Woodfield LexusReviews
Woodfield Lexus review
From the moment you walk inside, you are treated likely royalty. You can tell they put Customer satisfaction at the top of mind, keeping up with high expectations of Lexus Customers. I was treated fairly, and respectfully from the start to the end of our transaction. I went back a few days later for window tinting, and was treated the same at the Service department. I can't see going anywhere else for another Lexus vehicle, or for service.. Well done Woodfield Lexus!

The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back, fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. Take it from me a 2x car buyer at Audi Exchange of Highland Park,IL….run there now if you gone yet

The Q7 is a great SUV! We did have an alternator issue about 10days after purchase. The Dealer handled it immediately and made it easy. We purchased the S Line with the 6 cylinder engine and upgraded exterior and interior.

Easy no pressure buying experience. Service department is friendly and efficient. Salesman David, business manager and delivery consultant were all efficient. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for Land Rover or Jaguar vehicles.
2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

Wickstrom Auto GroupReviews
Wickstrom Auto Group review
My experience at wickstrom ford was the best car buying experience I’ve ever received. What really made the day there was Nathan Noffs, his positive attitude, extremely personable approach to helping me make sure I was in the right place made the whole experience incredible. He had answers to every question I had and laid out everything out for me to made sure I understood every step of the way in my time there. If you find yourself in wickstrom ford I highly recommend asking for Nate if you want the best service around! And if you find yourself in the parts department, ask for Craig Olenski, he is also the man!
2017 Audi Q7 review
This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I worked with Aaron at the dealership to purchase my used Q3, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. No stress, no hassles, and he followed up with me right away. I'll be going back when I'm ready for my next vehicle!

Jidd Motors MitsubishiReviews
Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Communication and Professionalism!"I had a fantastic experience interacting with the team at Jidd Motors while looking for a vehicle for my daughter. From the very first inquiry, their response to my information requests about the car was incredibly quick, detailed, and professional.Natalie in communication was excellent—she kept me updated every step of the way and was completely upfront and honest about the vehicle's status before we made the long 2-hour drive out to the lot. Even though the specific car we were tracking wound up selling right after the busy holiday weekend, I deeply appreciated their honesty and high-level customer service. They saved us a wasted trip and treated us with total respect over text. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you value great communication!"
2020 Audi Q7 review
I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
Purchased a used Audi recently and was very happy with the sales person, Sabina. She was patient, knowledgeable, and communicated very well (responsive). Ended up financing because we were out-of-state buyers. The finance manager was fantastic and worked quickly. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Here’s why I only rated 4 stars - there was some sketchy deferred maintenance that was not addressed prior to offering the car for sale. Notably mismatched front tires and 4mm rear brake pads. The dealers own tech inspection sheets noted the need for immediate attention to the rear brakes, but they were not replaced. Mismatched tires, in my opinion, are also a safety issue. I can only imagine these issues were not addressed to maximize profit and that’s okay as long as the car is priced right. And it was, BUT I can’t imagine a less than 2% change in price would have stopped a sale. Safety is paramount.
2022 Audi Q7 review
Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

ENE Motors review
Highly recommend this dealership for both service and purchasing a car. Nick McGrath took great care of us with our Audi and BMW. He was great in communication, made sure everything was handled properly, and kept pricing fair. They even identified and repaired an issue that the BMW dealership previously missed. Excellent experience overall.

The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.
