiness and comfort well. Since owning the Audi Q3 Quattro since end of 2014, it has been solid. Only getting an alignment after running over a huge pot hole on the freeway and a nail in the side of the tire from a trip to Yosemite. Other than that it has been in for regularly scheduled services. I love that fact that you can connect your phone via bluetooth and playback music services over the Q3's multimedia system as well as search for destinations and places using Audi Connect services. The satellite 3D view of the maps in the navigation system are also very nice. The vehicle may not have been updated for while in terms of interior and infotainment technology but it is solid. It is lagging behind the newer Audi vehicles and this may be a deciding factor whether to purchase a Q3 or vehicle with more updated infotainment systems. For instance I'm still stuck on 3G connection in the vehicle but I heard the newer Q3s support 4G LTE. I've seen more Q3s on the road as they are being returned from leases. At the prices they are selling after lease, it's difficult to find a more refined and quality ride for the price since you can now find 2013 S5s around $40,000 used, when you can buy a brand new fully loaded Q3 for nearly the same cost.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I purchased a used 2017 VW Touareg Executive from this dealer in November 2018 and I have to say it was the best car buying experience ever. My sales Rep Sky Tang was very professional and treated me with respect. I went to Audi Natick to buy that specific Touareg that I saw advertised. Sky had the car ready for the test drive and was prepared to answer all my questions. She explained Audi's pricing policy, warranty, etc. and then we discussed my trade. After a couple of short discussions with her supervisor we settled on the fair value of my trade and the deal was done.

Very stable car, comfortable but the interface with driver by the connectivity system could be better. The exterior design is sharp and the interior has very good finishing surface .

I purchase two or three cars a year. I am always on the lookout for something new and different. I started to get the itch again right after New Years and started to look around. I ended up focusing my search on a pre-owned A6. I looked at a lot of cars. I eventually met David Hamilton at Audi Natick. David is a pro. Easy to talk to, engaging, not pushy. My search came down to two (2) almost identical cars. Same year, color, options. Identical. Audi Natick offered me $3,500 more for my trade than the other dealer. The Audi Natick vehicle cost $500 more than the other vehicle, but had 5,000 less miles and almost four (4) years of warranty, whereas the other car's warranty will expire in less than a year. Talk about a no-brainer. I am now driving my 2013 A6 and I couldn't be happier. When I start the get itch again in a few months, I'll know where to go. Audi Natick gets my highest recommendation.

I recently got a new 2017 A4 from Audi Natick. After doing a lot of research I called them. Charlie Sectish dealt with me via e-mail ( I hate the endless phone calls). He gave me a better deal than Herb Chambers and also took care of the lease of my previous 2014 VW Tiguan. He dealt with VW to have the car inspected and returned. It was the easiest car purchasing/Leasing experience I ever had. Kevin Schuster was the sales person who helped me. First thing different was the test drive. He let me go by myself in order to try the car out. After that he answered all my questions and we signed the papers. I picked up the car a couple of days latter and he gave me a full demonstration of the systems. I'll definitely get another Audi from Audi Natick in the future.

All I can say is that this car meets my every need. I also like it much better than my BMW X3. I think it is a little smaller but I’m not sure about that, I just know that I love everything about it. Especially the panoramic sun roof!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. My siblings and I are from the north shore and was car shopping for the day. Our first dealership we stopped at in Shrewsbury was a no go. It was too bad, we were very serious about financing a car but couldn???t test drive the car, but gladly......thankfully, we ended up at AutoMax. I can???t tell you enough how happy and satisfied I was purchasing a vehicle with confidence at AutoMax Pre-Owned in Framingham. AutoMax has a very inviting atmosphere and employees who work with you to make your purchasing a vehicle a breeze. As soon as we strolled in, we were already taken cared of by one of the associates who greeted us. We simply wanted to test drive a car beforehand and they got a salesmen, Luiz Espigar to assist us in test driving a car. After we test drove the car, we asked for him to give us a moment so my siblings and I could discuss if it was a go or not. He respectfully gave us our space and let us collaborate. Everything was perfect about the vehicle, from the mileage, the price, the smoothness of the drive, and the look and feel of the Mercedes. 100% I felt confident ready to finance the car. However it wasn???t up to me, it was up to my cousin, if he wanted the car or not. In the end, we ended up purchasing the Mercedes C300, and everything went smoothly, Luiz answered our questions, spoke about the pricing, showed us the carfax, etc. He didn???t make it feel like your typical sketchy salesmen at other dealerships who are trying to rip you off. We knew what we wanted and he made sure we got what we wanted. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, Luiz is the guy to go to..and this is coming from a young person who has car shopped a few times and co-signed before, not much experienced but very knowledgeable of who is genuine. You don???t get many dealerships that take you seriously. Note: We purchased the Mercedes on a Saturday during the RMV 3day closure and somehow they got the car up and ready to go the following Thursday. It was fully serviced, cleaned, tinted(came with the package I signed up for) and he kindly put gas in it. Thank you AutoMax, especially a thank you to you Luiz and the finance women who both made it extremely easy!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle.

My husband and I were keeping our eyes out for a GMC Terrain or Acadia. I found a Terrain online and was 100% sure that was the car I was getting. I was in the process of rebuilding credit and Chris tried everything in his power to get us approved with payments in our price range. Unfortunately it wasn't possible with what we had to offer. The next morning he pointed us in the direction of a Nissan Rogue. I was convinced I would hate it but my husband told me to "just look at it". That same afternoon I went back to the dealer and test drive the Rogue. Let's just say, I am now driving a loaded 2014 Nissan Rogue and in love with it!!!!!! I instantly signed the papers and walked away with a smile! The sale was pain free and quick! I picked up my new car the next day (day 3) and do not regret a single second of it. Chris was amazing and if it wasn't for him, I would have never even considered the rogue (that I now love)
