Audi Pembroke Pines review
Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

Holman Group has proven to be a very good place to do business with as a consumer. Their listed prices are very competitive and they do not add hidden fees as some other dealers are known for. I just traveled from out of state to pick up a vehicle, and I would not have done that unless it was worth my time. Time. The purchase process is smooth, and I would recommend them very highly.

I had a tire punctured by debris from a new construction spot, causing my tire to go flat on Labor Day Weekend. I was stressed as this all happened, while I was out showing homes to clients. Audi Denver sent their repair guys out and they got me back on the road. Very happy with Audi Denver. Jared is always helpful too in the service department.

Out of the many cars I have purchased before, this was by far the easiest process I have ever encountered when buying a car. Albin and the team made this process painless, fast stress-free. I would recommend this dealer, Albin the sales consultant, and Vincent, the finance guy, any day to anyone looking for an Audi.

Five Stars: This was my first time using Audi of Pembroke Pines Service Department and I was very impressed with their performance. My service consultant was Connor Macdonald who made me very comfortable as he walked me through the process. Connor kept me informed all the way and I certainly appreciated it as the day progressed. Connor also did a follow up which showed me how professional he is. This is what I call Total Customer Satisfaction. Kudos to Connor and Audi of Pembroke Pines. Keep up the good work.

Audi FremontReviews
Audi Fremont review
ad a great experience purchasing my new RS 3 from Audi Fremont! Huge thanks to Sharang, Hunter, and Hadi for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. I had visited several other Audi dealerships before coming here, and Audi Fremont was easily the best experience. Sharang and Hunter treated me seriously and respectfully from the beginning. I told them that if they could give me a good deal, I was ready to purchase the car that day. They brought Hadi over, worked with me on the numbers, and gave me a great deal on the exact fully loaded RS 3 I wanted. My husband and I are both car enthusiasts, so we really appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was about the car. We had a great time talking cars throughout the process. Excellent customer service, a smooth buying process, and a great deal. I’m extremely happy with my new RS 3 and would definitely come back to Audi Fremont for my next car. Thank you again, Sharang, Hunter, and Hadi!

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

I bought a 2025 Audi Q5 Premium Plus. This is my 6th Audi. I couldn't be more pleased with this car so far of 3500k miles.

Audi Eatontown review
This was the third time that I have leased a car from this dealership and it is always a pleasure. This is the second time that I have dealt with Cameron Werner and he has always been a professional. Cameron took his time in explaining the workings of my new car in a very easy manner. I definitely would recommend him as a sales person

Terry was great to work with. I was driving from 3.5 hrs away so he made sure everything was ready and took care of few details about the car. The purchase went smoothly!

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.
