From the start, he was very polite, personable and helpful to us. He even personally took a video of the car we were interested in and sent in to us the day before. When we got there, he was so accommodating, respectful and understanding of our situation. He made the whole luxury car buying experience much more enjoyable and we felt no pressure at all from test driving the car to the negotiation to the sealing the deal. We left the place at peace with our purchase. Fito rocks! I highly recommend him and we’ll definitely go back to Tradeline Motors when we’re ready to make another purchase. Their excellent service did not stop the moment we signed the contract. Because it was raining when we test drove our car, he had us return for a full detail and full tank refill once weather cleared! The whole team is a blessing! Thank you Fito and Mr. Bennett!!

What a journey. Where to begin. I had trouble with my second purchased Audi. As many times as I?ve been to this dealership, I?m pretty positive they were tired of seeing me as much as I was tired of going. They did absolutely everything possible to help me get out of my current situation. Bobby the used car salesman, worked with me in helping me find a vehicle. Marisol in sales did not let up on the sale. David in finance was super friendly and did what he could to help me with my car purchase. Jesus in service was very transparent and very communicative with me. Darius the new car salesman was super nice and helpful. I?m appreciative that they got me out of a bad situation and into a nice Q3.
