Inquired online and I received a text from Peter Garcia immediately for 11/19 @ 6. I stopped by to look, Peter showed my the options available in the car I wanted. I drove the car home that night. Totally great experience from start to finish. Peter could not have been more accommodating...he even programmed/personalized the electronics for me! I would rate Audi of Englewood 10 stars, if that were possible! They were honest, kind, and fair. Buying this car was one of the easiest and most pleasant retail experiences I have ever had. I was in the market for a very particular car with very specific, hard to find options. They had the car which fit my specifications and didn't try to dissuade me or upsell me. The car was exactly as described. The process of buying it was easy. They prepared the paperwork on-line and I had only to sign some documents and the dealership. James Bak, my salesperson, could not have been more helpful, as was his associate who did the paperwork end. The dealership is very successful and stands behind what they sell. I had a minor issue with a missing trunk divider and they took care of it, even though they were under no obligation because the car was purchased "as is". Anyway, whether you are looking for a new or used Audi or any other car, I could not recommend Audi of Englewood more highly.

I had a positive experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership. This is the 2nd time I have leased a vehicle from them. Henri Sabar assisted me and did a phenomenal job. He was very professional and explained everything to me along the way. Joe helped me with the financing aspect of the process and he did a great job as well.

It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. Made our decision an easy one. Got the 2025 we love. Also, Neil in Finance was a pleasure, answered all my concerns and was patient. We had an excellent experience at Meadowlands Audi purchasing a car. Brian, our salesman, was wonderful. He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. The trade-in was very fair and the negotiation was very smooth and pleasant. We never felt pressured and Brian was able to keep us on track. He was also very personable and friendly.
