Rudy Luther ToyotaReviews
Rudy Luther Toyota review
The staff at the Golden Valley location left me speechless. This is my second car that I bought from Rudy Luther Golden Valley and the customer service is beyond amazing. I take my car there for oil change and any other maintenance that I need done and I always leave the shop/store feeling complete but On Friday, April 24 was different. I contacted the shop that morning in regards to my cars under trey dragging when I was driving my car that I discovered day before. I explained this to Cameron A (2115) an advisor of Rudy Luther Toyota. I explained why I was calling and also explained what I found out (this can happen when getting an oil change- which I had just had done) before I called. Cameron listened to me, and was empathetic about the situation. He asked me if he could call me back in 15 min because he needed to consult with his manager, Mia. I told him “ok” & waited for him to call me back. Ten minutes later Cameron called me back and said “bring your car in and we will re-attach the under trey”, I responded “really? Wow thank you.” And then I thought, I can’t drive it because the under trey will drag and I don’t want it to be ruined. I asked Cameron that question, he told me that someone can come over to my place right now & zip tie the trey enough for me to drive my car over to the shop which I was ok with. Fast forward- I drive my car over to the shop and am met by an employee by the name of Tra who helped check my car in. I was asked if I was going to wait while my car gets worked on or do I need to get home. I said “yes, I needed to get home” & asked “how much does it cost to rent a car while the car is worked on?” & Cameron said “don’t worry- there isn’t a charge”, so I said “I’ll take the rental car”. An hour later I receive a text with a video from the mechanic working on my car and he showed me in the video where exactly the oil comes out for when I had my oil change and the under tray doesn’t need to be removed. My original thought that the oil change I just had done by RL Toyota is why this happened couldn’t be the case. I have know idea how it happened, but I do know is Cameron took care of me yesterday. I am so grateful for him and his kindness. Cameron-Thank you from the bottom (& the top too) of my heart for your help with my car yesterday. Words can not describe how thankful I am.
2020 Audi Q7 review
I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

RAVMOTORS review
Bought a 2021 Honda Pilot EX-L yesterday 10-7-26 from sales rep David and it was an absolute great process all around. Eazy peazy. I am an elderly and disabled big guy and needed a vehicle that can accommodate those disabilities and my Yeti size. The Pilot was the 2nd car I looked at and it was exactly what I needed. I looked at a Toyota 4Runner first but it was too tall for me to slide in and out and I'm 6' 1". David was so nice to help me with my needs. They gave me a fair price for my 2006 Toyota Sienna minivan on trade in that was time to part with and I am greatly pleased. The mileage was fine, the Pilot was immaculate, I paid a fair price for it and I couldn't be happier. I just drove it for about 120 miles this afternoon 10-8-26 and it was perfect. Great comfort for my disabilities, silky smooth ride, powerful 3.5L v6, immaculate leather interior, 3rd row seating that I folded down to so I can fit my big walker in it with no space problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Rav Motors of Crystal and go see my man David. Thank you.

Salim, is a professional guy, with good work ethic. Since day one, and over the course of waiting my new RAV4 XLE, 2026, for about seven months, he always showed helpful and has been actively communicating no matter how busy the days are. This dealership is AWESOME! The sales staff is friendly, funny and super knowledgeable! They had a lot of Grand Cherokees to choose from, with different trims so I could pick the perfect one! Finance was great! Kept me under my budget and everything! I definitely feel like they cared about ME and not just about selling me a car. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Fabulous buying experience! Really impressed with their values and focus on the community. We had a problem with the vehicle within a month, and they fixed it (at considerable expense to the dealership). This was truly amazing. We would definitely recommend Long's Auto Place and will purchase there again.

In fact, I like the appearance of this car, and it feels quite handsome. It is difficult to buy a larger SUV at this price. It is still relatively rare. I think the pricing is more conscientious first, and the workmanship in the car is also considered. All aspects are also more meticulous, you can feel its delicate workmanship and quality. [Space] The space of this car is quite good, spacious, and it is enough for me to use [Power] Anyway, the speed is quite fast, and it is not difficult to overtake. [Control] The steering wheel of this car is quite easy, [Fuel consumption] The fuel consumption is ok, It is quite low, quite suitable for home use, more energy-saving, and more economical. Drive Appeal- Eden Prairie(Indoor Showroom) review
Today I picked my car up from the Lexus dealerships for routine major maintenance service. Nothing serious; routine fluid change...transmission fluid, transfer case, engine coolant, rear differential. And tire rotation. I have driven this car since April 2020. This is my third dealership visit; the past two were for oil changes. After this third major inspection, the 2011 Lexus LS 460L continues to check out as okay. All is well. Thank you Dan and Kim. Great car at a great price! I am very happy with my purchase.

Audi St. PaulReviews
Audi St. Paul review
I had an amazing experience while purchasing my Audi.I purchased the car out of state. I was little hesitant to purchase out of state without visiting but Audi xx Paul guys made me feel comfortable. Right from the first call, the staff was very attentive and responsive. Laynee Johnson made my experience very welcoming. She was always available and answered all my questions in great detail and introduced me to my new car, told me about all its features and promptly created my myAudi account! Their MD Lindsey Nelson also personally called/email me when some of their staff was out of office and made sure the deal is on track! Audi xx Paul sent all paperwork immediately and shipped the car with utmost care. If it was not Audi xx Paul, I doubt I would have purchased the car out of state and only on phone! Highly recommend Audi xx Paul. They live up to their amazing online reviews.

Jeff was great, as has been Ray in prior visits. The waiting area is comfortable and they send you a video of their inspection with commentary during the service. All the staff are helpful and courteous, and the online portal works well.

iDeal Auto Imports review
This was my first time shopping for a car at iDeal Auto and I have to say, it was one of the BEST car buying experiences I have ever had. Different from most other car dealers, in the BEST possible way, the staff was courteous not rude; patient not pressured; and informative not condescending. I was in a hurry to purchase a reliable used vehicle for my son that wasn't going to break the bank. iDeal Auto really delivered for me. They were professional, very accommodating and we walked away with a great used vehicle. I will definitely go back to iDeal Auto next time I need to buy a car!

2015 Audi Q7 review
We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Thank you, Chris, and Autos of Chicago for the exceptional service! Chris made buying a used car an incredibly positive experience. He was professional, fair, and focused on finding the right vehicle for me. I highly recommend them for honest, quality service.

Great car! Just wish I actually owned it and that the dealer would stop holding the title lien status hostage. Would be nice to be able to drive a car that is actually legal to drive.

2018 Audi Q7 review
I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.
