Your Service department from the lady who made my appointment down to the technician and desk service people were outstanding in their fields. I am most appreciative of all these people who understood, when a lot of people don't, how hard it is to make appointments and contact someone through email to conduct your business, I am deaf and these people were absolutely outstanding in the way that they handled communication with me, I am forever grateful, and the service on the truck was nothing short of work well done, even though it was a recall part and no money involved, these folk treated me exceptionally well, and might I add, my shuttle driver was super nice, with a big smile. I saw a car at Formula One advertised on this website. I went there and was greeted warmly by Dave. I took the car for a test drive, looked at the CarFax, talked business, slept on it, and ended up buying the car. It was a great decision, and I am very happy with the car a month afterwards. The dealer made an honest mistake and misspoke about the presence of Bluetooth in the car. After I bought the car and realized there was no Bluetooth in this particular model, they were kind enough to spend 400$ to install Bluetooth for me. I also bought an after-market warranty but then changed my mind 2 days later, and they allowed me to cancel it without any hassle. That is a stand-up car dealership. Very pleased. Buy with confidence.

On the same day I had my Passat serviced for diesel exhaust fluid heater replacement, I had CEL light warning and AdBlue low-level warning even though the AdBlue fluid was refilled. It turned out that the AdBlue level sensor was broken and had to be replaced. Unlike diesel exhaust fluid heater, the AdBlue level sensor was not covered. Diagnosis, sensor part, and labor would have cost more than $1200. My service advisor exempted the labor cost and that helped reducing the repair bill.

I purchased my 2015 Audi Q3 Quattro on the last week of November 2014. I opted to go with the Prestige trim level which was still available at that time and includes all the bells and whistles. It included all-wheel drive Quattro, interior LED mood lighting, moonroof, navigation system with Google Earth, and premium Bose audio system. It's July 2018 and I've just reached the 50,000 mile mark. The Audi Q3 has been solid from the start. We took it on a road trip to Texas and New Mexico in the middle of winter. We ran into blizzards, black ice, snow, as well as sweltering heat in Arizona. The Quattro system is hands down the best all-wheel drive system I've ever driven. As we descended down the hill from Carlsbad Caverns, there was black ice everywhere. Many people were slipping and falling in the parking lot. In the Audi Q3 Quattro, we couldn't even tell the roads were icy. As we watched other vehicles slip and slide, ours was sure footed and secure. We continued to drive through a blizzard to our hotel without issue. The next day there was about 7 inches of snow on the highways, we cruised along at nice speeds without issue again. This is on the stock Continental All Weather tires, albeit they were brand new. We drove along as we saw over 10 vehicles that had slid off the road on the way to White Sands National Park. Again, our Audi Q3 Quattro was surefooted as ever. Even my wife who hates treacherous driving conditions commented that she felt really safe and secure in the vehicle in those conditions. The exterior looks nice, the interior reflect Audi's level of quality and refinement. As much as I can say a modern Volkswagon looks and feels like an Audi, there's a level of refinement and service that puts the Audi above them. The ride and drive is like that of a crossover. It feels and drives like a car, the stiff suspension and handling are very good. The steering is electronically adjusted for the speed you are driving so it is nice and light as slow speeds and becomes tighter and responsive at higher speeds. The ride height is not as high as an SUV but sits well above any sedan. The higher view of the road and traffic is nice is helpful and a positive driving experience. The power under the hood is sufficient for any drive. It may feel a bit underpowered at times but the horsepower and torque is balanced and comfortable. It's in the middle if considering a BMW, which is sporty and a Mercedes, which is comfortable. This is what I like about Audi, it balances sportiness and comfort well. Since owning the Audi Q3 Quattro since end of 2014, it has been solid. Only getting an alignment after running over a huge pot hole on the freeway and a nail in the side of the tire from a trip to Yosemite. Other than that it has been in for regularly scheduled services. I love that fact that you can connect your phone via bluetooth and playback music services over the Q3's multimedia system as well as search for destinations and places using Audi Connect services. The satellite 3D view of the maps in the navigation system are also very nice. The vehicle may not have been updated for while in terms of interior and infotainment technology but it is solid. It is lagging behind the newer Audi vehicles and this may be a deciding factor whether to purchase a Q3 or vehicle with more updated infotainment systems. For instance I'm still stuck on 3G connection in the vehicle but I heard the newer Q3s support 4G LTE. I've seen more Q3s on the road as they are being returned from leases. At the prices they are selling after lease, it's difficult to find a more refined and quality ride for the price since you can now find 2013 S5s around $40,000 used, when you can buy a brand new fully loaded Q3 for nearly the same cost.

Where do I begin?! This being my first time ever purchasing a car, it was far easier than I expected! I expected a scary back-and-forth pressuring negotiation between myself and a tough salesperson, but NOPE! The whole process was much easier and went smoother than I thought it would be! I took interest on a car online and messaged the dealership through their website. I got a quick response from the internet sales team, under Cassandra Crawford. I had read previous reviews on her on Yelp and was glad she was the one who personally handled my purchase! All the positive reviews she previously received, I believe 100%! When I first stepped foot on the dealership to just take a look at the car in person, she gave me no added pressure to BUY NOW! She had a very kind employee (Eric) drive me to the expansion lot where I took time to admire the vehicle. We went back to the dealership and Cassandra gave me a quote printout with all the incentives and best offer to begin with and I walked right out that door feeling no sense of pressure put upon me! We continued to email each other for about a day until we got to where I wanted. From the beginning she asked me how much I wanted to pay for monthly and the down payment and she definitely delivered to meet all my demands! I told her from that I wanted to enjoy the vehicle and not regret it down the line all because of a spur of the moment big purchase. She understood that completely! In fact, I came by the next day to ask her further questions about the deal and that was it. Still no pressure to sign any contract or deal yet! I told her I'll be back tomorrow to sign everything and finalize the deal but mostly to sleep on it one last time (cold feet 😅). She really worked with my work schedule to see when the best time was for me to come back. So, that was a total of 3 visits to the dealership (all my decision) and she was able to take time in her busy schedule to meet with me every single time. You can tell she is a very busy woman but she gets back to you on a very timely manner! We were even texting on her personal phone after office hours because I had so many questions for her (Sorry Cassandra!). Along with her assistant (also her daughter), they are able to work with you to meet all your needs! I told her that I would text her and let her know when the best time for me to come in was and with very short notice, she had everything all taken car of! When I got there for all the paperwork, my car was sitting right in front of the dealership, all clean and ready to go! Her daughter, helped me the technical details of the car and was very helpful! Frank, was the one who was nice enough to take time off from sales to help me start paperwork while Cassandra was at a doctor's appointment across the street. It was the only time I could swing by during work with a 3 hour window, so Cassandra was able to relay the information to Frank. Once Cassandra got back, she brought me over to Wayne who handled the finances. Wayne was another great associate who made sure to explain every little detail on what I was signing because I always have a lot of questions! He also worked with me to get the best deal possible on any extra maintenance packages I may need on the car! He was very honest on if I really needed a certain package or not and did not scare or pressure me at all into buying anything! The whole pick-up day process only took 1-1.5 hrs of my time and went very smoothly! 👏🏻 Do not go anywhere else if you are thinking about getting an Audi! Go straight to Cassandra! She will definitely take care of you! All the wonderful reviews on her on different websites are all accurate! Everything still feels unreal after a few sleepless nights because of pure excitement! Payment after tax is clearly given, negotiation is quick, reasonable, and transparent; the document signing process takes just minutes, no push on buying additional unnecessary warranty stuff.. compared to my first 2 dealership (2012, 2015), it would be heaven and xxxx i would say.

I bought a 2018 Audi Q7 3.0T loaded premium plus last year with help from Mariatu and Joseph (manager) hours before my flight so I could surprise my wife for our 5 year wedding anniversary. Audi Q7s were selling before they even hit the showroom at the time. And this particular trim was super rare at the time, and ordering one meant a 3 month wait. Mariatu and Joseph not only held the vehicle for me the day before as sold, while it was still in the warehouse, even though I did not pay or sign anything, talk about trust! They made the entire transaction painless and breezy with a hard stop at noon, so I could go on my business trip worry free and have my wife and kid go home with a brand new Q7. No crazy price haggling, no attitude, most pleasant car purchase ever.

I went from an A4 to a Q3, because I wanted more hauling capacity. Was very pleased to find that I didn't lose any of the awesome driving experience that I was used to with my A4. The Q3 offers a little more comfort, while still having quick response when I hit the gas. Still in love with Audi's!

I had the pleasure of working with Tenzin on the purchase of my vehicle. I first inquired over the internet and Tenzin was quick to respond. I really appreciated his straight forward approach, willingness to help me find a car in a short time frame, and timely responses to all my emails. It was such a time saver to have done everything via email since I don't live near the dealership. When I got to the dealer to actually purchase the car, Tenzin made sure the process was painless and efficient. Even though the original car I wanted wasn't available anymore, he found me a great alternate at a fair price. Overall, I would recommend friends and family to work with Tenzin. He wasn't overly pushy and kept to one form of communication (other dealers would call, text, and email me several times a day which was annoying since I have a day job). A very straight forward and honest person! I also worked with Andrei once I arrived at the dealership, who went over all the paperwork with me. He answered all my random questions and made sure the paperwork process was easy since it's not the most fun part when buying a new car. I dealt with another employee (I forgot his name - so sorry!) but this gentleman was the one who walked through my car and showed me how to use all the different features. He was very kind and patience. Overall, this had to be one of the best car buying experiences. I was at the dealership for 2 hours, which I thought was not bad at all. I thought I would be there for 3-4 hours. Everyone was really nice. I would highly recommend Audi Stevens Creek to others!
Good car but nothing special

While the car has largely been problem free other that the fob/ignition issue which seems to be pretty common, it really is just a car. We’ve had Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc and those were special, we find the Q3 okay, but we expected more - so have trouble rationalizing the price. If we could do it again we’d probably go with an Evoque. At least as good performance, a few more creature comforts and a lot more style.

Just a few weeks before Christmas, I was rear ended in my 2015 Optima by a driver asleep at the wheel, totaling my car. After the insurance company determined it was a total loss, I immediately started shopping for a new 2016. After looking around online and speaking with Greg Kimberly, who was monitoring their online sales, I was convinced to go down to Stevens Creek Kia. Greg was straightforward and pleasurable to deal with - a really down to earth guy. He made what was a terrible week into a great shopping experience. Stevens Creek didn't have my favorite color (Platinum Graphite), but he was able to find one at another dealer and have it shipped to SC. I was going on vacation immediately after purchasing, so SC offered to store the car there for 2 weeks, no charge. The customer service can't be beat! And the price we were able to work out actually beat what I had paid for my 2015! I would absolutely recommend Stevens Creek to anyone. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I truly thank them for turning that awful accident into a great new car!

Absolutely amazing interior. Quiet ride, and is exceptionally smooth. Driving feels so much more enjoyable in this thing. I sat in the back and I'm 5'11 with longer legs and did not feel cramped. While there certainly is not a lot of storage space in the rear compared to a CRV i can live with that for better mileage and less weight.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. After driving a 4Runner, Mercedes crossover , and jeep grand cherokee, the Q3 was by far the best to drive and had all the bells and whistles. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. It drives right in the middle of a Mercedes and BMW. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. This car is a dream. It drives so smoothly. It feels sporty and luxurious at the same time. By far my favorite car ever. The technology is a little difficult to figure out at first. My only complaint would be the owner’s manual isn’t as user friendly as I would like, but that may be all me.

Ahres did and excellent job handling the service needs for my 2016 Audi A7. He was courteous, professional and respectful. The process was smooth and I can???t tell you how much I appreciate the excellent quality service. He was able to help me clearly explain the issues, resolve them and keep the process simple. This level of service goes a long way in future purchases and service needs. Having someone I can trust who is capable and experienced in handling these issues gives me peace of mind when purchasing and Audi. Not all dealers are like this and Ahres by far was the best service advisor I???ve had with any car. It makes a difference when deciding on my next vehicle! He was very efficient and John the other advisor was also there to help make the process smooth like arranging for the rental car even though he didn???t have to (some advisors just sit in there chair and stare into space when they aren???t busy with their own customer). These guys are awesome, thank you again!

Matt and the team at Audi of Palo Alto went above and beyond my expectations. i arrived after their service center was closed via a tow truck at 6:30pm. I am not an exisitng customer yet Matt gave me one of their 2018 Audi A4 courtesy cars for my long drive home to Mill Valley. After we discovered they discovered the irreparable damage to the engine of my Audi A6. Matt did not pressure on me and together we filed a succesful claim with Audi of North America as the faulty fuel injector that caused all the sequential damage was under warranty . The result : a brand new engine courtesy of Audi and Matt did not even charge me for the courtesy vehicle I had over two weeks. I know where I will be going to purchase my next Audi!

This car is super fun to drive. The turbo-injected 2.0L engine gets up and goes. And its hard to beat Audi quattro for snowy winters. I bought it for commuting to work, but works equally well for hauling the family around on weekends and trips with adequate rear seat legroom.
