My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Comfortable, fits family cargo needs with plenty of performance for my liking. As the ergonomics and technology continue to evolve, Audi continues to lead. But most importantly, he "ride" is superb.

My overall experience with Pearson Mazda was superb. I purchased my first vehicle with them back in 2004 and another for my daughter February 2018. Now it was my turn to purchase a vehicle. My 45th birthday gift to myself. My search started about a month ago with Joseph Jackson. He was very patient and attentive to my needs. He listened to my wants and needs and found the perfect vehicle for me. I could not find a CX-5 that I liked in my price range and had begun looking for other vehicles. A week or so had gone by and he called me and asked me to come by and give him a chance. I did and so glad I did. He found the perfect CX-5 for me in my price range and color I wanted. That is commitment. You don't find that nowadays. I was not forgotten about becuase I did not purchase the other vehicles from him that I test drove. He kept me in mind and as soon as he saw one he thought would be to my liking, he reached out. Joe Jackson job well done! Thank you for being persistent, but not overbearing. You made my car shopping experience Fantabulous! I would like to add that everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Kevin Johnson was extremely helpful too. He also helped me this a wonderful experience. Thank you all.

I've drifted through the showroom many times when my wife's CX-5 was in for service. Never met a high pressure salesman. Yesterday Kenny Hicks sold me a 2018 CX-9 Signature edition. I'd been eyeing one for some time, and he took us on an extended test drive. Totally low key (and a real car guy). He didn't play around. He put a great offer on table and I took it. I couldn't be happier.

This car has been a pleasure to own. I bought it pre-owned and have enjoyed it for 3 years. Driving it has been fun and what you can expect from an Audi. The car offers many luxury features and is a comfortable ride. The suspension provides comfort and the stereo system is by Bose enough said. My Audi has a 3.6 liter V6 engine that is powerful enough to make the truck perform magnificently. The steering is pure Audi performance that makes the SUV handle admirably. There are some negatives and for me they start with a tiny 3rd row seat. I wish it had just a little more leg room. The other would be the fuel economy. Other than those items the Q7 has been a beautiful and fun car to own. I would purchase another one or recommend to my friends or family.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.
